Recently we went to Jared at Woodlands Mall. It was an excellent experience. Anna and Vito were polite, professional and very easy to work with. They listened showed us many ideas and did not get frustrated when we said no please show us something else. They were advisors, not sales people. They stayed within our budget and tried to help find a good value for our money. Id go back for my next jewelry purchase and certainly ask for Anna or Vito
This place was great! We had not been in a Jared’s in several years. I kinda was dreading it to be honest. But Tanner and his colleagues took care of us immediately. We went in for some repairs on my wife’s wedding ring and ended up getting another ring as well while we were there. Tanner walked us through the whole process of the service work that needed to be done. What a great experience! I would highly recommend this location. Great job Tanner and your colleagues! My experience has been nothing but superb, especially with Benny Austria. My husband and I have purchased from this location, and every single time we called, visited, everyone was great. Customer service at this location, especially from Benny goes beyond our expectations, and everyone is so genuine and truly want you to be happy with your product / end results and make you feel so comfortable. Never trust anyone or anything named Jared. I needed the band on my Omega watch changed out and decided to have someone professionally do it as I didnt want to scratch the lugs.I called to see if they could do it and they assured me it would be no problem and would only take a few minutes. Once I got to Jareds, they took the watch to the back to change out the band. After waiting 30 minutes which felt like an eternity, they inform me that they couldnt get the band on. Fair enough, thanks for wasting my time.Once I get home, I check out the watch and notice some newly added scratches to my once flawless Omega on both lugs from where they tried to get the spring in.The whole point of me taking my watch to a professional is to prevent it from getting scratched by doing it myself.Thanks for scuffing my once flawless Omega! If you want to scuff up your brand new or even used watch, go ahead and take it here.Here are a couple of pictures. They dont do the damage justice but you can get an idea of what Im talking about.
I visited the store on a Saturday. The store was very busy and I was notified that I was behind 2 to 3 people. I looked around the store. I noticed who was in the store and I waited. A white couple walked in behind me. A young white woman walked in behind me. Both the white woman and a couple were serviced before me. I was looked over repeatedly.I purchased my wedding ring from this location I also purchased my husband Tissot watch as a wedding gift from this location and I commonly shop here. It’s typically pay cash for most items that I purchase here but I do have a credit card with the store. This experience was typical of America, but it was unexpected in a jewelry store that I have spent thousands of dollars in. I’m disappointed to say the least.I called the store and the woman that answered helped me immediately.
Erin was such a delight to work with. She is very helpful and goes the extra mile to help. She helped my mom who is elderly and was so patient with her. My mom and I have many pieces from Jareds and she helped with all. She let us know which were due for a cleaning and inspection. She let me know that even though I lost 1 of my diamond earrings I could bring in the other for a trade in.
Ask for Surena!! He was incredibly informative, and helped us find my husband’s perfect watch!! He went above and beyond in everything we asked, and taught us things we never knew we needed to learn. Lovely experience! We will definitely be back!
After some delays and a lack of response from a particular employee on my watch service, spoke with Cynthia who was very kind, further explained the situation and delivered my Omega Seamaster after a Battery change and polishing. The watch looks really good.

I purchased my wedding bands at the woodlands location of Jared and requested the band be soldered to my engagement ring. The piece was ready days before my wedding, so I had to accept it. The enhancement around the center diamond was asymmetrical, the diamonds on the side were misaligned, the platinum was discolored, and one of the diamonds in the enhancement was replaced with a smaller one without any communication or notice. I did not trust this location to fix the ring so I went to another Jared. My ring is still not what I was hoping for and most certainly not what we paid for. I do not recommend this location, and frankly Jared as a whole. The lack of quality control and communication is shocking. Definitely not what you need in the midst of planning a wedding.
Had my white gold earrings rhodium andI communicated to the lady at pickup they were not done. She told me it was my eyes against their light. Got home and I have good light and they are not done. I spoke with a manager who said bring them and he can check, but isn’t my time and the fact that I am about to leave on vacation worth more than the nonchalant I will check them. Very disappointing experience with Jared’s. Please do better and be better for your customers!

