I worked there for a couple months before covid. They shut down tulip production which made me very sad! I enjoyed my job and who I worked with. Though the owner though there daily only spoke to manager and never spoke to employees as far as I could see. Never introduced himself or asked our names. He never gave us a goods job! Which would have been a professional and kind thing to do!
Wonderfully helpful staff and absolutely gorgeous flowers. Weve gotten topsoil, tulips, and other plants and flowers from here and theres always exceptional customer service and the plants are amazing.

Despite the link on the main page that says floral design, they say its not theirs and they no longer offer that service. Dont order! Old flowers were delivered in smelly water and the petals were falling off a day and a half after delivery. 12/17/2020 To the owner who just now responded, Im not confused and the link is still there. If you would like me to come in sometime, I would be happy to show it to you.

Untrained employees and called 4 times today and it rings until it just disconnects...
I purchased a tree a year ago for mothers day, and purchased the 1 year warranty with the root grow. A month and a half before mothers day this year the tree was dead, I was told that someone would call me a few weeks went by nothing... called again a few weeks and nothing.. So I went to the store and they were shocked no-one called me so called him when I was there. I was told go ahead and replace the tree, so cashier checked me out and total was $99.00 the tree jumped in price from the previous year $99.00 to $150.00 so I had to pay extra to replace the tree, I understand the other $40.00 was shipping. But warranty is warranty the tree should have been replaced at no cost. Management needs to get their act together, I purchased many products from this company and to be treated like this and never get a call back in a month Irritating.
I came to buy a large mum so that it would bloom two weeks from now for a meeting. They were very exact and informative. My family has also gotten bedding plants for our large church beds. A good place to go. Not visible from road but there is a nice sign on road.
The flowers seem to be pretty good. You cant be the price. I will be going back.
I have done business with Tulip Company for a few years now. Theyve been very helpful with getting the plants we need as well as helping with some design work. I think whether you are a contractor or a homeowner, you should stop by and see what they have to offer.
TL/DR: I called several times after estimates were takin, Tulip Company never responded back.We had the manager of Tulip Company take measurements of our landscaping for a potential overhaul. After not hearing from them for several weeks, I called and asked for an update on the status of our estimate. I was told that the manager was out. So, I left my name and number as requested. A few more weeks past, I called back and I received the same response. This happened three more times and on the fifth, I told them not to worry about it. I then emailed Tulip Company and asked what the turn around is on getting back with potential customers estimates? I was told they had lost my number and haven’t been able to contact me. At this point, I ask myself “why have none of my messages made it to the manager?” I replied back with my number and was called that evening. However, I was unable to answer at the time. Within 30 minutes I returned the phone call and was told the manager was out, again. I was also told that I would be contacted that evening once the manager left a job. I was never contacted, and I sent an email back to the associate I previously had emailed. I was then told that I would be contacted ASAP by a management. Well, here I sit two weeks later with no phone call. It has been over two months and all I’m looking for is a courtesy call stating that they may be slightly behind perhaps?I’m honest to a fault, service from Tulip Company has been unsatisfactory. My thoughts on this company have done a complete 180 from what I had heard in the past. I would not recommend them for future use.
From start to finish Cody knocked it out of the park. He coordinated the shipping for me on my new multione loader to Wa. State and gave me what I deemed was a VERY fair price on it. The first trucking company arrived to pick up the loader and he denied the pickup due to the difficulty we would have getting it off the truck when it arrived at our facility. Instead he went out of his way to coordinate a completely new trucking company that would allow us to unload it easier. NOW THATS SERVICE! He was able to answer all my questions and was very responsive and easy to work with. If he didn’t know the answer he was more than happy to reach out to the manufacturer to get the answer. Now that’s service! Since my initial purchase I have since placed another attachment order with Cody and will be placing additional orders in the future. As a consumer it’s a real pleasure to come across and work with a SOLID company like this. -Alex Lange
I am from Florida and I had my wedding at St.-Mary-of-the-Woods. We were really in need of a florist and then we called up the Tulip Co. Bud Welker is an angel. So kind and attentive to his brides. He followed through with every crazy request (gardenias and orchids in my bouquet, lavender in the boutonnieres) and he gave us lots of great feedback and advice. The bouquets were absolutely, breathtakingly beautiful. Our guests literally gasped when they saw our flowers. I would recommend these folks to anyone!!

Awesome, the combination of Rose Hill Lawn Care, Landscaping,, & Snow Service as the top landscaper in Terre Haute, mixed with the forward charging Tulip Company retail center and Fruitridge gardensis a great team. We found all of the plants we wanted, Rose Hill Landscaping Planned out the design, installed it all, and our place now looks better than our neighbor that just spent $10k with Metzger! and we only spent just over half, Awesome!
