Walgreens Randolph St. Thomasville, NC is clean, well stocked and friendly. They are very busy as far as pharmacy and prescriptions be sure you are patient if choosing them to handle your medications. They do their best to get them done as quickly and efficiently as possible. They go above and beyond to get you the best price. Front store staff are very friendly and helpful.

If I could give this Walgreens -0 stars I would! Head pharmacist who is a woman was rude and argumentative when im calling about meds for my sick father w cancer.. Then she proceeded to lie to me ab her name.. This pharmacy is AWFUL.. The only great tech is autumn who was very sweet but other than that this place is terrible.. And the head woman pharmacist should be fired!

Very disappointed with this pharmacy.my daughter had RSV and the rx sent was for presnisolone 2 times a day for 5 days. When I went to pick it up they only gave me 2 days worth of the medication. So I went the next day and asked why, they said they dont know how it happened but they would have it ready for the afternoon. Well get there and they tell me they dont have it in stock.They shpuld have informed me of that in the morning when I asked about the first screw up or atleast a courtesy call . But that cant do that. Very unprofessional of them, this was a medication she needed to continue, and then they offer me another medication in place of it. Plus waiting for it to be filled.

Im conflicted. I met a pharmacy technician that cares about customers. She checked my meds costs 1 medication Ive been paying a co pay of $100 and another $60 when she looked up the manufacturer coupons I paid $10 for each. She said Walgreens will send a refund. Yeah right! I may never see that money but for her to look into it when none of the others have was a wonderful experience. Thank you Candice

I had some very detailed questions about a new prescription and insurance. Narina and Candace were EXTREMELY helpful, patient and thorough. Ive just recently transferred to this Walgreens after a move and so far, I couldnt be more grateful to have them as part of my medical team. They are proactive, willing to find answers and kind. That goes a long way when you dont feel well and/or are going through a complex process. Thank you, Thomasville Walgreens!!

Unfortunately I have experienced nothing but issues from this pharmacy including, most recently when they were out of stock on a needed medication, however they assured my husband and me that it would be in today when we requested to have it moved to a pharmacy that stocked it. However upon following up, I learned that they failed to not only get the medication in but never thought it necessary to inform me. So I again requested it moved only to be met with a nonchalant offer to call around. Not once was there so much as an apology offered.They clearly do not care what so ever about the people they serve.

My doctor occasionally uses Walgreens in Thomasville NC. I wish they wouldnt. Every time I go there they waste my time when all they need to do it put my medicine in a bottle. I cant stand Walgreens and they are very over priced. Who wants to waste time sitting around other sick people coughing and hacking. Id compare Walgreens to Joe Biden. They are on the same level.

Great place for your wants and medical needs and etc. Prices are reasonable

I love going here for toiletries or makeup. They usually run pretty good sales. The woman that works in the makeup department is super friendly, and always gives us plenty of coupons when purchasing beauty items. Their other products are usually a bit overpriced.

Line is always incredibly long for the pharmacy and its impossible to get your medicine filled in a timely manner.

The sales staff are great however can’t help but to be left extremely upset due to the pharmacy. I hear them talking about what lunch they’re getting more than actual work. Very unsatisfactory.

Very slow had doctor to call in a refill at 330pm. I get to the pharmacy about 415pm and get told the refill will be ready at 7pm. I said ok Ill be back later. I come back at 730pm to wait in line until 815pm to get told it would be another couple hours before the medicine would be ready. So now my son has to wait until tomorrow evening to get his medicine when I get off work cause I live 30 mintues from Thomasville so its not convenient for me to just stop by at anytime. Need to get better with customer service and more employees to help customers.

This is in reference to their PHARMACY.Slow..slow..and more slow. After leaving my doctors and waiting 30 minutes in line (about 45 minutes total), I was told it would be 1- 1 1/2 hours until my Tamiflu is ready. SERIOUSLY??? Not one sick person in the world wants to wait that long on their medicine.After all of the merging, you guys are totally messing yourselves up. Hire more people and expand properly...dont leave the ones that have been using Walgreens for years wait HOURS to get their meds. It took me threatening to come in with the flu to get my meds instantly.Lets just say I will be finding a new pharmacy.

Ive been getting my meds at this store for 15 years. Ive never seen it as chaotic and unorganized as it is now. The lines have never been as terribly long as they are now and that includes drive thru and inside the pharmacy! They have taken on way too many people due to the closing of Rite Aid! And us long time customers are the ones suffering for it!!

Thursday night had big problem. I called ahead to make sure my meds were in. I got there, nothing but drama happened at the pharmacy. They told my wait would be 15 mins. I was there a hour and the meds I asked for was not available in the quantity I needed. So when they first talked to me I said I was ok with 110 & given 10 in something else ok. About 2mins later they called be back to counter. I was clarifying that it’s ok to give me 110 & 10 . At this point I am getting upset because I know only language I speak is English. But they are making things complicated. I brought stuff at front register and still was waiting. So after 1 hour I went to car and drove around. The bag had 110 pills and a X written on bag that I forfeited my other 10 pills. I had never heard of this. So I drove back around and Called store. The pharmacist and I got into an argument, because he was telling me the only thing to do to get the 10 pills were to pay out pocket. I said this is your mistake my insurance covers all the medicine, why would I pay. I told him I going to ask them to roll the tape back. Then the pharmacist also stated that he heard me talking to cashier when she said I would only get 110. I said no you didnt because we were at the register by the door. He was 2 computers down from the consultation window. I will not be returning to Walgreen’s honesty is important and Treating customers go along way with me. They are lacking in both!

I went to get a prescription filled. They said it would be an hour and a half. I asked if I could call cvs down the road and see if it would be faster because Im in agony with a uti. So I told them I was going to cvs, they handed me the rx, I went to cvs and dropped it off, came back to get it 30 minutes later and they said Walgreens had filled it so they could not. I Called Walgreens to verify this was true since it was odd that they filled it after giving the rx paper back to me. They verified that it was there and ready to pick up. I went to get it and they said that they did not have it filled and it would be an hour wait. So I told them to send it to cvs. By the time i got to cvs it was ready.

Worst at refilling, they never keep my meds in stock, always have to wait 2 or 3 days, errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Its ok but the pharmacy always has a long line. It needs to be staffed with more people to make the wait time standing shorter.

This store has the rudest employees I have ever seen! Rude pharmacists, rude cashiers, rude employees all around the store. I will never set foot in another Walgreens as long as I live. Hello CVS !
