Big store to get all your items! Well organized store!

Destinee in the entertainment department gave my mom and me incredible service. We asked to speak to a manager regarding a computer we were interested in buying. The box had been damaged during shipment and we wanted to make sure computer wasnt damaged. She called for a manager. We waited. Within maybe not even 10 minutes she called again asking for manager. Then not even with in another 10 minutes she called again asking what was going on with a manager coming. We never had to ask her to make those calls. She stayed in top of it herself which I found refreshing. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with her service. She was by herself in that department and gave the kind of service I wish I got everywhere.

My goodness, crowded, busy best describes this Walmart. Finding a parking spot is an issue, but they have everything under one roof. If and when you need to locate things you will be lucky to find an associate to help you.

This is a fantastic store. It has everything you need. However I must say do not go on a weekend. I live right near here so I am here often to pick up prescriptions for my parents. But you cannot get down certain Isles very easily. For example the makeup aisle. LOL its not just that its just that there is just way too many people in that store at one time. I guess thats a testament to how great the store is but I just cant be around that many people and I do have difficulty when Im asking for assistance and the people who work there do not speak English. I have given up asking for assistance because I am getting tired of asking people who do not even understand my language. A lot of really great people work here but Ive also experienced some rude employees who will not even step aside when you were trying to get down an aisle. I generally give great reviews but I have to be honest I have to stay away on a busy day or I will go crazy LOL other than that Walmart has pretty much every single thing you need. Its a Superstore indeed

This Leominster Walmart was very disappointing in trying to return a faulty clothes rack. Never even offered to contact other store to see if they had any. Waited in line the first time with over 10 people in front and the second time was even longer. The sad part is that the store Manager Mrs Tedesco is professional and customer oriented. She was not there. I ended up driving to LUNENBURG WAL MART AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE. THANK YOU.

Destinee in electronics has zero customer service skills and seems like she is burdened by someone expecting her to do her job. She was extremely rude to me and my mother and honestly she has no business working in retail.

I mean, its Wal-mart . The service sucks and the lines are long but lets be real, no one is going there for the amenities. I gave it a three star because their shelves are rarely stocked at this Wal-mart and it does seem to be out of a lot of grocery items so by the end of my shopping trip I always wind up at Hannafords or Market Basket up the street.

Average Walmart. Every store you go into is set up differently. There were some very helpful employees.

I came here for grocery and household items. I was surprised the majority of them were actually cheaper than Market Basket. The only thing I wish they had was a better meat selection. Other than that I love this Walmart.

I am always able to find what I want. Although this time there are little sparse on cell phone accessories. But their prices are good and I did get what I wanted.

It seems to be always crowded. Due to pandemic and due to the lack of availability with many products, there are many items that arent refilled with the shelves left empty.It is obvious that they lack staff because there are often only 3 registers open with long line. And when many cash registers are running, there are very few people on the floor to help or restock.Also, the store management runs the store poorly. Ive overheard on multiple occasions employees complaining about management. Plus, Ive shopped at Wal-Marts at various locations, and this store just doesnt have its act together because of the lack of customer service and inability to get checked out at a register faster!

Great store I can find anything I need here from items and food

Shelves were 65% empty which is fine if theyre waiting for new items to come in to restock. I gutta say the bakery has some of the best and unique selection for good prices but some were expired and the bread/donut shelf had fruit flies in most of the donut boxes. It grossed me out and made me think of there is a bunch more that were not seeing in the back. Thats a no no!

I made my purchase then used the ladies room and associate walks in and pretends to do her hair in mirror, immediately walks out after. As I was leaving I was followed and stopped walking out the door. Come on really? I do not steal or need to. Thanks for holding me up. I will not return to this Walmart again. Wasting to much time on the wrong people.

A better run Walmart. Lines move and its managed well. Food selection is great! Quality is fresh. Manager here obviously is qualified unlike Seabrook, Somersworth, and Methuen.

Went on Sunday to get bark mulch. Lots available, but no one working at the Garden Center. The entrance to Garden Center was closed so you would have to bring in all the bags to main register. Only two lanes open and it was busy. Asked if soccer nets were in stock. I was told they are only available during summer months. Found several on the racks. Would not go back to this location.

For a Friday night I feel the store could be better stocked and ready for the weekend crowd. A variety of departments had some bare areas, frozen veggie area, insect control and automotive. Otherwise, no complaints.

It was a great visit, people there very helpful.Clean organized.

I dont regularly shop here but popped in for some appetizer charcuterie supplies, ice, and camping gear. I found it clean and the staff helpful.

Horrible experience with the manager !! She had a very negative attitude and obviously didnt care about the issue I had, which I explain below. After waiting 10 min for her to come talk to us and another 10 min interaction with her which got nowhere, she said I can wait 20 min for the assistant manager to finish lunch to speak with me. Being in sales and understanding the importance of customer service, I am providing this feedback to help leadership improve the level of customer service at this location. Given my experience, there was obviously a case here to turn a very negative experience into a positive one, but it didnt seem like Christina cared at all.Bought a Power Wheels vehicle from a Walmart store, after spending 4 hours putting it together, it didnt work. They referred me to the manufacturer to try to get it fixed. The manufacturer referred me to an authorized shop to check the battery, which is 45 min away from my house. I drove there with the battery to check it, the guy said it was fine. I ended up going back to Walmart to exchange it. The store didnt have it in stock but they returned it and referred me to another store where it was available in stock. After driving another 40 min to visit the other store, the price was $65 higher and they refused to match the other price. They said if I had bought the item and exchanged it here, then they can honor the price but because I returned it in one store and buying in another store, they cant help me. Shouldnt have the other store explained that to me? Ive wasted about 10 hours altogether on this purchase and the added aggravation of the last store interaction. I ended up buying the item here simply because I dont have more time and energy to waste

