Brandon was great…. He took the time to explain everything before they did anything, then afterwards explained again what all they did…. My husband is a mechanic and Brandon discussed everything with him…. He even prepared us for our next service and took the time to show me how to operate some of the technology aspects of my car that I wasn’t using because I didn’t know how…. I love Brandon and his customer service…. Which is why Brandon is the only person I deal with and the only one I trust with my Acadia…. Great job…

Chris was awesome. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want or need. He tried to make sure that I got the best deal for my trade in and I did. He even came to pick up my car the best day to wash it because he didn’t want me to have to wait that long the same day. And Tyler was awesome too. He knew I didn’t want all the extras that I only wanted GAP and that’s all he gave me. He didn’t try to shove the extras down my throat. Seriously the best car buying experience ever

I’ve never trusted sales people. I always get a sneaky disgusting vibe from each one I’ve met. I never once got that feeling from Will Mortensen. I will speak to him again the next time I’m in the market for another vehicle. My wife and I both both brand new rides from him at Classic Auto Park within a month of each other.I’m very happy with my purchase, as is she. Will is very kind and personable and I feel he is a trustworthy individual. Walked us both through the process every step of the way, which was important because it’s our first NEW vehicle experience. I’m very proud of my new truck, and I take great confidence in knowing I have the support of the team at the dealership.

Worst service ever! I took my truck into service for a braking issue on 06/15/2021 and as of today my truck is still at the dealership. I feel as if I could have just got the parts myself and fixed everything but, I wanted to keep a good service record for the vehicle. Ok. I initially was told two hours for wait time. It wound up being 4+ hours, but the quality of the custom stripe installation I came in for was exactly what I hoped it would be. No complaints, and Ive already ordered a stripe kit for my wifes Challenger, and will have the same guy handle that for me.

I have purchased 10 vehicles from the Gregg Orr lots over the last 12 years. I normally use Orr Cadillac or Orr Toyota HS for service. This was my first time at Classic for a service. It was not horrible but definitely not the higher level of experience I have received before. They did not come outside to greet me at my car, they all stayed behind their desks, once the service was completed they did not review any information with me, and I was not offered the clip card to earn more services. It was overall not the worst experienced but surprised me due to the high customer service standards I have always received before.

Even though I didnt purchase a vehicle here, I loved the way I was treated. I showed up on a bicycle with an engine, dressed in black jeans and a T-shirt. I had $5000 to put down and Trams had me look at what he thought was what I was looking for. It was, but at a steep $40,000. Ill check back when my credit has a boost. Thanks a bunch for not treating me like the bum I was dressed like.

My mom and I were traveling from Searcy to Houston for a very important doctor appt that we had waited 2 months for. My mom is wheelchair confined and not in good health. A few miles before we got to Texarkana the air conditioning went out in her Enclave. We pulled into the Buick dealership right after the internet had gone out, and everything was a bit chaotic, I could tell. We were warmly greeted by Jim Johnson, and as soon as I explained our situation he immediately asked service to take our car straight back. In just barely over an hour they had us back on the road with all of the cold air we could stand! This is what draws potential customers in, caring about other people! We are forever indebted to the kind people that helped us when we needed it most.

From the day I drove the truck off the lot the front end was out of alignment and steering wheel was turned to 11 o’clock, had the truck in at least 4 times with the problem and is still the same. Maybe I’m a little OCD but if you pay $80,000 for a vehicle you would think it would be worth $80,000 I feel like I’m driving a 5 year old used up truck.

Overall, I value the professionalism of Classic Cadillac employee, Jim. He is the only reason I choose to drive 8 hours for my routine service. I do not advice any body work done by the dealership however. It is sent out to Gregg Orr Extreme and is never completely repaired correctly.

Receptionists not too friendly. Never spoke or told me have a great day when I left. I took my vehicle in for a specific problem. Made it to my appointment on time, I was told to bring my car back the next day because they had to order part. I was later told that my radio needed updated. I didnt wholeheartedly trust that. Ive had a bad experience previously with a similar situation. I was not satisfied when I left the dealership. I also needed my key programmed to my GMC Terrain. They was overcharging me to have that done. Sorry for the negative response, but thats how I feel and Ill I probably will find another dealership I feel comfortable with to service my vehicle as long as I have it.

Went in for oil/lube tire rotation, back lights was not working needed repair. Picked up Friday, before leaving dealership noticed reverse lights was not working the mechanic forgot to check and replace bulbs! Waited and the lights was fixed! On Monday noticed the tires was not rotated, called dealership and took truck back up so that tires can get rotated. This was my first and last visit to the Orr classic repair service.

I was not happy about my service this time. I asked that they check my battery and alternator because it went dead a couple of times, I get my car back on Saturday morning, with the little sheet and the battery was marked good. I go out of town Monday afternoon and my car died and I went to orielys and they told me the battery was bad. I had no choice but to get one. No one ever called me or said anything. I am not happy

I LOVE the detail side of the dealership! Justin and his crew always go above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied!However, the service department has not impressed me with their customer service, or lack of! I own a 2020 GMC AT4 that I brought in for my first service. I scheduled my appt thru the GMC app but yet they had to ask me all of the same questions again and about prior vehicles I have owned. Even though I had an appt I was told it would still be a wait because there were a few cars ahead of me. What’s the point of an appt?I apparently needed an ECM sensor replaced which had to be ordered. I was told it should be ready on M or Tues and I needed to leave my truck. However, they also said they didn’t have a loaner vehicle. I ended up contacting Justin Howe and getting a loaner after all and that is not even his dept. No call from service on Monday or Tuesday. I ended up calling them and they said oh it’ll be Wednesday. Went to pick up my truck on Wednesday and it wouldn’t even start! They “fixed” that part of it and I left with an Airfilter light on! That wasn’t even on when I dropped the truck off. I needed my truck so they told me that nothing was wrong and that would be a quick fix so just take it and bring it back. I called the next week to bring it back in to be told we need to keep it BUT we don’t have a loaner!!!! I scheduled the appt a week out and you can already tell me that you don’t have a loaner but you need my truck all day. He said I’m sorry we only have 7 loaners. I told him that is NOT my problem! I’m extremely frustrated with Classic’s Service Dept and lack of genuine customer service. I very rarely participate in negative surveys but I’m so frustrated and angry about all of this! I did not purchase my brand new AT4 from Gregg Orr and I can’t help but think this has something to do with the lack of effort.

Too bad theres no Zero star.Brought a $73k One Ton LTZ in because the touch screen was out. 150 mile round trip drive. Returned with truck to be repaired. 150 mile round trip drive. One week later, same thing. They reset the thing not replace it. Brought in in again, left it for a week so theyd get the thing fixed. Called the day before I was to pick it up and was told, Oh, well were going to try to look at that sometime today. WOW, so I just went and got the truck and took it to another dealership. I was also told, how they had spent so much time on my truck, it was suppose to have been driven for almost a half hour with no signs of failures. My dash cam recorded the door opening 8 times. Twice parking it in the lot. Twice moving it into the shop area. Twice when the tech checked the system (66 secs of work) Twice parked back in lot. Ill never go back and I buy about a million in one tons every ten years. There will never be another GM / Chevrolet in my fleet and never another purchase from Classic. Six hundred miles and 9 days of waiting to be lied to. GENTRY Chevrolet diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Told me exactly what was wrong and how long it would take to repair.

But thank you to Benny and Jeremy Jester ❤️ I was having some issues with a previous vehicle and those two went above and beyond! Found a great deal in Houston, but since I had spent 4 hours in your dealership the previous Saturday, I called Tim to give him a chance to compete.
