Bought a FNH Scar 17s off the guys several years ago. Haven’t been able to cycle the rounds I would have liked to, but recently had an ejection issue, while firing up here in Indy. The locals couldn’t or wouldn’t help, so I made the drive West to TG.Upon arrival at TG, Everyone I encountered was more than willing to speak to me and help me resolve my issue, which we did.We even went out and fired some rounds through to make sure all was good. The guys wouldn’t accept any $ for the effort as they said they stand behind their weapons, provided they are reasonably maintained.Nowhere in Indianapolis has anything on TG!Knowledgeable personnel, great prices, amazing innovative facilities and a business with integrity. That’s a winning combination! I will be back soon!You should go!

I hear their ads on the radio about all the firearms they have. I went in to buy a firearm in there January and all they had in that place were 4 shotguns and a couple of pistols,very disappointing. I left and drove to Rural King where they had AR15s and ammo plentiful . I will never go into Top Guns again..

The hospitality throughout the entire facility was amazing. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the ladies at the Ice Cream stand. The sells floor guys were filled with great knowledge and direction with helping me decide on a purchase. I worked with Bill in the range area and he was extremely patient and made me feel comfortable.

Wow... What a place its so clean and the people are so helpful. They now have 2 police dogs to play with as well.. I love this place they even clean your guns and they have great classes for all ages.

Passing through on I-70 and stopped here.First off, what an awesome gun shop. Tons of inventory, very knowledgeable staff, and prices were very competitive.Second, the owner came up to me and thanked me for my purchase and bent over backwards to get me taken care of especially since I was out of state they had a few more hoops to jump through.I wasnt planning on buying something that day but had done some previous research. After I checked out few different things I just went ahead and made the purchase.Very happy I did and will be back.

Wanted to purchase a gift during Black Friday and take advantage of their sales, but am high risk for COVID. Their employee, particularly Connor, took the time to help me complete the transaction in a safe manner that limited my exposure. I am astounded that I was still able to get individualized customer service even during such an overwhelmingly busy Black Friday.

I visited Top Guns on a Saturday afternoon, after calling for directions. The directions & Google Maps were both right on. There was even parking for my big rig. I found a nice, modern gun shop, complete with training classrooms and indoor firing ranges. The gun safety and range rules video produced in-house was fun and educational. The staff was very helpful in accommodating my desire to test fire several different pistols. It helped narrow down my selection process for my next gun purchase. The friendly and knowledgeable sales staff answered all of my questions and their assortment of guns and accessories is outstanding. It got a bit busy on the ranges, but it was great seeing so many people exercising their Second Amendment rights. And they are dog friendly too! Plus, with a pizzeria adjacent to the shop whats not to like? 5 stars all around! **BREAKING NEWS!!! Top Guns has AMMO!!! Yes, if you havent been able to find the ammo you need to feed your habit, Top Guns has (as of 10/9/21) 9mm, 45ACP, 10mm, 5.56mm, 7.62x39, 12 gauge buckshot, and maybe a few other calibers. I found this shop on YouTube. Their videos are very good and it seems like they have a good time at what they do. I decided to make the drive from Indy and check out the shop. The employees couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and still made the experience fun. Prices are very reasonable and they have a wide selection. The most modernized gun store I have ever been in. They have a wide selection of firearms. Mostly new but some used. The range is high quality. I find myself just wandering inside the store when I’m bored to check out cool guns and chat with the workers. I purchased a used Glock from a private party and took it there to shoot and also had the armorer go through and do a quick inspection of it for me free of charge. There are also 2 dogs there that walk around and are fun to play catch with. Your wife/family will not be bored while they wait for you to look around 😂

Top Guns is a very nice store. The layout is very nice with a lot of open space to move around, very clean and has a nice style about it. The sales associates on the floor have always been very courteous and knowledgeable. The range they have there is also a pretty nice setup but is a little pricey for certain features. Only bad experience Ive ever had there was with a employee that works as a instructor I suppose you would call it. Went to try a few guns out (which i rented there...a nice feature of the place) before deciding what one I would buy for a gift. Encountered him and his rudeness and it was enough to sway me to not make my purchase with them or ever go to their range again. Other than that I would definitely give them a look if your looking to purchase a firearm.

If your looking to buy a gun and need great advice from friendly people, this is the place to go. Top Guns has a very wide variety of firearms to look through along with all sorts of accessories. They have 3 different indoor ranges to shoot your weapons in and they are very nice and easy to use. They go from 5-50 yards and have electronic retrievers. They also have a wide variety of weapons to rent and shoot including a m249 saw which I was lucky to try out. Very nice place to go and I will definitely make all of my firearm purchases here in the future.

