Profoundly incompetent in terms of paperwork. We have been trying for 6 weeks to get a simple O2 order for my mother, while she suffers. Havent managed yet. They have lost paperwork, faxes, etc. The nurse at her doctors office is beyond frustrated. I have probably had 20 phone calls with them. They even lost a paper order that was dropped by. I cant speak to how else they function because we still havent completed setup.

My father has waited two and half weeks on them to bring a CPAP machine. They waited so long he is now in the hospital and cant be released until the deliver it. They have by far the worst customer service and care!!!! Horrible to think they wont service the people that need these needed medical supplies in order to spend their last days at home with their families!! In summary they suck!!!

I called to make a pick up and delivery, make payment, and changed my insurance. Suspose to receive new tanks on Tuesday 30th. Stayed home ALL day called at 4pm questioning if still getting supply p/u? Person speaking to grumpy, said couldnt find request offered confirmation number, said she didnt need that wanted to confirm my address she said I have it, I said what is it, again I have i. I asked her to confirm what she had. I have never been treated so rudely by a sales representative!!!! When I looked to see who I could call to report this person I noticed then what a POOR rating this store,as this person said, was rated. I certainly hope with all the poor ratings received some training is in store for these people. PS hope I get my thanks Thursday April 1st!!!

I STRONGLY suggest to go elsewhere for your medical equipment needs. Customer service is horrible. They do not care about the patient whatsoever. They give you the equipment then if there is an issue, you wait! I have had to wait almost ONE FULL WEEK (and going without the equipment that my physician said to immediately start using because I need it) because they stated that one one person there can adjust the equipment! Buyers BEWARE.

I have been using Lincare for over a year for my CPAP supplies and I think they are great. From the first visit for my fitting, to the supplies I receive they are always courteous and professional. I’m not sure what happened with all the other negative reviews, but from my experience I would highly recommend.

This place is horrible. They were suppose to deliver my husband tanks Friday. Never showed up. We called them several times. Even called the main office. Which told us someone would be out by the end of Friday. Never did. My son also called them. This is no way to run a business people need there oxygen their lives depend on it. What is there problem.

Giving a 1 star is more than i wantedThey are HORRIBLE THEY HAVE THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY DONT EVEN WANT TO DO THEIR JOB. THEY ARGUE WITH CUSTOMERS ABSOLUTELY WILL YELL AT CUSTOMERS.THEY SUCK

I from out of town and forgot my c-cap cord so I couldn’t use it.I called them and they had on there and they gave it tome noCharge they didn’t have todo that but they did.Thank you very much.

Im giving them a 1 star rating because they answered the phone rather quickly, however they will not get any higher than that from me. I just spoke to someone in the TH office who was confusing and had a bad attitude. When questioned about why something was taking so long and why I was told one thing and now Im being told something else, I got a long speech about their Corporate policy. I dont care about that; I care about what will help my patient and apparently its NOT this company.

Every time I go in there they are rude and non caring. I drive an hour to visit them an they dont even have a person in there who can speak with me. I have been with them for over an year and might decide to go with a different company.
