The employee was not friendly. The staff needs improvement on their customer service skills. If I could this location would not get any stars. I will say this store lost revenue.

Doesnt seem to be much of an inventory especially for teen girls

James Ray you are gravely mistaken this was not Fake News this was my experience. And I work for An energy company not a shoe store.But I will now say this has gotten better than before. I was told there was a new store manager there, I explained my experience before to the staff and they had told me unfortunately the previous store manager would walk to other stores to talk to other mall employees. This past time I came in for some equipment there were people at the door ready to help. I felt as I was a bother to them asking for help I may have been with some of their new staff for the holiday season. This experience was far better than previous.

Best Hibbett store I have ever been to! Amber, the store manager, helped me get a new pair of Nike shoes at a great price! A+++ very helpful and always willing to assist.

The actual store at this location is very underwhelming. The staff doesnt know what they carry in store or even whats on their wall. I walked in glanced around and asked for a specific shoe and they asked me if it was over there. Without even looking went immediately to online shopping and i said no and went across the walkway to champs. Which the guy there knows his stuff.

Horrible experience. No one in the store when I walked in. New to the area and when I asked about the competitors they talked trash about both (finish line next door, Champs on the other side of the hall, and shoe depot diagonally). Because of this I went to Champs for my purchase & they only had nice things to say about other stores. Hopefully this was a one time thing but not going back for a while.
