There are hardly any price tags on anything. Zero customer service the past 3 times Ive gone in. Low amount of products in general. Prices are very high as well freemans salon systems has most stuff half the price as Cosmoprof. Dont think Ill be returning to this location anymore.

It was my second time visiting a cosmo prof and I was truly impressed with the variety of brands and products they carry. Personnel was helpful and prices are accessible.

Always low on the colors I need, VERY frustrating! Other than that they are very friendly and willing to help. I do wish they would educate some of staff about the products, they dont seem to be able to help with technical quetions

They are never open for their posted hours! So inconvenient when i drive a ways to get here and they wont open for another hour when salons open at 9 i hate this location. Also they are never stocked and never have information about products. Worse location ever!!!

It is incredible the amount of horrible people that these girls have to deal with. Im honestly so grateful that my parents taught me manners so that I wouldnt look the way that these women look the when they disraspect these young woman

Three or four different ladies working I asked a simple basic question if there was a toner they recommended for combating yellow....none of them could answer me then I asked them if there was a location of a store that had what I needed....redkin and again they couldnt answer me or just purposely chose not to....these women are obviously uneducated I wouldnt be surprised if none of them had a hairstyling license....smh.....one woman responded with we do carry Paul Mitchell you could give that a try and I then told her I cant just try things out on my clients ...

There were several people in the store when I walked in. They were helped in a quick and efficient manner. I was also asked if I found everything I needed, and found the staff to again, be quick and helpful.

First time at this store. Veronica was very knowledgeable and hard working. Always ready to help us and basically went above and beyond to help me out!! Definitely coming back!!