Tim Weyandt, the store Manager, is absolutely outstanding! I dont even consider a jewelry purchase from anywhere.or anyone else but him. My wife and I followed Tim to this location from Willow Brook after his transfer, a few years ago. Tim is one of the most professional, courteous, talented, helpful and considerate people I have ever dealt with, not only in the retail arena but in life as well. His knowledge, expertise and passion for the art & design of jewelry and mechanics of fine watches is beyond compare. The wedding ring he custom designed for my wife is one-of-a kind; she constantly receives compliments on its beauty and uniqueness. I have purchased 4 watches and my wedding band from Tim. With each decision, Tim patiently guided me through the process and went over/beyond in bringing in certain pieces, for my review, that he didnt have in stock. My advice to anyone considering a jewelry purchase is to trust Tim wholeheartedly. You will not be disappointed. He definitely has his clients best interest at heart.

Y’all. This place has amazing customer service. I had some issues with one of their partner companies, but this place made everything right. When my custom ring was sent in sent in the wrong size, I was pretty sad about it. The staff at this location was extremely comforting and really helped my fiancé and I to learn a lot. My beautiful ring was sized with no issues what so ever. It looks spectacular. I was so worried because I had seen some horror stories when different places add sizing. This ring has no difference whatsoever. 100/10 recommended.

Jared Jewlers has become a real disappointment. Their staff is incompetent and I would not recommend giving them your business. My husband and I recently visited their Woodlands, TX location to have our wedding rings cleaned and inspected and we were passed to three different sales associates who must have all been new. Our service ticket said that my 3 stone diamond ring was a black diamond (which it isnt) and that I wanted the ring resized (which I didnt). Luckily my husband and I noticed the incorrect information on the ticket and after lengthy waiting from being passed from person to person we decided to leave and take our rings with us. Too bad we paid extra for the service plan. If I could give 0 stars, I would. What a joke.

I received a ring from James Allen online and it was a little too big. Jareds jewelers accept and will assist with resizing and cleaning for the first year. I took in my ring and they happily resized it and polished it with professionalism.

Tim and Cynthia have been amazing. My husband and I purchased my band and engagement ring from here and we did have some issues with the setting at first. Tim turned the entire situation around and has provided the best customer service I have experienced! We found a replacement for my original setting with the help of Cynthia, she suggested the perfect setting to replace the one we had issues with and we couldn’t be happier.I recommend The Woodlands location for all your jewelry needs. Opened an account with them for repairing some of my old watches. Everything went well until employees started having issues with my mask. I had driven an exhausting 40 miles to make an overdue payment and the employee chased me out over my mask. So, my credit card will be closed end of this year and no further purchases are going to be made from Jared.

So I purchased two watches from another Jared location I was told today they no longer replace batteries??? But wanted to send my watch in for service for 79$ ? Really???? Don’t shop here they made me wait for like 45 min trying to find my receipt and still only found one of them. It’s all about the company’s bottom line. not good service
Showed up Election Day and the sign read 11 opening. Get to the store and the workers say now 12 because they let people go vote. 8 customers outside waiting . One worker tells us we can’t stand in front when she goes in n made us move so she could. Told us to get in our car. And I want to go buy a 3k necklace from these people ??? I think NOT
The gentleman I spoke with Sunday was SO helpful and patient. He helped me find exactly what I wanted even though it wasnt at this location. Wow is all I can say. We were on a mission for a Tag watch for my husband and could not find someone who carried them near us. Found out they were at Jared, and we showed up a minute before closing. They were so kind and accommodating and did not make us feel like we had put them out by showing up so late. They shared in my husband’s happiness over his new timepiece, and we couldn’t have been happier with the overall experience!

