This is quite possibly the worst edible arrangements i’ve ever encountered. I am an avid gift giver and love to send my family and friends arrangements. This particular store was dirty and the store was in complete chaos. Not only was the service there terrible, it’s the way PAYING customers are treated here. Honestly, I would reconsider the management of that establishment.

Great Service. We have used this location many times and they always deliver a great product. I recently ordered something and delivery was missing one item. They were aware and started to process refund but I was not aware. I called and not only did they continue the refund but delivered a replacement item and some additional snacks. That is the best customer service and way above and beyond what I asked for!!

Quick service but very rude as soon as we exited the store the girl followed us out while we waited in our car for the order to be ready. She wrote this on the doors and she shut off the lights. We had a mask on the entire time but we were treated horribly.

After reading the horrible reviews on the Edible Arrangements, Arlington, MA website I thought I would try the Tewksbury, MA store. WOW...my mistake! Rude, rude. My clocks all read 2:55 pm. The manager told me all of her drivers leave at 3 pm. No apologies, nothing, and they do not close until 5 pm!What gives with the attitude of these Edible Arrangements store managers?! Bad News! I will not be back again, ever, to E. A. anywhere!

Not clean, horrible management, fruit may or may not be washed, nobody who works here cares about what you receive they only care about the money incoming :) most of the time you don’t even get what you ask for considering they never are fully stocked w products that are on the website and half of the cheesecakes have mold on them

Leaving 3 stars because I have ordered from them many times and have been happy with the service however today I had a fruit platter delivered to my sister for her birthday. I specifically chose this particular platter because it had several “happy birthday” plastic decorative pieces placed on the strawberries and I paid an extra $5 for a birthday balloon to be delivered with my order. Once it was delivered, my sister called to thank me and sent me a picture. It turns out she did not receive the balloon and there were no happy birthday messages on the strawberries (also missing the white frosting drizzle shown in the picture). The arrangement was still nice but not what I specifically ordered. When I called the store to question what happened, I was told they ran out of the plastic happy birthday pieces and the balloons several days ago. I was then refunded for just the $5 balloon. I completely understand if you run out of supplies by why advertise something on your website and charge me for it when you knowing don’t have it and didn’t plan to tell me. I felt as if I should have received a message letting me know my order wouldn’t be complete. And I’m sure the (5) happy birthday plastic pieces that were missing from the strawberries were baked into the $60 arrangement price I paid, but I was not offered a refund for those. I can’t help but feel slighted.

Just wanted to say how amazing Angela is from the Tewksbury location. She was so attentive with helping me select a perfect arrangement for my sisters bday that did not disappoint. The arrangement came out so pretty and my sister loved it. The best service from start to finish I highly recommend going to this location and asking for her.

So I wanted to support local businesses in the area and even was willing to pay more for the fruit and veggies pack they were offering. I was very disappointed as I just received fruit no veggies which I paid extra to have that specific bundle. I called and was told their was nothing they could do for me. Well I spent almost 200 and they couldn’t throw in a couple pepper, potatoes or anything really. That will be my last time ordering from them. If they didn’t have the right product they should let the customer know and throw in some extras.

I have never tried Edible Arrangements. One of my co-workers gave me a coupon for a free 12 piece fruit box. So i figured to give them a try. Was met by a rude employee who started interrogating me about where I got the coupon and who I got it from. They seemed shocked that I had this coupon and kept questioning me and each other wether or not to honor the coupon. In the end they honored the coupon but I left there feeling like I had just stole something. Felt very uncomfortable. 3 stars for the box. Was very good. Would and have returned but to a different location.

Horrible arrangements. The icing on the strawberries looked like it was done by a baby. Didn’t get the “I Love You” Balloon. Never ever getting anything from them.

Excellent service!I left instructions that it was OK to leave the delivery with the neighbors downstairs. They did and called me to let me know the delivery was made. No sitting and wondering if the delivery was made. I was able to call my son and have him pick up his goodies.I would definitely use this location again.

I ordered for an elderly friends birthday and she loved it. I got a balloon with it as well. The arrangement was delivered around 12 which was perfect timing. Everything was great. I gave 4 stars cause the little note that I wrote to her was not delivered with her arrangement. She has never received one before and had to ask the delivery driver who it came from.

