This is the 2nd time that I have asked for milk chocolate bears with pecans and was given peanuts. The first time I spoke with the owner who was rude I might add, that he initially didn’t want to back up his employee mistake. Saying that he couldn’t resale the candy however I stop to buy candy every time I go through and I live in Louisiana and visit the store frequently. At this point I would rather take my money and business elsewhere. But if your hiring young kids make sure there aware of the products that they are selling so these situation wouldn’t happen moving forward.

The service is great and everyone is very friendly. I got the rocky road ice cream shake, and it was delicious! I will definitely be returning.

I bought two of the caramel apples with pecans for my wife and daughter..My wife got all the way to the last piece of her apple and there was a little worm on her caramel apple mixed in with the pecans..You can tell it was there for a while because the worm was stuck in the caramel like a pecan..If they hadnt cut up the apple into pieces, she would have not seen it and ate it. This was beyond gross, my daughter already ate hers and my wife ate hers down to the last piece so hopefully there were not any others on it and they did not eat any..My wife cant stop gargling and her and my daughter feel like they want to throw up. I tried calling the store so I could tell them and for them to check their food before they actually sell it to customers and there was no answer. I would give them zero stars but they make you give at least one star..I wish this gave you the option to post a picture so I could show it..Recommend anybody who chooses to eat here after this review to thoroughly check your food and make sure that your not eating any insects..I will be making a complaint.. GROSS!!

Ignore the Karen that posted a negative review week ago, that’s what happens when you don’t get your way 🤣🤷‍♂️ but otherwise the products are awesome ! And the only bad thing for me is that I live so far away but totally worth the drive !

Very high prices for chocolate truffles that taste like cough medicine. It wasnt just one flavor, it was several in the variety pack. Im thinking maybe just a bad batch of chocolate they used? I dont know, but for the price point I was so disappointed to be spitting out every one. I only gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the service was decent and the place was clean.

Great Carmel Apples w/or without Pecans or Almonds or Peanuts. Also have 30 plus other kinds of Apples, Truffles, 7 different Fudges & much, much more.

A great assortment of delish chocolates and anything to do with chocolate. Walk in and immediately look to the left for a huge display of fun and various choices of big Candy Apples.But, their chocolates are world class, in my opinion. Truffles are to die for!I also stop there while going thru Terrell, tx.

This is an amazing please to get chocolate. Staff is always friendly and they know theyre information. Fudge is so delicious and the apples. This is a great place to buy a small sweet treat for the road or for the family. We had a blast today! Definitely recommend it!

The divinity is devine. I always order that and orange cream chocolate. Its extremely clean, beautifully displayed. If you havent visited, you should! Love this place...and eating the yummy candy!

Wide variety of delicious candies at reasonable prices. My wife loves the caramel apples and always drops by to get one when we are at the Tanger Outlet at Terrell. Proprietor is a really nice guy who is fun to converse with.

1st time here and i loved it.

Yesterday was Valentines Day and I was gifted some frozen Chocolate covered Strawberries that I let melt and when I bit into them were absolutely gross. The strawberries tasted old, soggy and not sweet at all. The only reason why Im giving two stars was because of the presentation. They were pretty but I threw them in the trash immediately after biting into one.

This store is like chocolate heaven ! Ive always gone just for the caramel and peanut covered apples and my kids love the variety of chocolate covered items! They even have chocolate dinosaurs!!!And the girls are just so respectful and kind ! They make me feel right at home!

This place, though a bit expensive--it is a specialty store, so expected, is amazing!! They have the best candy/carmel apples! OMG to die for. And they even have a decent section of sugarfree chocolates if you are looking for something sweet with out the sugars.

I went in and bought some dark chocolate covered strawberries to eat when I got home. I didnt really look at them until I was on the road but when I picked them up and turned them over I found out the strawberries were all completely rotten and moldy under the chocolate. Ive never seen that kind of thing from a chocolate shop, it was absolutely disgusting.

April 2019 I must admit you had a very sexy young blonde worker she was nice to love to go out with her me and my friend enjoyed stopping by there we didnt buy anything because it was a little too much on price however we do like the pet treats wish yall had some for cats and dogs but you just had some for dogs as well as humans.

A friend of mine brought me the caramel and pecan pretzel rods from your Bossier City, LA location amd they are absolutely amazing all my favorite things in one. I really look forward to visiting myself!

I am normally somewhat lenient when it comes to the food industry but this guys is nothing short of melting chocolate from Walmart poured over simple ingredients and then priced based on what they feel is justified for the location. WAAAAY too sweet to enjoy any of the creations. At least most local chocolate shops i have been to make their own chocolate. I ordered 20$ worth of chocolate and it was a minuscule amount only to cause type 3 diabetes.

Have been here 3x before I bought my smart phone so mo pics. I love their fudges.

Waited a very long time to even be acknowledged by employees. Then when it was finallymy turn in line they stopped to start a conversation. Left without anyone saying a word to me.

The Mexican lady who helps in the front had an attitude and they charge for sprinkles 50 cent and I barely got any sprinkles! I asked for more and she charged another 50cent!! I wouldn’t even give this place a star.
