I worked with Rogers to repair 3 broken and rotted out basement windows as well as a back door that the previous owners had used an interior door when converting the house to a duplex. House is over 100 years old; as soon as they took out the old windows the brick start to crumble. Their crew lead (Marianne) communicated this to us clearly and quickly and their team was able to get that repaired for a very fair price and continued work on the initial project.Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the work, professionalism of the tradesman, and communication by leadership on lead times for materials and availability (especially with everything being so expensive or out of stock right now). Managing my expectations in this market and supply chain environment was key to coming out happy on the other side and Rogers helped with that from the start.

Used Rogers Home Improvement to perform various tasks to make a house ready for sale. This involved renovating a bathroom, repairing water damage, refinishing floors, and various other tasks. We were very happy with their work. They were efficient, punctual, communicated well, and very reliable. This was especially important as we relied on Brian and his crew to get the job done as we were a long way from the area throughout the whole process. No problem in recommending them.

Called several roofing contractors in town, all either didnt return my call or didnt show up, except for Rogers, who came right out and showed up when they said they would. Work completed in a timely manner, workers were courteous. They had actually left a few nails in the roof, I called and they came right out and cleaned them up and did another perimeter sweep to make sure they got them all. They worked with my insurance and made it much easier in me. I would definitely recommend.

We have used the services of this company for many years with complete satisfaction every time. They have provided services in our rental property in nearly every capacity-roofing, water damages, fire damage, remodel. When we first called for an estimate, they were here within a day or two and right on time. Went right up on the roof and accepted the amount our insurance agreed to pay. We did have extensive repairs done as well as all new gutter work at our own expense. He went through every detail with both of us, not just my husband. It did take a bit before they could start the job but again this was info we were given the day of the estimate. It was a big job and their busy season. Our brand new large roof was on in a day and a half, which was simply amazing. Gutters and other repairs took a few days more. We did have a problem with gutters leaking, but one phone call and they were there next morning and fixed everything. Couldn’t be happier.

Quality work, professional, and clear communications. Very pleased with bathroom remodel and am using again in the future for a kitchen remodel.

Mike Rogers, his staff, and crew were all great to work with. We were given a fair estimate which included an excellent roofing material. They were on time, completed the job on time and the new roof looks great. We had agreed to pay for a complete new decking system if necessary; however, Rogers Home Improvement was able to make a couple of minor repairs and we did not have to incur the expense of a completely new deck. We were very happy with all aspects of the install and our dealings with everyone involved. Would recommend them to everyone who needs an honest estimate for a roof or any other service they offer.

Thanks to Rogers Home Improvement for assisting our family with an unfortunate water backup in the basement. Came home from vacation on January 1st late afternoon to standing water in the basement and even though it was a holiday they had a crew there within 45 minutes, and all the water was pumped out in another 45 minutes. Due to their quick response we experienced no real damage. Thanks for the great service.

If I could give less then one star I would!First off, if you want a return call, you will have to call them several times in order to get them to even come give you a estimate. We did FINALLY get someone to come out for the estimate.We worked with our insurance and the estimate was 7,000 over the insurance was paying, as they were a bit over priced.We decided to just get the roof replaced since we had just about the amount for that. After giving us a new estimate for JUST the roof, we could NEVER get them to set a time to do the work. First they wanted the money in cash only, and said they would be able to do the work in October. They NEVER touched base with us.Finally we had to call them and tell them if they wanted the job, we needed to know when they could do it as it was now the end of October and they never contacted us. They told us....you were suppose to call us even though I have emails stated differently. We told them we had the cash money they wanted and needed to set a time, since the roof had been leaking in to our house since June.We were told that he had to check with Mike and would call us back with a date. That was almost 4 weeks ago. We have since hired someone else who has done the job and was 1,000.00 cheaper!VERY unprofessional. The worse company to work with! To bad to, as we would have used them to do several other jobs come spring.

I hire them to do work on my garage and they never show up. I called again when the tree guys removed the trees off the garage to ask them to tarp the roof. They dont show up for a couple days and I call again and they get someone out there, this wasnt an emergency and the tree guys said they would have taken care of that. I hired them to fix my garage. They send a Mike out to look at the damage and they never call or show up again. They send me an out of site bill and when I called he said the insurance pay at that rate. I asked for an Itemized bill and the owner refused. 2 guys for 2 hours, 2 new tarps and 1 used one for over a thousand dollars. I dont think so. Now Im in collections. You are a fool if you use these people.

I needed some repairs on a newly purchased home and Rogers Home Improvement did a great job. I would use them again.

They kept in contact with us until they started the job, and then stayed on the job until it was completed. They also communicated with us through the job until it was completed.

They were supposed to do a complete roof replacement on the rear of my house. They werent on time, and only put a patch on. Less than 4 months later, my roof is once again leaking water into my house.

Rogers did some insurance work for my Mom, replacing ceiling tiles and clearing a drain. They were on time, did good work, and cleaned up (twice)! We are very happy with their work, and highly recommend them!

Called to get estimates for some work. They gave me an apponitment and then no one called or showed up. I guess they have enough work they dont need my business.

Did roof and bathroom remodel after water damage, they wound up cutting water line, cutting phone and internet cabel, breaking the siding, and wound up with more water damage from condensation in a new part of the house.

Everyone in my family uses Rogers. They show up on time and get the job done for each project weve had them on.
