Service associates were nice and helpful. She was able to guide my wife through the storage rental process successfully. We had a different drop off location for the UHaul but they were able to take it there. Which saved some time and testified to their excellent customer service.

Great experience getting a storage unit, Angela and Stephanie answered all my questions and made the entire process easy and not complicated. I would recommend them over all the other locations I checked out...best prices $$$ as well. Thank you

Great facility! It is a clean and well maintained property. There is no grass and no gravel to track I your unit and that also eliminates other creepy crawlies also. It is a gated facility and all the units are ground level. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Even when I called to make changes to the unit I needed and had to call the emergency line to get the information about the changes I had made. Overall, its been a pleasant experience. Which is awesome after dealing with the stress of needing to move to begin with. The price are on the high side though. That will be the only complaint I have so far.

What a great place. Angela who helped me was no very nice and showed me the property. What a clean place throughout. She was very professional in explaining everything. I highly recommend BTA Storage if you have a need for a storage facility.

Havent used the storage units but the UHAUL car dollies are krap. Ramps were hard to pull out. And straps all rusted tight. Do not recommend using them for hauling a vehicle.

I just went to get my things out of my storage unit and there were soooo many beetles in my stuff. Super gross.

Just rented a parking spot for my travel trailer here. The sales guy was super friendly and knowledgeable and didnt put any pressure, he knew what I was looking for and let the storage lot sell itself. Prices are very reasonable as well.

I needed a storage unit during our move. That i had not planned to have to get. We went to BTA. And the manager there/Trey was awesome. So polite and helpful during a very stressful time for me. He explained everything and let me know that i could call anytime and he would help any way he could. We visited BTA in Rockwall, Tx today viewing their units. We were cheerfully greeted and taken care of. We viewed the controlled and non-controlled units were are needing and were quite impressed with the cleanliness of the units and the paved access to all units. Very nice setup. We rented two units and we feel very safe that our household goods will be well kept during our usage. We highly recommend the facility.
