I had a stress crack in my living room window glass and called Kasameyer Glass and one other place. Levi at Kasameyer Glass was awesome. He provided great customer service the whole way and even tried saving me money. Josh who installed the new top sash of my window was great as well. Personable and knew what he was doing. Very pleased overall and would definitely recommend Kasameyer Glass to anyone needing windows or glass repair.

Replaced a number of windows in our home. Were efficient and cleaned replacement windows before leaving. Caleb and Josh were pleasant workers and did not slow down on the job. Would use Kasameyer Glass again.

All around bad experience. Ive worked with several different glass shops through years home building and custom furniture building. The gentleman working their font desk had no interest in quoting me simple glass shelves. The showroom reeked of smoke and the customer service was awful.I called Norms Mirror Image Glass and got exactly what I needed.

I had a very unusual install in a metal building. The first time they had ever done a install like this. After three quotes from other window companys who told me it couldnt be done, Kasameyer agreed to do the work. AMAZING JOB! Very professional two man crew, and what I especially liked was Sean and Dan came out and checked the progress because it was such a unusual install.... It went so well they will do another in another metal building of mine...I am very happy and will ABSOLUTELY recommend Kasameyer Glass to whom ever needs Windows ...4 1/2 stars I give them Thank you

I was very happy with my recent repair performed by Kasameyer/A&B Windows. The person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful and assured me that someone would be out right away. Within 20 minutes of my phone call 2 repair men were on site and working on my door problem. In no time, they were finished and my problem was solved. I understand they are under new management and it shows! I am very pleased with their service and will contact them again if I have other issues.

Visit only if enjoy smelling like an ashtray the rest of the week. Employees smoke inside the storefront.

I had an emergency happen over the weekend. They checked in on me and updated me on every step. Came home from work to an installed window and they even managed to fix my mangled storm window frame and replace the glass. So happy with the work they did!! Would recommend to anyone.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have done 2 repairs previous and were helpful. This time was awful to the point where I explained what I needed fixed and they sent a person to look and even after 3. 1/2 weeeks still no call or follow up call to let me know about the estimate or the repair.. I got a lecture this morning about the difference between repair and replace when I explained I had broken glass in my window.. that I needed to understand that and when I told her all I needed to do was tell her how I needed help and she should be able to tell me she hung up on me!!! Very rude people. Never have I been treated so poorly.

They did a great job

Had multiple pieces of glass cut from several small pieces to 1 very large piece. They did it quickly, and for a lower price than I expected.

If you’d like to hire a company that doesn’t show up,and doesn’t return phone calls then this is who you want to hire. First they was supposed to come out on a Thursday between 12 and 1 then I received a phone call at 130 saying he was running late (okay I understand sometimes you get behind) says he will call when he’s leaving Terre Haute...at 7..yes 6 hours passed the time he was supposed to show up I called him with no answer. Next day comes and I call and she apologizes and says he will be out as soon as possible today..guess what? Never showed up AGAIN. So at this point I’m like forget having them install I’ll just order the window from them since they sell Simonton Windows which I prefer. So I find a contractor to install and call them up for a price on a window I need, she took down measurements and said it would be 3-4 hours (little lengthy but ok fine)....3 days later guess who never called back. Window outlet in Paris had my price and window ordered in less than 30 minutes.

Terrible service, had my window for 5 days to fix a piece of glass. After 3 days i called and was told they couldnt find it and they would call me back, never called. Next day i go in the store to find out whats going on and they still had no idea where my window was. The following day i finally get a call saying they found it but are unable to fix it. When i go to pick it up it was just a frame all tore apart. No apologies and no concern and was told this is just part of it. I would have been much better off i would have just left it alone rather than taking it to them to fix it! Will never take my business back there!

I call A&B late on the evening of September 27th and reached Dave who informed me I had called the emergency number. It was not listed on their web site as an emergency number but I did get through. Dave said he would be glad to call me the next day after 12:00 noon since I would be out until then. Since I had not heard from Dave I called him today, October 2nd and he said he had my name and number right in front of him, thank to caller ID, and I am on his list to call today. I received no apologies but a lot of excuses. I guess Dave has so much business on his hands he doesnt need to call me back. Five days without a call back is bad business as I have been in sales for over forty years and NEVER treated a customer as I have been treated by Dave. He sounded as though he was just a good old boy and sort of laughed it off. I will find another company who really wants our business and is more professional.