Just dropping Nana (91) off to do some walking around (get some exercise) and do some shopping. While I go to my Drs. Appt. (Its so dam hot and very boring now-wher days because of covid -19.)She loves Walmart in Tewkesbury, Ma they have anything you need. The Tewkesbury store is also a super store so she can get her groceries while shes getting her gardening gloves or pool supplies. Works out great for both of us. I just wish there was an easier way to find her when I got back, I ran the all the isles looking for her and used a little common sense after that. I figured she would do the frozen stuff last, thank God she was there.If there is something I can recommend if your dropping someone off at the Tewkesbury, MA Walmart, it would be to make a plan to meet each other at a certain time in a certain place that way nobody is running laps through the isles... HahahaI recommend this store to everyone!😊 Shopping!! 😃

Store was well stocked with great merchandise! No empty shelves week after week in Salem NH and Methuen.This store seems to accommodate a larger crowd without being crammed in. I will be back!

I saw something I havent seen in a long time human compassion being given by a walmart employee to an elderly man who was waiting for pharmacy to open he seemed aggravated that he had to wait and was grunting and groaning when a walmart employee approached him and ask if he was ok and if she could assist him in anyway she was very respectful and kind. I seen her in another isle and ask her name and let her know how kind it was of her to offer her assistance to the old man and she replied you have to look out for the elderly even if its just to get them a drink of water. Her name Kiara one of Walmarts finest. Correction This was at the super walmart in Salem NH.

Place is great, If they don’t bag your stuff in paper bags! Those bags rip easily and your stuff will break!Been there done that! But the store is usually clean and stocked! Sometimes clearance items aren’t really on sale.

Almost never has common sizes. Shirts, shoes, etc. I like shopping in person but it makes me want to just give in and shop online.

Ask somebody who work there about something and all they did was Google it and say this store doesnt have it I then looked for myself and found it

Rude Staff. We went in couple of minutes before 10 PM to grab some important medicines as this was the only pharmacy open within 10 mile radius. We looked at the timings online and it said the store closes at 11PM. As we were about to enter the store, one staff member started shouting at us rudely - CLOSED...CLOSED...CLOSED...CLOSED...CLOSED. I tried explaining him that online it shows that the store closes at 11 and its not even 10. He just kept on shouting CLOSED...CLOSED...CLOSED...CLOSED. I felt like I was talking to a wall. CLOSED was the only word he could speak. The staff needs some sincere training. I drove another 30 more minutes to find a pharmacy to get the medicine we needed.

This Walmart is very clean and very large seems like it’s larger than the others maybe not as big as Leominster but probably at the same length of property is probably the same but very clean and efficient because everything is in the right spot and their fridge raider locations are perfect they have more fridge Raiders there than I have ever seen at any other Walmart they have a lot of food One thing they failed to have there is a limited source of treats that are healthy for dogs I seen at least 10 different treats there that are definitely not good for dogs health

Horrible experience unfortunately. They failed to update the store hours. It says the store is closing at 11 on the website. I got there at 10:45 then got kicked out, even after I mentioned that my dog is sick and need to quickly plain chicken breast. The staffs were so rude and showed lack of empathy and flexibility. Will never shop at Walmart again!

This is by far the worst Wal-Mart Ive ever been to. Nothing in the store is where it should be and the employees seem just as lost. I asked for assistance in finding something and none of the employees knew how to search for it or even assist in finding what I needed. After wandering about the store in search of a specific item, waiting in a line for 30mins., and speaking to 2-3 separate agitated employees, that apparently dont know how to search for an item or simply cannot. I left the store with more questions than what I originally came in with and felt like it was a complete waste of my time. I bought nothing from this store. I highly recommend visiting any other Wal-mart but this one!

I ordered a cake here - That was my first mistake!. I ordered a Minnie Mouse cake to be picked up the next day for my daughters birthday. I called the time of pick up to confirm it was ready, and they told me the decorator had to leave the day before for covid testing and no one was there that day. I am glad the worker left to get tested but my biggest issue was I never received a phone call!! It was 3pm, they had ALL DAY to tell me it wasn’t going to happen so I could make other arrangements! Thankfully Market Basket in Tewksbury could save the day.

Great place for everyday home supplies.

This is a smaller Walmart but found everything I needed. This store was well stocked and had a variety of items that I have not experienced before. All employees were helpful and very friendly. And it was nice and clean including the bathrooms.

Busy and 2 cashier lines long and the self check is rediculous constantly having to have a person come fix something at multiple registers .

I asked an employee to get me a speaker since it’s was locked and he made me wait until he was done chatting with 2 other co-workers and it was not worked related at all. It was like he was mad that I interrupted them but I wanted foe a few minutes they never even realized I was there.

Need more handicap scooters and they need to be charged up. Get half way thru the store and the battery goes dead.

The scooters did not work at all! I tried using a cart to lean on but I couldnt shop at all! I was in so much pain.

I love going to Walmart Supercenter because its a one stop shopping and its always in my budget.

This one has a full size food store. Walmart getting better at increased quality of food selection. Beef and pork selection is better than at Market Basket or Stop & Shop or shows. Generally speaking walmart today is a bit different experience than walmart 10 years ago.