Ordered the Love Generously Bundle for my in-laws up in Lowell, MA. They loved it, but when they sent a picture of the order to me I noticed the box of strawberries did not come as described. Upon ordering, it said the strawberries came with chocolate swirls, white swizzles, and mothers day sentient. But it only came as regular chocolate cover strawberries. I put in an order review wondering if maybe they ran out of the decorations as i understand that Mothers day is a busy holiday for a company like this, also wondering what happened and if there is a pricing difference. Someone immediately called me to ensure that i would receive a $10 refund to compensate for the pricing difference, cool. But then she laughed at me for asking if they mightve ran out of decorations for the strawberries, as if that is an impossible assumption considering how busy she said they have been. She explained that there was a mix up with the order and would give the $10, of course thats not an issue with me as i understand people make mistakes and i was only just wanting to know where it all went wrong. 3 stars because edible arrangements is a great company and my in-laws thought everything was delicious. But -2 because I did not appreciate the attitude of the woman handling the customer service issues. I work in customer service too so I understand the stress of the holidays, but did not appreciate being made to feel like I was an idiot for wanting to know what happened in the first place, because it is not a cheap purchase. Still i thanked her for her time and made it a point not to be rude to her, regardless of the way she made me feel because i understand being stressed out, but really makes me wonder the character of people they have working for them.

What an amazing staff they have, even with a hiccup they made more than made up for it and made my little girl so happy thank you to Angela, her husband and staff

I have used Edible arrangement for a 95th birthday, Weddings, Valentine’s and personal pleasure. Each and every time I have been thrilled with the presentation, the crisp freshness of the fruit and the quantity. I absolutely love this as a gift, and activity delivery. And personally, I would like a weekly delivery myself because it is healthy and so good! Keep up the great work Edible Arrangements!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👏👏👌👌

The people at this location are pleasant, helpful and extremely attentive to detail. They go the extra mile to insure the arrangements are delivered on time and arrive in perfect condition! Definitely recommend these guys!!

I love how easy it is to brighten someone’s day or let someone know I’m thinking of them. Edible arrangements had never disappointed me. Top quality, fresh fruit and beautifully arranged. Never any problem with delivery and great customer service.

I’m pregnant and all i wanted was chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day. My husband preordered them for pickup the day before holiday. Google said that they were open at 8am (i get home from work at 9am) he wanted to surprise me by having them when i got through the door. He went to the Tewksbury location at 8:40 and the door was open and he went inside and was greeted by a rude female employee. She said they don’t open til 9But was there because of the holiday. She told him to go back outside and wait in his car until 9am..... not to mention it was freezing out that morning. 3 stars because i love Edible Arrangements and always use them; -2 stars because the employee was completely rude and made him wait outside for a lousy 20 minutes to pickup his order. Not sure we’ll be back anymore after this :(

Driver was excellent. The driveway wasnt cleared after the last snow but the driver delivered the product anyway to my senior mother. Then notified me immediately afterward. Great customer service.

Beyond disappointed. I ordered my mother chocolate covered strawberries. That I paid extra for special same day delivery for Valentine’s Day. They close the store in 8 minutes. I was on hold from 5pm to 5:45pm just to get hung up on. I have not received my order. I will never be doing business with this location.My advice, if you need something specially delivered, don’t get it from Edible Arrangements.

I was a total airhead and wrote down the wrong address for an edible arrangement to be sent to my Auntie. I then proceeded to go back and forth over the phone (three different times) over what the actual address was! (I dont live in New England anymore and my father and I couldnt agree on what her address actually was). I wish I could remember her name, but the lady one the phone was so sweet when Im sure I was being a pain in the butt to her and her delivery guy with all the mix ups. Thank you all for being so patient with me and delivering these to my Auntie as she recovers, I appreciate it!

Delivery man showed up on Saturday 5/9 called twice from driveway. I went to the door. He said he heard a delivery for Joanna. The said it was the wrong Joanna. He never returned, and I never got my Mothers Day delivery.
