I hate writing bad reviews but service was bad. I ordered a large original Stromboli. For a pick-up order it took an hour and 45 mins. I was told an hour when I ordered. It was under cooked. The dough was raw, the cheese wasnt even melted and it was missing the sausage. I would not recommend if service is like this.
Up until today weve always had good food from here but 2020 and 2021 has definitely taken a toll on this pizza shop. Today not only did I receive poor service, I watched other customers receive worse service. I ordered online and was told my order would be ready in 1 hour, which is pretty typical there. I arrived 10 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready, however I waited an additional 50 minutes for my food and when I got to my house, which is only 2 miles away from the restaurant the Stromboli was ice cold. So Im currently waiting for my oven to preheat so I can continue cooking my dinner. It has been 2.25 hours since I originally ordered my food.This whole situation is just incredibly disappointing. While I understand staffing is hard, especially for service and maual labor but I watched and heard the woman working the counter make starky comments when other customers expressed their disappointment for the extended and underestimated order times. Even when I enquiried about my order, I was given excuses, I was told additional wait times that were unrealistic and she was clearly annoyed when interacting with me, but I wasnt rude to her, I was simply asking about my order. And while my meal was comped for the long wait time, because of what I observed while I waited, its highly unlikely we will return any time soon.
This place is awesome! Customer service is amazing for a little shop, pizza is solid, and the other foods are great! If you’re in the area, I 100% recommend Frank’s. P.s. get the sweet sticks if you want a dessert

Garlic Bread with mozzarella cheese was fresh and delicious! Lisa is so friendly and kind! She gave me a meat marinara sauce for free, just so I can try it out! Thank You so much! I highly recommend this place! :-)
We absolutely love Franks. This hidden gem is a blessing to our community. The pizza is made fresh and is to die for! Everytime my family orders a meal, the service is always exceptional, just like the food. The boneless wings are delicious, the fries, yum! Even my picky toddler eats every bite of food from this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and order already!

O...M...G... step aside all other pizza peasants, the Kings and Queens of pizza has finally risen to take the throne. This pizza is literally the best pizza I have ever had, hands down. Me and my boyfriend ordered a large Stromboli and mozzarella sticks and devoured only a small portion and are completely stuffed. Their crust is SUPER buttery and they dont skimp on toppings. On top of all that they also make their own marinara, man, I could die happy after eating their food. My suggestion a Stromboli and their Franks fries. You wont go hungry at a place like this. Bomb food and SUPER awesome staff.
Service bad enough to spoil your appetite! Blame the customers because they cant get the timing on their orders? Told us an hour and 10min. Showed and said 5min several times. It was 30min+ of excuses and nasty comments. By the end we ended up with a chicken Cesar salad with no chicken, 2 medium Strombolis (no clue what happened to our large), and the coldest nastiest ravioli Ive ever seen. Run away.
Found them on google and realized I pass by it every day. Tried the stromboli and it was amazing! Just like homemade. They were also super friendly and went out of their way to make it a good experience. Highly recommend it!

I can’t believe how bad this food was. If you have no exposure to actual Italian cooking, the Stromboli (without the sauce) MAY be tollarable. But the pasta dish we ordered was whole-heartedly tasteless. And the marinara with the Stromboli looked like ketchup. Honestly, I hope your Italian ancestors haunt you for the rest of your lives for this
We just moved to the area a few weeks ago and found this family owned place close by our house. We decided we should try it out and we love it!! We had the Regular Stromboli and the Chicken Stromboli plus a few sweet heat boneless wings and it was so yummy!!
Ordered for pickup, the orders were behind once I got there since and noticed customers waiting around. The employees were frustrated that evening which I understand, not sure if short staffed that night or not. One of the employees was nice when finally packaging our meals for four people.Overall the food was not good and the price wasn’t good for the quality. Definitely a one and done deal for me going there. I can recommend several places with better sauce.
Don’t get me wrong, the food is delicious... but the speed of this restaurant has become a reoccurring issue. Every time I’ve ordered from Frank’s... we’ve waited close to if not over an hour for a VERY small order. Do they have enough staff for a dinner rush?

Ive only had the Stromboli but definitely 5 stars. I get the famous and add banana peppers and they give you plenty of sauce to go with it, highly recommended.
The food was really good, although we were given penne instead of spaghetti. Despite that it was delicious, and served with a giant italian roll.
I ordered traditional medium buffalo wings. The only good thing about them was they were crispy. But they were also tiny, chewy and dry on the inside. There wasn’t much chicken, and overcooking them didn’t help. I’m guessing the other food is better, judging by the reviews. But based on these wings, I won’t be trying anything else.

Ordered a Deluxe pizza from Franks last night. I have to say, aside from pizza I had in Italy, this was honestly the best pizza I have ever had. It was LOADED with toppings . The crust was perfectly crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. This is our new go-to for pizza spot!

