My favorite locationIs this location for Sally Beauty shout out to Dominique the manager she always treats me like family she has the best knowledge of all the product and whats new. She recently turned me onto fantasy eyes mascara with castor oil and jojoba I love it. Thank you Sally beauty for having the best employees and top notch customer service π
I went there tonight to get some items and the girl working (I didnβt catch her name) was very sweet and kind. I say this because the customer she had before me was an absolute beastly mean woman and she handled it very calmly and professionally.
No one answers the phone. Horrible customer service

Lazy employee, refused to check the stock she said she just got in for a hair dye, and told me to check back at the end of the day, shelves were bare, and with pure lack of work ethic nothing was getting put out, she sat at the register on her phone and then when I finally found something I needed she was nowhere to be found but off giggling somewhere in the store. Do better...
This Sallyβs has way more in stock than the others Iβve been to. And the staff are super helpful. I will certainly be going back!
Absolutely THE WORST Sallyβs Iβve been to provided by the worst staff, no stock, and itβs completely ugly, unorganized, and trashy inside. I took one look and walked right out. Iβll happily drive out of the way for better assistance. Complete garbage. ππ»
I ordered from Sallyβs for the very first time and it was a horrible experience! When I opened up the box it looked like they just threw everything in, my developer had leaked everywhere and my hair dye box was opened and crushed. Not only that but the hair dye they sent me was the wrong color and I only received 1 when I paid for 2! Very very frustrating! I have also sent them 2 emails and tried calling, never got a response back, so in the end I paid for the products and donβt get to use them!I do not recommend shopping from this place.
Rude employees. Were not interested in helping me. Didnt have what I needed and Sallys just seems like its going downhill. Better to go somewhere with actual options. Little to no nail supply.

My experience here was terrible. The store manager and two other associates were all arguing with me. I purchased an item on sale, a few weeks ago. & tried to exchange it & the store wanted me to pau full ptice. I would not recommend this store to make a purchase.
I luv this location I searched other locations for my product and I ended up coming back here which is my home location but I was greeted by my all-time favorite sales rep ALIX SHES AMAZING AND SO FUN FRIENDLY AND FULL OF KNOWLEDGE. If I could give it no starts I would. I stopped in 10 min before they closed and the door was locked. The girl with the green hair told me closed! I guess I will be taking my business to ulta.
First time customer, last time customer. I called ahead to find out if they had any left handed scissors. The girl, name withheld, told me yes and the prices ranged from $10-$20 all the way up to $46 dollars. I verified with her left handed shears. She repeated yes. I made the trip to the store. When I arrived, the same girl showed me where they were located and said, It looks like we only have the $46 ones. I am a very busy mom and its Christmas season. For a salesperson to flat out lie to me and waste my time and gas to go to their store is infuriating. I turned around and bought a $15 pair off Amazon that will be delivered to my door. So much for trying to buy local. I hope management reads this.
I went in to exchange a straight razor that I purchased, the same day, from another Sallyβs store. I explained to the young lady that I needed to exchange the razor for a different one. Without hesitation she told me All Sales Are Final with regards to razors. She said, β Itβs on the back of that receipt you have in your hand!β I thought she was joking at first and said, βare you serious? I havenβt even opened anything.β She wasnβt joking. I said, βOk, thank you.β And went to my truck thinking I could possibly try and exchange it at the original Sallyβs where I purchased the items from. I then read the back of the receipt and it absolutely does not say All Sales Are Final on razors. I went back in the store and asked her to show me where it says no returns on razors. She could not. She tried to omit some wording on the restrictions and when I pressed her on it, she said, βweβll go take it to the other store!β I wouldnβt spend 1 cent at this store. Drive to the one on 104th and Washington. I donβt know her name but she was very rude.

Worst Sallys Ive been to. The employees are unprofessional and uneducated. If you are employed at a beauty store, it seems reasonable to expect that youre at least somewhat informed of the products youre selling. The sales associate today stood halfway down the aisle away from me, didnt even pretend to be interested in what I was asking a question about and was clearly very clueless. I did better just googling the products myself. This has happened to me before at this location. I live about 5 minutes away from this store but I will make the drive to a different location from here on out.

Needed hair dye in a pinch and figured Id go to the closest Sallys to my home. The shelves were almost out of stock of everything. Ridiculous! I will definately be driving across town to a different store because atleast I know they are well stocked and prepared!
I was here 3/13/17. I selected several items and waited at the cash register to pay. There was no one at the register. After a long wait, a young man came to the register with one customer. He took her money. That made sense to me, because I thought he had been helping her before, but he just kept taking customers that began forming a line behind that woman, and he ignored me standing there before there was even a line. I left my stuff and went home.

Workers are more interested in their cell phones than customers and annoyed when you ask for help. Workers do not know the sales and Ive been charged incorrectly 2out of 3 times I shopped there. Terrible store!
I go here to buy a specific brand of shampoo and conditioner I cant find anywhere else but thats it. The employees are not helpful most of the time and dont provide any kind of customer service.
They have a wide varieties of cosmetics! There are just so many things to choose from.
