The people at cannonball harley davidson was amazing!! They went above and beyond to make us getting a bike happen!! They go out of their way to make you feel like family and get you on the bike you want!

I was helped by the owner (David1 ) on 7/27, I was inquiring about ways to improve the ride of my 2013 CVO Ultra. He discussed various ways that may help improve the ride not just for myself but my passenger(wife) also. We decided I would return the next day and have some measurements taken. On 7/28 I returned and David1 was unavailable so David2 (parts dept) assisted me with measurements and locating the pad that would fit my bike. Pad ordered and paid for. Everyone was helpful and courteous and awaiting notification of arrival for pickup. Rated 4 stars. When wife reports she is happy I may have to up that. Thanks for helping us.

I bought an 01 Sportster on October 8th and couldnt have had a better experience. I was nervous buying my first motorcycle and I came in the store alone to do it. Everyone was supportive and welcoming and helped me not only select my bike but also welcome me to Cannonball. It was a great experience and one I will never forget. “I stopped in to look around on my lunch. I was looking at grips and a gentleman came from behind the counter and was very helpful. In fact, he steered my towards a set of grips that I would not have looked at. I purchased the grips. I also walked through and looked at the new bikes. I was approached by another gentleman asking me what I rode. I told him I had just purchased a road glide special 2021. He asked me if I liked all the new features on the bike. I told him I did not know about much about it. He took the time to show me several things about the new bikes that the dealership where I bought my bike did not take the time. This has to be the NICEST dealership out there. Please support them. They went out of their way knowing there wasnt anything in it for them.My unofficial adopted daughter while traveling from Texas to Michigan had a problem. Her motorcycle trailer broke. They stored her Harley inside the building and her trailer behind their fence. It took 6 or 8 men to get that bike safely off the trailer. She came home and we went down with my big trailer to get both yesterday. They were very helpful loading one trailer onto another.Hats off to these men and to the owner who sets the stage for that to happen.Please, please, please, support them . They really saved the day 🇺🇸

I went to cannon ball Harley Davidson the other day looking for parts, I was very disappointed with the customer service. The parts guy at the counter never greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there, I waited around for a while thinking I would eventually be helped. My daughter and her boyfriend were walking around the show floor, also never greeted or acknowledged, the employees were all on their phones including the guy in the office. Horrible customer service! I will never go back, Instead I had to drive to Indianapolis Harley Davidson they greeted me right away, very friendly outstanding service at South Side Harley.

Adam was my sales guy, it was a great and smooth experience. Adam was beyond professional and courteous. He walked me through the entire place showing me absolutely everything. He answered many of my calls and texts and went above and beyond call of duty. The entire staff was so friendly and seemed just as excited as me about my bike purchase. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience joining the Harley world.

No reason to go there except for clothes. Never has any parts in stock. But parts counter people were nice.

Was hoping the service got better after meeting some of the newer employees there but sadly that isnt the case. Tried emailing to get prices on parts but never received an email with a price quote or even a phone call. Tried calling the store twice but no one answered. This has happened too many times for me to be a countinued customer with your store. Had to take my business elsewhere. Wish the store was better since the only other options are either order from an online store or drive about an hour to another store.Sadly this is the third chance.

We have not had a bad experience with Cannonball, even when we just hangout and purchase nothing, ust hanging with new friends when not riding.

It was a rocky start with sales, but they got things straightened out, and the experience wasnt so bad. Staff is very nice, and they DID LISTEN to the issues as well as correct them...

Smaller HD store but they make up for it with the smiling faces of the staff. Their sales staff is awesome. I went twice in one day!

Been there a few times but unfortunately of no help bc never had parts in stock and or enough techs. Stopped by there today with clutch basket/hub in hand for a new bearing...no bearing in stock, they priced a new one at $90 (online elsewhere for $30) then told me its a 2 hour job to press the old out and new in (5 minute job) and wouldnt be able to do it until August....they might as well not even be there...worthless to me.

WORST SERVICE OF ANY BUSINESS AROUND!!!!!Had my parts ordered through them on 4/22. Service was scheduled 5/11. Bike was dropped off 5/10 as they began work on 5/11. Was told it would be finished 5/11 since it was just forward controls. I call about 45 mins before closing time to see whats going on, they told me the wrong parts were either ordered or sent to them but they didnt realize it until my bike was disassembled. Was told they had the new parts on order and would get back with me to let me know about the parts but the system showed they had shipped but didnt display a shipping number. They were closed on 5/12. 5/13 I called to get an update, now the parts are on back order until at least 5/24 but its not a solid date. They are asking around other dealers for the part. Still no for sure time frame on when the bike will be done or even when they will get some foward controls. Just hope Im able to ride it this season at this rate.Update: I had to order the parts since it was going to take an additional 2 weeks for them to get the parts I was able to get in 2 days. dropped off all the parts to include the new foot pegs (since they hadnt ordered them yet because they didnt read the part description) on 5/23. I asked the person behind the desk if my bike will be finished by 5/24 since Ive already waited 2 weeks and he told me he would call me on 5/24 with an update. so eventually I hope to receive my bike back and finished. At this rate I wont hold my breath since he probably wont take the hour today and finally get my bike finished and out of the way. Definitely find a better location to take my bike next time at this rate.Update Number 2: told that its going to take an additional 4-5 days for them to finish my bike. keep in mind that the bike is still disassembled and just needs the new controls put on(they are already put together.) from everything Ive read online this total job should take about 1.5-2 hrs for a normal non Harley-Davidson tech. so I assume its got about 1 hr of time left. this has been a complete nightmare!!! worst service Ive ever seen for any type of service. if you take your bike here expect these guys to keep your bike for over a month and that if they order the parts, they will order the wrong ones. Definitely wish I had gone to a different place for such an easy task.

