I am shocked to see a bad review on this website. I could not get to my computer fast enough to give a 5 star review. I have had my awning for 5 years not and love...it. Pat has been the most amazing person to work with. I just got a new wind sensor that was still under warranty. He is prompt, kind and incredibly professional. I would highly...recommend them.

Our awning was purchased and installed by this company by the prior owners of our house. We have now lived here 8 years and had interactions with Quality Glass & Awning on a handful of occasions when having roof work done etc. They have been responsive, fair, and personable. I trust them and appreciate their quality work and outstanding customer service.

Rude staff, inferior products, sloppy work, refusal to return for warranty.
