The entire staff is excellent, not a bad one in the bunch. If you have an issue, Troy the owner, is almost always on site. Pricing, particularly on power tools is as good if not better than Amazon in most cases. The store also stocks a tremendous amount of inventory and if they dont have it they can usually get it and deliver it the next day--first class organization.