Rob is a great guy, he is in the perfect job for Cannonball HD, he makes you feel at ease when he handles your bike. Chuck was the go to guy in parts with all my answers!!!!! But I will say, Scott in service dept is the ONLY guy I will let work on my Ultra. Between the last two visits with him, I have dropped about 5k on motor work. If Scott would have left when when Cannonball bought out Wabash Valley, I would have went to Southside. So luckily to me you have the best mechanic in the state!!!!!! I am very pleased with the outcome of my latest big bore kit that Scott had installed.

They dont actually sell anything with cannons or cannonballs, just bikes with big motors that are loud and expensive........ disappointed

Best customer service I have ever had. Fwlt welcomed from the first time I walked through the door. They remembered my name when I came in to buy gear and greeted me with a smile everytime.

Took a two hour trip to see a bike and wasnt able to work it out but another trip later and let me tell you the service I received was absolutely the best service I have ever had. I visited Saturday, May 8th, after my daughters graduation from Indiana State University. Picked up a nice pair of riding gloves. As usual, the sales staff was very helpful, but not pushy, which is what I like when Im browsing and shopping. I truly enjoy visiting Cannonball Harley- Davidson in Terre Haute. Thank you for a great experience each and every time I have been in.

I am always greeted by staff and offered assistance if I want it, and freedom to browse if I just want to shop. If I ask for something that is not in stock, I am also given guidance on placing orders or recommendations to continue my search! Top notch service, even when not making a purchase!

We had our Tri-glide trike in there, I think early in the spring. It took a long time to get it fixed, but it runs like a kitten now except that they didnt hook my purple lights back up. They came and got the trike, and brought it back. I believe that they are just starting (recently) under new management. It was hard making contact with them while they had the trike, but it was near the start of the pandemic so I imagine they were going thru employee issues like everyone else. All in all, it was a very good experience. My trike runs great and in the end, that is all that matters. I am looking forward to riding up there again, to meet the people who put me back on the road (and to see if they can hook the purple lights back up). I would 100% recommend Cannonball Harley-Davidson in Terre Haute, IN.

Super nice staff and quality bikes. Howard in financing made it super easy to leave with the bike I wanted. Definitely feel like I will be doing the rest of my motorcycle business through them and encourage all to stop in and take a look at their amazing bikes and gear.

Just gotta say the team at cannonball hd are great. They really do make you feel like family. Just picked up a 2020 slim about a month ago. They stayed after closing for me to test ride even when i told them i wasnt taking a bike home that day. The parts dept is great. Had a lil issuse on the bars i ordered. They did what it took to get figured out. Im about an hour away and they have worked with me on when i can get there etc. Everyone there is awesome. I even pick on the guy who sold me the bike on face book. Lol. They truely do treat you/accept you as family.

We broke down in transit to Austin Tx. This service department went above and beyond to help us out. I would recommend everyone to go to this shop. Well be traveling down there to purchase our next bike. Thanks Cannonball!

Cannonball Harley-Davidson is a good place to go if you want to motorcycle

I contacted the dealer via email at first inquiring about a bike I saw that I was very interested in. I then communicated with Amy to setup a day to come in a ride the bike and value a trade.I had an initial concern on my test ride as we heard rattling upon reaching higher RPMs that I noted to Amy.However, Harleys are typically rock solid and I wrench in my spare time so being short on time, I proceeded with the deal.Had I had the extra time available, I should have had the service techs look it over, as when I got home I found the lower muffler shield to be rattling and broken from its mounting strap upon removing the shields. I feel as if this item should be warrantied, but I guess thats my issue to deal with.I appreciated the fact that they take you around the dealer and introduce you to different people. I also appreciate being able to add accessories into the sale. Unfortunately the accessories I was told were in stock could not be found at HD of Indy, however I was not upset about this. Any excuse to go hangout at the H-D dealer is fine with me. 👍🤘This all went well as I was able to ride the bike and work out an agreeable value on my trade.Financing and Signing with Howard also went very well. Howard also worked with me after the sale to add the GAP coverage when I found out my insurance company does not offer it for motorcycles.However this is the 2nd Harley I have bought and I will certainly buy another in the future.Thank you to Amy, Howard, and the Cannonball HD family.

I had my bike in for the brake fluid change as per the HD letter. While in there I talked to Mike about my steering problem. I had new tires and he said they were OK. He then wondered if the steering bearings were going bad. I had him check it out and they suggested I have them changed.The old races looked worn. It was expensive but Im glad he suggested it. I knew the labor on the front fork was a lot of work. No complaints. I feel more comfortable now. Thanks to Mike and the Service Dept.