MY RING HAS BEEN BROKEN/ MISSING A DIAMOND 4 OUT OF THE 5 MONTHS IVE HAD IT. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Jared that is valued at 8k. I received it on Jan. 1st 2020. On February 2nd a major diamond had fallen out of the band, severely taking away from the look of the ring. They replaced it, and two weeks later, the same diamond fell out again on March 3rd. This was all before Covid. They have STILL not been able to fix my ring. I’ve now had it on for 5 months, and 4 out of those 5 months it has been missing a major diamond out of the band. I am understanding with covid but this is unacceptable and an INFERIOR PRODUCT. Anything this expensive should not break ever. Let alone multiple times. Very disappointed. Also, I took the ring in the day after I received it on 1/2/2020 because the 1 carat center diamond was so loose i could literally move it back and forth. If it weren’t for this, the center stone would have most likely been gone as well. Don’t waste your money on Jared jewelry.
I get totally ignored when I come in to get my ring cleaned and inspected. The bathroom is disgusting and if I come in with my husband they corral us and use obnoxiously obvious sale tactics by making us wait forever in the hopes something catches my eye in front of him. Robins Brothers in Houston is worth the drive, their quick and their customer service is spectacular. They also don’t throw shade if you decide to think about any purchase.

This is the second time I have gone in there, and both times I was extremely pleased with the results. Both time, bought jewelry for my wife. The first time it was a pair of earrings that have become her favorites. The second time was for a ring she is very happy with. My daughter turned me on to them. She has had very good experiences with them in four states. Hint: buy the warrantee.
Awful experience! Never going here again. We purchased a ring back in JANUARY 2019. Now JUNE 12th 2019 and they STILL can’t seem to get it right. Only person who was the slightest bit caring was Kennedy. Very sweet girl. Lisa messed our order up 3 different times ordering different ring each time trying to “fix it”. Rock “the manager” also messed up order. Told us we we get a rush order for the inconvenience.... It finally came in and it was the right ring but not sized correctly. Then today went in for our I believe 9th time to get our final ring and not have to come back...... and they didn’t size it correctly AGAIN. So we decided to say **** them and we will go get it sized and PAY for it elsewhere. Please think twice about coming here and wasting 6 months of your time to still not get the correct size ring.... spending thousands of dollars and getting the extra plan to protect your ring.

We have purchased my engagement and our wedding rings from this store. The customer service is excellent, they are always willing to take the time to find exactly what you are looking for! They are pretty busy most of the time though and may take a little while to talk to a sales person.

Dealt with Jared for engagement rings for my fiance and wedding bands. Sales people were hospitable and knowledgable. They made mistakes on the sizing and inscriptions but they corrected right away while I waited. I think this was a good experience overall and would consider them for an anniversary or holiday gift.
This place has really gone downhill in terms of customer service. My wife and son came in to send my timepiece out for service and earrings cleaned/inspected and we might as well have been invisible! Finally after an hour of waiting, we received assistance (for the record, there were more employees than customers) and finally walked out after 2 1/2 hours. This location has lost our business and will strongly urge our friends and family to avoid this Jared at all costs!

Do not buy, or take repairs here they are very expensive and low quality. You pay less and turnaround is way faster across the street at Shannons fine jewelry. At Jareds Roger the supposed to be jeweler is very incompetent, and slow to solve a problem, he have to ask permission to his district manager for every word that he want to say. AVOID PAIN, AND LOSS CONSULT WITH A REAL JEWELER, just across the street is Shannons they are very experienced!
My better half went here to purchase my engagement ring/ wedding band. This is supposed to be an exciting time in anyones life but they made it absolutely miserable and mind you this was after they put him through hell with telling him hes missing payments and giving away his store credit to random people. These sad excuse of sales people sold him a wedding band that did not fit or even match my engagement ring. Ivonne was only worried about making a sale that she didnt care to ask how my engagement ring looked. (Even though they have it on file.) Then the manger tried to con him into spending 1500 more then what he already did and make it custom after they initially told him they had a matching set. They are just completely inexperienced sales people. I will be calling corporate next and reporting all of these thieves. Will not recommend this store to anyone. GO ELSEWHERE. AVOID THIS LOCATION. DESEREVES NO STARS. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