So this was my first time experience with purchasing a gun and it was awesome! The environment is great and i love everything about this place so far. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and easy to have a conversation with, even though I am relatively new to the world of guns so it was nice not being belittled because of my lack of knowledge. Of course they have a very nice selection of firearms and accessories even if youre not very gun savvy they seem to make reasonably priced recommendations of quality products without trying to sell you in things you dont want. I will certainly be returning

The red haired woman that works check out was extremely rude .. needs to work on her customer service skills.. was with a friend there today to purchase a handgun for first time and she was very unfriendly and wasn’t helpful.. might rethink her working there. Just saying

I took two grandsons to the range to shoot the machine guns. When they were shooting under the direction of the range master everyone within hearing came to the window to watch. My grandsons looked like they had gone to Disneyland when they were finished. Top Gun is a class act all the way! I have more grandsons coming down to visit an I will give them the experience too!

Huge space! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Sat and spoke to myself and my party for a good while about brands, laws in other states, and small talk. The indoor range is awesome!Today they told me Smith&Wesson would be there and offering free range time to those trying out their products!They also have free catelogs and it was all very clean and very well set up.

One of the coolest gun shops Ive been to, have a great selection of firearms, firearm accessories, ammo, and cool things! Staff was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I brought in an AR lower with an issue I had and they tore right into it and helped to fix the issue. I would highly recommend going and checking them out, and doing business with a local firearms shop rather than a big box company.

Went to the store to purchase a rifle. Found one I liked but the mount screws looked as if they had some issues, so I asked the employee to check them before I purchased the rifle. He did and noticed they were just lose. No problem so I asked about getting a scope. Guess it must have been close to break time, since he didn’t have time to answer my questions. He asked if I wanted the rifle and if so I could go up and do the paperwork and he would find someone else to help me with a scope when I was finished with my paperwork. Completed paperwork and got assistance with a scope from another individual. Decided on a scope and asked to get a mount and rings. Get home and start putting everything together. Issue I have come across now is they sold me a 30mm scope with 1” rings. Now I am an hour and half away from Top Gun, so will require another three hour round trip to fix an employee mistake by not knowing their merchandise or checking the sizes. I could have checked but figured the employee knew the product.Not the first time the employees didn’t know guns and I should have known to check. Last time I tried to purchase a gun there an employee thought the 6.5 Creedmor and 6.5 Grendel were the same rifle and fired the same cartridge. Lesson learned double check everything from this store.

I was given a great price on a special order firearm at Top Guns. For the record, best deal in town for that firearm. Item arrived quicker than any of us expected. I was very pleased with my purchase and experience. Also had a good experience with the gunsmith. I was able to get some work done with a one day turnaround. Facility has a very nice range. I usually hit the range with a friend or family member, then head to Rollie’s for pizza,beer, and a game of pool. Good time in my opinion.

Stopped by yesterday on the drive back home, after seeing their YouTube videos and then billboards as I was driving. Fantastic customer service; several people asked if we were being helped and offered assistance. The firearm Im looking for wasnt in stock, but they were happy to order it in. I ended up buying a small lock box safe. Cant wait to visit again when they move into their new facility across the street.

They sold me the wrong ammo. I discovered it at home. Returned to the store and they would not make it right. Treated me very unfair and were unreasonable. Be very careful when dealing with this business..

They have a great selection of firearms, the ranges are very safe and I feel that they are very fair with me. I dont know everyone there but Steve, Adam, Troy, Alex, and a few names I cant remember are always very helpful.

Talked to the owner, Steve, several times who has secured multiple out of state orders for me and had them all shipped from Indiana to Tennessee with blazing fast speed. Remarkable customer service. I live out of state and still prefer to handle business here. Love this place!!!!

Most prices seemed reasonable on the guns. Comparable to most shops I’ve been at, but with the largest selection in one store I’ve seen before it’s worth it. Staff was very tentative, although the one magazine I wanted to buy they didn’t stock (even though they sold the gun for it, which I felt seemed odd). I live 5 hours away and now planning a road trip to visit this store again with a friend.

