I definitely would not recommend. Out of the 8 guys in the wedding party, half had parts of their tuxes that weren’t right. Two others had issues but just went ahead with it. After overnighting the replacements, they still forgot one piece. They did offer to deliver that piece though. Part of the problem was that during fitting the gave us traditional fit to try on then ordered slim fit. Not the same, and they should know that.

We have worked with Seno formal wear in terre haute Indiana for both my daughters weddings. They have highly educated employees that know what they are talking about when it comes to tuxes. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that all the guys were dressed to kill and we appreciated their attention to detail. I highly recommend Seno for all your guys formal needs.

Kendall we really helpful and answered every question. I could tell she knew what she was talking about and was really kind and once again really helpful. Went through every detail about the agreement and what the other grooms men had to do. Would recommend to anyone lookin for a rental tux

My wife and I took our son to Seno for his first prom rental. The initial visit was great. The staff offered exceptional service, gave spot on professional recommendations and treated us with care. We returned to Seno this past Thursday 5/2 for our sons final fitting. We were surprised to see such a crowd and had to wait for a bit before trying on his tux. The great experience, it’s well worth the wait. Our son looked perfect. The only bad experience was how the ladies working there were treated. I was shocked to witness a teenage girl speak to the staff so poorly. It was an embarrassing situation and the Manager did a great job handling the crowd and an unruly child.

This place is amazing! Super sweet and helpful co workers! We really enjoyed our experience there. We will definitely be going back for any further tux rentals!

We used Seno Formal Wear for our wedding and they were fantastic!! The customer service was wonderful and they had name brand tuxes for very reasonable prices! We mostly worked with Kendall and she was phenomenal!! She made my husband and I feel like we were her only customers! Seno made this part of my wedding completely stress free!

The fitting, pick up and drop off process for my sons tux was smooth, he said it was comfortable and the cost was middle of the road in regards to the other places we visited. My only complaint was the bow tie was frayed around the edges and did not look good (we were not shown this upon pick up, they just had him try on the pants, shirt and jacket) and the jacket had confetti in the pockets which told me it had not been cleaned properly. When I mentioned this upon return I was told “it is a rental.” I’m not sure what that has to do with anything but for $140 I want a clean tux.

I was in your store last night picking up my son Brycen’s tux. This was the first year the process was so easy and the staff was amazing! Unfortunately I was in the store Thursday 5/2 When a teenager decided to come in and cuss out the staff! The staff handled the situation with nothing but class and had to call mall security on the child.

Insulted my daughter’s Prom date telling him his choice of vest was going to look “stupid” with the jacket he wanted to wear. She then proceeded to speak in a very condescending tone of voice regarding if they rented pieces separately. Upon the return visit to pick up the tuxes, the same associate once again was very rude and condescending and asked him if he was going to wear his hair with those BRAIDS to Prom. She has embarrassed him twice now by speaking down to him. When my daughter confronted her regarding calling him a two year old, insulting his choice of formalwear (without seeing the dress) AND his hairstyle choice, she was walked out on by an associate and told they would be calling the mall cops. My daughter was told to tell her dates mom to “get her butt back to the store if she had an issue”! The associate also argues with the other son regarding his sleeves being too long. Was told it didn’t fit right and she asked how it didn’t fit and was very abrupt and rude. Had Prom not been in two days, the tux order would have been cancelled and purchased somewhere else. Three year loyal customers, renting three tuxes over the course of two weekends and treated like trash! Customer service SUCKS at this store! I WILL be calling corporate to complain!

This was my first year getting a tux for prom from Seno Formal Wear and I will be returning! The process was smooth for picking out, picking up, and returning. One issue happened with another customer while I was in the store and the associates tried to handle it, but the girl was not having it. Both workers were trying to explain to the girl, but the girl just wanted to argue instead of listening. Everybody that was standing in the store when this happened was shocked and in awe by the girl’s behavior towards the employees even when the employees kept their cool. Kudos to Seno’s employees for trying to solve the problems instead of arguing with the girl. Highly recommend seno formal wear over any other place.

Customer service is good but very expensive. Payed $165+ for 9 year olds tux after discount. Definitely recommend looking around.
