Decent Gas Station, was able to pull up to the auto/gas pumps from the Truck/diesel section which helps getting in and out if towing a travel trailer! While there saw an F-15 flying over! way cool!

Dirty and a hassle. Card wouldnt work at the pump. Restrooms dirty. Filthy place.

The showers one horrible!!The bathrooms was not clean. I came in around midnight to shower and the lady did not care that she had people in line.They should close down and rebuild.

I came here with my husband to do a reset of hours. I typically stay out of truck stops due to safety concerns so I am not bashing the truck stop itself. I was sleeping and received a earth shaking knock and maybe kick to my truck, I ignored it that time maybe they’ll go away so I thought. I was cooking earlier with my curtain cracked so maybe someone saw two people male and me obviously female. We sleep or I try. My husband goes in in the morning I watch him go in safely I close the curtain because I’m alone in truck and it’s a safety thing for me. I get another earthquake of a knock and this time like the police . If safety is not a thing for people maybe we shouldn’t come here.

One of the oldest Pilot Travel Centre. Its washrooms and showers need more renovation. Anyhow washrooms were clean.

I did not go into the store but my husband did. He said there were bugs crawling all over the bathroom floor. Was not ants maybe termites.

The bathrooms were decent, my only problem was the faucets were a little grimy, but other than that it was fine.

So ive been traveling the country and to save money roughing it in my truck i have been to dozens of pilots flyying js and loves truck stops and travel centers sometimes staying days at a time to view local scenery. This is the first stop where i was told i could not rest here. So for travelers i recommend staying away from this location

I like the set up of this truckstop. .24 hour subway and McDonalds...subways toaster not working and the floor and grounds around this place are disgustingly filthy.

Horrible place. Small lot very few parking spots. The night shift worker with dark hair and glasses is very rude. Also if you need an extra empty cup to put your coffee cup in so it dont burn your hands you better expect to pay full price for each empty cup. Pilot and flying j seems to be going down hill in the last 10 years. They hire these people that acts like they hate their job and even though its a truck stop which is where most of their business comes from truck drivers they arent very friendly to the drivers.

Parking lot is hard to navigate around and bathrooms have mold.

This place is a hole. Avoid if your looking for clean bathroom that have stalls with working locks. If you dont mind mold in corners this might be for you. The cashier lady was yelling at me that the side driver entrance was closed. I only pulled in here to take a dump and close my eyes or Im going to fall off the road not to be hollered at.

The service you expect from a pilot Travel Center is what I received here. Meaning excellent service. Pallet Travel Centers typically has the best price on gas. Its also nice the wide variety of things they offer for sale. They typically have a lot of clearance or discount things as well which is nice. All-in-all I recommend stopping at Pilot traveling centers when traveling.

Stopped in on my way to pick up my daughter from college. Clean restroom, fresh coffee, and a large selection of food for the road. Great place to stop on our trips to and from Terre Haute.

The Pilot Travel Center was okay. I dont like the Pilot app now because I cant tell how much gas cost now and because I didnt know that a reward thats good for multiple uses must still be saved before each use.Most Pilots are about the same with cleanliness, fair prices, and conveniences.

The store had friendly cashier’s the manager the older guy was so nice... but the only thing that triggered me was when I went into subway and the guy was fixing a sub and sneezed in his shirt🤢Infront of the customers...I didn’t get a sub just got chips n drinks

This place is small it fills up quickly. The showers were awesome and clean customer service is normal nothing special. It seems to be quiet even when its fool which is a good thing. I recommend stopping here if you can find a spot

We had been traveling since early morning and needed a break. We were able to get breakfast and a sweet treat from Cinnabon to get us ready for the day ahead! The rest rooms were clean. It was a nice place to recharge and get just about anything you might need.

Plenty of fast food options available with shopping also available. Other fast food options available nearby. Fast and friendly service.

I come here a lot, they have the best subway in Terre Haute and since its open 24/7 my coworkers and I always have a great sandwich option available late at night. The pilot employees are kind and friendly. The coffee is great too. Prices are a little high compared to other nearby stores. But youre paying for the convenience offered.

Small and clean. Older lady at counter was awesome. Didnt put up with typical a holes parking in pumps and leaving it sit there...

I gave two stars because no laundry or sweet tea. All truckstops need laundry. One of the cleanest pilots I have been to and I try to only stay at pilots. Also fly the flag. I heard pilot quit flying American flag as not to offend foreign customers. Well you are offending your American customers. FLY THE AMERICAN FLAG.

Only hot dogs and microwave sandwiches in the store to eat. Disgusting that at most Pilot Flying J this is all they offer for hot food. Hamburgers and hot dogs. As if this is what we want to eat every time we stop? When I mentioned this to Pilot employee she said God bless you. Like many say in an attempt to make you feel bad for saying anything they dont like.

