My wifes car was towed there after a tree fell on it on hwy 19. She was transported to the hospital to be checked out. She was told she could retrieve her possessions that afternoon after I picked her up. They would not answer their phone with numerous calls and answering machine. The sheriffs deputy was informed that there were several guns and jewelry in the vehicle and were assured we could retrieve them that evening. Because of their failure to provide access, we had to stay the night and to reach out to the sheriffs office the next day for assistance because they still not answer their phone. When we finally got access to the vehicle, we found the doors unlocked. When we finally were able to speak to owners wife, we were told the driver was their best. I hate to imagine the worst. Would not used them to move a dead animal

Took my car to a local shop in Cairo just to fix my light they charged me about 600+ for labor and parts plus they started naming other stuff they thought I should have done I found Smith Auto Repair and took a chance best decision I ever made...all n all I paid 300 for both of my lights and a new tire. They truly have a customer for life

Got recommend to this shop I was having a issue between my alternator and battery I tried to resolve the issue myself couldnt figure it out I knew it was something small, but I paid this shop to diagnose my non charging issue, they told me I needed to have my alternator pigtails re wired, new battery terminals, an coolant temp sensor re wired I said fine I was given a estimate of 400$ I told the rep no thats fine lets just go with the alternator rewire, got that done still no charge they called me an said oh your alternator is bad but I knew it wasnt I just pulled it off a good running f150, I asked them to double check my fuse link wire an my fuses, they said they already checked everything I paid an took the car home rechecked the fuses hmm blown alternator fuse, put the fuse in lost a few hundred bucks just for one fuse, I understand they were busy but i wouldve been a more happy customer if they actually checked the fuses this was about 2months ago same alternator running like a charm with no issues.

I have never been so disappointed and unhappy with an auto repair shop, and Ive taken my car to numerous places in Thomasville to be fixed. I wish I could give them negative stars. They had my car for almost two weeks, during that time I called almost every other day to check the status and get price quotes. I was only told that one part was being ordered when I initially dropped it off; and that the cost of the part plus labor would only be $ 50. Even after calling many times to ask what the status was, the only answer I was ever given was that they were still running diagnostics. I was never given an updated price or a break down of what they were doing to my car, EVEN THOUGH I REPEATEDLY ASKED. When I was given that first quote i was told that it was policy to call and have everything they do approved before they did any work on the car. I was never called to ok anything other than the first part being ordered for $50. I was then called and told that my car was finished and ready to be picked up and that the total cost was over $465. When I went down to the shop to talk to a manager/owner, they did nothing to help me or try to do anything to compensate the wrong they did me. All that was said was all I can do is say sorry. And to top it all off, they couldnt even find the keys to my vehicle because they just have a slew of unmarked keys all hung up together on a wall. i would never recommend anyone going here. They were unorganized, you wouldnt know what was actually being done to your car, and God forbid you have an issue with them they wouldnt do a darn thing to help you out. All in all, this is just another car repair shop that I have to cross off my list.