Once when doing a trade in quote a staff associate took my gun in the back for almost 30 full minutes. He then “got busy with something else” and I had to inform the manager someone walked off with gun, returned to the front desk, but left my gun in the back? Go to Academy if you want an affordable firearm

Was visiting my mom in town and stopped in for a quick look, ha! I can really never stop at a gun shop for a quick look. Ended up buying a pistol and transferred it to my home FFL dealer. Smoothest transitioned gun sale ever. Had my gun waiting for me when I got back. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly! Thanks ladies behind the counter, you’re awesome!❤️

Ignore the negative reviews, theyre are way off base. Their prices cant be beat beat when they price match. They are always friendly, busy or not they will help you if they arent help someone else. Amazing selection, knowledgeable and diverse staff. Great layaway program and give massive support to customers. Check out there YouTube page too! The only reason to go elsewhere is because theyre closed.

Great selection of guns to choose from. If you want to see a gun or have some questions, some of the works dont seem to care. It was almost like I was troubleing the guy. Ive been here a few times and they usually have good deals. Just be aware that they are all about making the sell or moving on to the next customer.

Great selection at the shop and the range is top notch. Their customer service has really gone down hill though. Empty sales floor yesterday, most of the team standing around talking to each other, but when I approached them they acted like they couldnt be bothered. Especially Troy, and I thought he was a manager. I guess joking around is more important than selling guns and services. This is not the first occasion either. More and more I find myself at Terre Haute Guns in Riley for the awesome customer service and easy transfers from online sales.

Perhaps the most complete pistol and rifle range and gun store within 150 miles. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gun inventory is extensive. This place is amazing. You wont be disappointed.

Been coming here since I moved to Terre Haute (about 3 years). Im always looking for an excuse to come into Top Guns. Great selection, knowledgeable staff, and welcoming atmosphere for newbies and pros alike. I always make the same lap around the store and by the time I finish Im confronted atleast twice - often three times asking if I need help and offering assistance. Called twice to verify a gun was in stock for a stock price. Drove down from Indianapolis to find it with a mounted scope and bipod. Refused to sell the gun separate of the aftermarket items. Could not order me a another one because they weren’t available? So now driving back to Indianapolis gunless and emotionally distraught. Great guys just not the brightest on their inventory.

I have bought 2 handguns From Top Gun & I am very pleased with both times. I went in once and asked if they couldPrice Match another Stores Advertised Price & suprisingly they did ! ( It was SEVERAL DOLLARS CHEAPER!) Enough that I could buy several rounds of ammo for it, & they also gave me a half hour Range Time to Sight it In. A VERY SMALL ADJUSTMENT LATER, The Range Instructor looking at the silouett target Commented, Anybody You are shooting @ is DEAD! :-)))

Went in to check the store out and possibly buy a holster. Nice place with lots of floor space. Prices on Ammo and Guns I saw were high, but within range for a retail store. I had planed to look at holsters and hopefully purchase one. However after walking around and trying to get someone to assist me I gave up after 15-20 minutes. Disappointing considering the number of employees to customers in the store at the time.

Great gun selection, plenty of room to move around. A seating area is available. They have an area to fill out paperwork that is easier than standing at the counter. They have enough people to help you so you do not have to take a number for service. If you have a lay a way snd need a two extension they charge $25. If you want to cancel a lay a way you forfeit all monies paid. My last visit was met with a rude young lady. Weapon gets out of lay a way and no more vists. They have lost the sale of a Sig P320 because of her.

Great place these guys have some decent deals and are happy to help with any questions. Its a little drive but worth it for the selection and knowledgeable staff.

Called to find out if they had any .40 s&w ammo still for sale, and I was told yes, they just got a shipment in. Drove all the way down there from up north, and they told me I couldnt purchase any without buying a gun.

First night I went in Mr Mike helped me and was Fantastic. Went home to check prices and they where $200 cheaper than ANY where. Went in the next day to test fire and buy. Test fire went great but the staff was not as helpful I dont know if I was just spoiled from my prior experience or if it was because of it being 2 hrs before close on Saturday.

I thought the staff was friendly. We got there a little late and didnt have time to check out the shooting range. They have a large selection of pistols and long guns. Only gave them 4 stars until I check out the range.

Stopped in earlier this month to check them out during their grand reopening. The show room is very big and they have 100s of pistols, revolvers, rifles, and shotguns on display. The staff was very helpful in showing me several guns i was interested in. They are a Sig Sauer Elite dealer. They carry Ruger, S&W, Colt, Sig Sauer, Springfield Armory, Walther, and many other brands. I ended up finding a pistol for my wife and it was cheaper than I had seen it anywhere, even online.

Terrible experience. I drove an hour from Indy to go out there and get a scope. The gentleman at the counter sold me as scope that was way too big for my ar-15 .556. Now they will not allow me to return it. Paid $949 for a scope I cannot use.
