Kelly is soo caring and attentive to my Moms needs. She always makes sure that my Moms hearing aid is adjusted properly and fitted comfortably in her ear.

I had one hearing aid that was not working so they ordered another one for me and I went to pick it up. They are very nice and always treat me well. I believe that they are very competent and are quick to take care of problems.

Very pleasant experience

Ive had 3 different representatives form Livingston. The one in Terrell, Tx is the best one. They are super people friendly. They adjusted my hearing aides in a way that gives me way more control over them than the other places. They also made adjustments to my hearing aides so that I can hear through them way more better than the other places. They also informed me of information that I had not been aware of concerning my hearing aides. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment. I have the Starkey hearing aides.