Crowded and hard to navigate small parking lot and pump lanes. Small selection of soft drinks. Dont carry 93 octane. Much better travel stops to choose from.

A small but a nice clean facility. Friendly staff. No laundry service for drivers. Wished they had soups available, not just the roller items. Subway was good.

My shower power.fuel and scale all went smooth n lastly they have types of food products good for me a longhauller. I usually stop here. Its comfortable for me, here i feel well treatrd.

Plumbing issues at our house so we went there for a shower. Very nice and friendly! Little pricey for a shower but the water was warm and it was clean!

I should make it a 0... I have a insulated van, I haul bulk potatoes so I carry a propane heater. A employee was outside cleaning up the trash be hind the parking. I went inside and ate. I come back out to find someone turned my tank off. I here the employee say this there he is. When he heard me delight my tank he decided he was done and returned inside. I ask the driver next to me if he saw him open my trailer. He said no but he did here my trailer door open/close when he was back there. I go inside and ask the employee if he did and without even looking at me he says no I did not Im thinking he is lying, cause why would he say there he is then when asked dont even look at who is asking and just say no.. and I was doing was drying my floor so I could go get my paper... I will never spend another penny here

Always need larger areas for RVs to turn around. Also, a dump station would b a nice extra and appreciated. Think ahead as RVs are more and more popular when building/ expanding your business. It will be a money maker!

Due to my job I must travel all around the country. I can find Pilot Travel Center wherever I go. I can park my cargo van in the parking lot and spend the night knowing that I will be safe. The services they offer to the freight industry it enormous. Thanks to Pilot we have a place to rest.

Easy in and out. They always have what Im looking for and they are very friendly and helpfull.

Small store and parking area. Employees dont all wash their hands after using the restroom. (Cough cough cindy) I was pretty disgusted by it honestly. If you want something to eat make sure its pre packaged.

We pull a fifth wheel travel trailer, 32 in length. The good thing about pilot stores is the easy on of access. Prices are usually no better our worse than any where else.

This pilot, (46&70), is close to my workplace, and I have been stopping here several times a week since Feb. of 2004. It and the instore Subway are both very clean everywhere. The staff is a team of good people who will tell you a joke as they grab a couple of pennies to round your change off. You can tell that they enjoy working there, and with each other. You will leave there feeling the day just got a little better. If I am there too, you will leave laughing, guaranteed. (More jokes)

This place was a real life saver for my husband and I!! Our house was under construction and our bathtub was taped over for 4 days. My husband jokingly said Well well go to a truckstop and I thought why not?I called Pilot Flying J Truck Plaza and a very nice lady said sure come on over.And I was blown away! Beautiful HUGE private bathroom/shower done in lovely ceramic tile. With huge well lit vanity and built-in shower seat. Large fluffy bath towels bath mat and washcloth. They happily supply hou with extra linens on request. You receive a code with your paid receipt that allows you entrance to your shower plus a bolt inside. Hot water unending with gentle to terrific water pressure. There is a soap dispenser in the shower although I did bring my own.These baths were the cleanest I have EVER seen outside of a home! Some of the nicer restaurants in Terre Haute could take pointers from these folks! And so polite. Lady was so gracious on the phone and in person.We are planning more renovations to our home so I am sure we will be going again. Keep them in mind if youre in a similar situation.

Exceptional customer service. We got a flat 5 hours into our 20 hour drive. Fortunately we were able to get to the pilot. Donnie (night manager) went out of his way to help us. He spend about 30 minutes calling tow companies that could potentially get the tire fixed the same night. Unfortunately none of them answered. We ended up checking into the holiday Inn across the st. The next morning Jack (the Sunday manager) drove my brother to the walmart tire center dropped him off and then came back and picked him up to get the tire changed.

Thank you jack Schneider for sending my granny from Texas wallet back with not one thing gone. May it come back 10 folds for you because there are not many people in this world like you anymore.Krista from Texas👍🙂

One of the workers who works outside and had on a orange sleeveless shirt was using the hose to clean the truck fuel lanes and when I showed up he was staring at me the whole time I was there. He looked angry and was staring me down and following me. When I went inside and came back out he continued staring me me and spit on the ground while looking at me. Not sure if he does that to everybody but it made my time there uncomfortable and I won’t be visiting again.

It was a typical pilot. Friendly employees, mens room wasnt the greatest but Ive seen a lot worse.

Nice service station but on the small side! A bit difficult to get to the pumps in an RV.

It was not so ok,my car battery died,I ask the manager to help me with a jump and he refused to help me as a customer.i wasnt impress by the way he didnt help me as a customer who buy most of my gas at pilotTruck stop.
