Since we spent most of our time in our yard with covid restrictions we decided to get pet friendly turf. Not only do we get a ton of compliments but our pups love the turf! Its easy maintenance and easy clean up. Jason and his crew are incredibly professional and beat any other company quotes. The work is immaculate and the turf is excellent quality. I highly recommend!

I had a most wonderful experience with Turf By Design - from the initial free estimate to the end of the installation. I received great information, the owner was so patient and explained the different types of turf available and was very knowledgable about the products he supplied. He even gave me a small discount to meet my budget. On the day of the installation, the owner and his crew were very professional and courteous - calling me ahead of time to let me know they were on the way, taking extra care not to damage the side of my house as they had to access the back yard through a narrow area. They were there for a total of 3 days and each day before they left, they made sure everything was cleaned up and in order so that my dog could still go out and do his business without me having to worry about any extra materials left behind. Once they completed the installation, they called me to come out and see the finished product, which Id have to say was beautiful!! It looked better than I imagined it would. My dog loves the new grassand he is no longer digging holes in the back yard - he is out there for hours chewing bones in the sun and running around. Amazing! Todd and Jason were great. The best part besides the high quality of the turf and installation was the communication. I cannot even tell you how wonderful it was to have a company communicate every step and timeline. Todd was great and helped recommend other contractors from every aspect of landscaping. He coordinated a concrete company, curbscape and landscaping. The companies he recommended saved me so much money. My yard looks great. Now I just need the HOA to get their thick heads around the fact that there are good looking turf companies and I can get a nice front lawn too. Please, USE THIS COMPANY.

Wow talk about a bad experience! I would not recommend this man, he treats you nice enough but the minute you turn your bad he is bad talking you and you are handing him him over your hard earned money you think he would be grateful to have customers in this economy and not be upset to have to work.He charges you twice for his work! I was paying close attention to him and his guy they were working and he asked about how his pricing works to which he replied about how he does his measurements and then multiplies it times two because he is going to have to give a warrantee and he will have to do work twice because he offers such a Good warranty he knows he will come back and do it again. Are you serious? He has that much faith in his work he knows its going to go bad so he just charges you twice? Well if Im paying for the same work twice upfront how is that a warranty? Thats like going to a dealership and they say here is a 20k car but if you 40k you get this great warranty anything breaks you get another car! Good deal! Time to break some things, his seems are visible in this turf and not worth the mark up, there are reasons why I was quoted so much less from other people. I thought I was getting better quality turns out I was just getting ripped off. Dont use him, more importantly dont trust him.

As an synthetic turf installer, it is an asset to have this company in town-for supplies and materials, and even for competition. I get the idea that the negative review is by a jealous individual that actually never used Jasons company, but is using grimy tactics to gain leverage in a marketplace that Turf By Designs has been established for many years.His products are delivered on time, and are superior to many on the market.Ben Collins-ownerCollins Turf Division, LLC