Wow, my husband and I decided to try this place out and we are so glad we did. This is our new favorite Italian place for sure! We ordered the Stromboli and it was delicious. The food was made in a timely manner and everyone was very nice. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

We’ve tried a number of things here and they’re all delicious. The issues are order accuracy and inconsistency in order size. And a few items are unjustifiably pricey. Sometimes we’ll inexplicably get fries we didn’t order or we’ll get chicken fingers instead of the boneless wings we ordered. Also, side meatballs sometimes means 1 meatball and sometimes it means 2. At $2, it should mean at least 2. Also, if you do actually order chicken tenders, there are only 2 for $9. They’re good, but not that good. We still go back occasionally though, because the food is great, the order screwups have typically been minor, and we get free items occasionally.

Ordered a pizza with pineapple, and bacon.. they said they were out of bacon so we settled on a plain pizza.. then we ordered 10 wings for an appetizer.. they didn’t have wings but told us about their “delicious homemade chicken tenders, that we can toss in the medium sauce”.. so we agreed to that.. upon picking the order up, the woman had to chase us out to the car because she thought she gave us the wrong pizza.. the pizza was correct (plain, not what we really wanted anyway but it appears they don’t prepare themselves and don’t have anything they offer on the menu, in the store). When we got home we had to put the pizza in the oven, since it was barely even warm. Opened the container of the “delicious home made chicken tenders”, to find 2 pieces of chicken and French fries.. now I don’t know how two pieces of chicken would substitute the 10 we originally wanted to order, but the overpriced kids menu chicken was thrown in the trash. Next time we will just buy a frozen pizza from the grocery store.

Try the Stromboli! It was good. Give yourself time, as it take 45 minutes for them to make it fresh. It is worth the wait. The service was nice and everyone there was kind. Spoke to Frank himself who was busy cooking away. Highly recommend. 👍👍. Oh and got an elephant ear for good measure.

First time having Franks yesterday. We got the original Stromboli, Loaded fires, and toasted Ravioli. It was Amazing!!!! The Stromboli is buttery, crispy, and loaded with toppings. You definitely have a new repeat customer.

Great Italian!I absolutely love their eggplant Parmesan, ravioli and Strombolis. I’m so glad they’ve opened shop so close to my house. They do carry out only so it’s perfect for ordering for pickup just out of work.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza but got only cheese, so not sure if the guy heard me say pepperoni or not. He didnt repeat order. It was so so tasting. Ive had a few frozen ones which tasted better. The elephant ear was just dough with butter, and cinnamon sugar. Not cooked very long, which made it doughy. So I finished it in the oven. Definitely will not go back there again.

First time at Franks today and wanted to pick up a Stromboli for the Browns game. It took about an hour from calling in to be ready. The Famous Stromboli was amazing! Very cheesy and the bread was perfect. We plan on returning to try their pizza!

We ordered the Stromboli it had pepperoni, sausage, and onions in it. It is by far the best Stromboli we’ve ever had! The ingredients were fresh, the dough used had to be homemade and the sauce is the perfect recipe! I would definitely recommend this!

Franks large pizzas are like a New York/Neopolitan hybrid. The sauce isnt too sweet, and the pie is well balanced. The smalls are more like pan pizzas which threw me since j got that the 2nd time, but the ingredients are solid so it was very pillowy and tasty.Their wings are quite good as well. At most pizza places they are an after-thought, but at Franks they do a great job.On top of all that, when they make a mistake they go above and beyond to make it right for you. I definitely recommend this spot.

Second strike. I dont play baseball so Im done. First visit was given an incorrect order. After being 15 minutes past said pickup time. Second visit was ignored when I went to pick up. Two people who came in after me were helped and I was never even asked if I was picking up or ordering. I know its his name and recipe but there is no way this place is affiliated with the carsonies restaurant on westerville rd. What a shame. If the employees would just work on doing their own job and not what everyone else is doing there is the potential for a good business. Oh well, Im off to bellacinos where they treat all customers with respect.
Got the meatball sliders and toasted ravioli. They were fantastic! I felt like I couldn’t get the food into my mouth fast enough. Haha! Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I really wanted to like this place since its so close to us and has a seemingly good menu. The food is very low quality though. We had friends over so tried a lot of items, they ranged from mediocre to really bad. We had the chicken parmesan sandwich (low quality meat that had soggy breading on an untoasted bun with lettuce and tomatoes, tomatoes and lettuce dont belong on a chicken parm sandwich), boneless wings (clearly frozen chunks of chicken, we only got 5 in our order for $9), Italian hoagie (a couple pieces of meat on a soggy bun), toasted ravioli (seemed these were cooked a couple hours ago and then thrown in a carryout dish with sauce, nothing toasted about them, really bad). The fries were ok if heated up and crisped at home. My wife did like the veggie sub. We will not be back. $75 of food and more than half of it bordered on edible.
This is the second order weve picked up, taken home and it was not what we requested. First time we let it go. This time I asked for a Philly Steak sub with mushrooms, peppers and onions. What I received was a roll with a bunch of steak pieces tossed inside. Thats it. Not a happy customer.

Total trash. Unsanitary (Frank’s daughter talking on her cell phone while making food).Also ordered food at 7:05 (for pickup at 8:05), wasn’t ready till 9:15, and they gave me fried bread instead of a Stromboli.🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑
