My mom was there to get a new phone and they were very helpful with recommending and answering all questions about the phone and service.

Not helpful at all drove 34 miles to take person off my account and wasnt able to do it. The person I was taking off was in Missouri and the Cricket office was in Terre Haute. In. Very poor service.

Great service and I’m happy the Terre Haute location has signs stating they require masks and limit people in store to keep my family safe. I felt safe and happy with my new phones for me and my wife! Sam and Will were terrific :)

They sold my wife a iPhone xr and calling speaker not working well and she went to return it and they told her, oh we have a new palacy that we cant refund a broken phone and she only had it for 5 days, so they can sell junk but since its junk they cant fix it or refund her money cause its junk, I hate this place,

Do not bother with this place! The employee leaves several times a day and closes the office! It is NEVER open!! He even had a customer at the door this morning and told them he was leaving so they would have to wait 30 minutes. Who runs a business this way?!!! Find more reliable employees Cricket because the ones you have are absolutely TERRIBLE!!

No sign on the door to tell how many people are allowed inside, or to wear a mask, my family and I of four went in to get new phones and we went in and were told we needed masks and only 2 people allowed inside. We all left. There should be a sign stating masks need to be worn and that theres only 2 people allowed in the building at once.

I see reviews about this store and they say things like Great Service but I have a warning for anyone who shops here. This location is an Authorized Retailer meaning they are not part of Cricket Corporate but a franchise. This is OK for most things but here is where the problem lies. I purchased a new LG Harmony at this location thinking I would get a device that would work with all existing apps available in the play store... or at least most of them. But this phone is not compatible with some apps, most importantly Google Assistant wont run. This means no Ok Google, no voice unlock, no pairing with Google Home Stations, no routines, no smart home control and none of the best features of an android device. Now, if I want to return it I have to bring it back to the store I purchased it from since it is a franchise. I was on the road when I broke my phone and replaced it so now that I am back in Kansas I have no way to return the device. I am now stuck with a phone that doesnt work for the things I need it to do. My only recourse is to purchase a new phone from a Cricket store here in Kansas and I will just eat the cost of this LG Harmony. Buyers Beware, this is not a Cricket Store but someone doing business on behalf of Cricket and therefor is limited in the things they can do. Make things easier on yourself and go to an actual Cricket location or if you have no other choice go buy a Cricket phone at Best Buy where at least you can return it to any store in the nation.