My husband took me here to get a replacement wedding ring, I am no girly girl who drips in diamonds so deciding on the perfect one was difficult.. although I tried many rings on (never a negative reaction from the sales guy on asking to see this one and that one over and over) the sales guy knew I needed help. He asked a fellow sales lady to help me decide between two rings. She ended up finding my perfect ring. I was offered coffee, water, or tea. I spent least 1 hour looking at rings. We talked to Rock about all kinds of things, he showed my husband microscopes, just an all around awesome experience!! Thank you Jared’s in the Woodlands for helping us!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. The only good experience I have ever had with this store is when my husband and I went to look at engagement rings before we were married. WORST mistake was buying our rings from this store. It has been 4 years of service with them on our jewelry and every time the quality is terrible. I took my engagement ring to be sized and they tried giving it back to me cracked. IT WAS BRAND NEW! Anytime we go in for inspections we have to ask to be helped. I honestly HATE going here. I just had my ring serviced (they had it for 4 days in august and there is already a stone missing in my band.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

I spent 700 dollars on a pair of earrings for girlfriend (8/3/2016). When the salesman was boxing he smashed and mis-shaped the hoops. One of the clasps wouldnt stay clasped. It looked like cheap costume jewelry when I presented to her. I was extremely disappointed with this location. One earring was crushed. He had to have known he did this. By not letting me know and boxing up anyway...that shows exactly what my business meant to him. Will never be returning to this location.
My boyfriend and I were just in- first we werent welcomed in at all. Second, we waited for 30 minutes for someone to become available even though there were two employees free. Third, an older gentleman came in about 15 minutes after us and was helped immediately. We wanted to try on engagement rings, possibly to buy but we will look elseware from now on.
I went in was greeted and asked if I wanted any refreshments then directed to what I was interested in ( many selections) found what I wanted. I told them I wanted to check with h my usual jeweler but didnt want to drive to Houston yet, so we called and they I W couldnt match the price so went with Jared! There was no military discount of 10% like I W but saved 25% at Jared (FYI my purchase was 1 ct diamond earrings)

I bought a new Tag Heuer 5 years ago and it brought down 5 mouth again so took it back for repair talk to ROCK and he called me saying it is ready for me to pick up and when ROCK CAME OUT WITH A box, he had a big smile said they didnt fix it he gave me a BRAND NEW TAG HEUER yes I said a BRAND NEW TAG HEUER A self winding Tag and gave me a two year warranty, just wow really great Thanks ROCK STEVING REALLY HUGE THANKS REALLY HUGE ROCK STEVENS YOURE GREAT

As I walked into the store NO one greeted me! At 1st I was like okay maybe they are busy... Then I took my daughter to the rest room. When I came back out still no 1 tried to come speak to me! I walked around the store twice and this 1 lady gave me 2 evil looks like (why are you here). Then I decided to walk out I then got in my car (very upset at this point) to calm down. After I was calm I when back in to get a business card and asked for corporates phone number.. the women asked me if I had a bill I had a pay?... smh I told her no then she when to go get the manager in charge.. the manager finally ask me (after 30+ mins) Do you need help?... I told her not now... this was definitely a case of racial profiling... and I will tell every one I can not to go here! ! (P.s I was shopping for my wedding ring 😔)

Pretentious, condescending and insulting people unless you are very rich. Took a stainless steel neckless with a lot sentimental value and had to be be reminded 3 times that it was JUST stainless steel. If you are rich rich enjoy the experience. Not for me.

Jared will sell you a warranty then change the rules. Beware! I bought a lifetime battery replacement. Now they tell me the battery is free but it will cost $79.95 to put it in. What a scam!
