We called Culligan because we needed our well water tested for a home sale. Steve came out and tested the water, was very professional wearing a mask and taking off his shoes as we requested. Moving overseas, we were in a rush. With the pandemic going on and everything, Steve help move the process along quickly. I called the office for a question about my water softener and the person who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and polite to talk to and answered all my questions. We also asked to have an ultraviolet light system put into our home to help purify our water even more. Kurt came out and was extremely helpful and explained everything in great detail. Over the years, I have had such good experiences with Culligan! From help with an existing system in a previous residence, to my most recent experience with an install of a new softener and reverse osmosis system, every staff member that Ive had interactions with has been friendly, courteous, and helpful. Customer service is clearly a priority. It is so refreshing to be able to be confident that any one in that company will take the time to answer questions or help. From the time of my first inquiry email to the actual install of my new system, not even a full week went by. Steve, and then both Jeremy and Tony, took the time to answer my many questions and make sure I was comfortable with everything. I highly recommend!!

Clean cut, courteous, wore his uniform with pride and during this awful Covid crisis he wore a N95 mask and gloves which I know was hot and uncomfortable. These guys are great! Very honest, quick, and friendly! Couldnt ask for more professional people to work with. We have had water tested for a softener in the past and they were honest enough to tell us our water was great and we didnt need one. Just this week they came to take a water sample for our home refinancing and Steve arrived early, finished quick, and was very nice also!

We had two reverse osmosis/ water softening systems installed in side-by-side homes my son owns yesterday. The two gentlemen who installed our systems were awesome in every way! They were polite, knowledgeable, cleaned up after the installation and wore shoe covers in our homes. Steve, the manager, was wonderful as well: professional, helpful and very customer service oriented. This company has everything going for them! Highly recommend them!!

The very best! We went from not being able to use and not wanting to bathe/do dishes/ brush teeth with our water to the best water we’ve ever used and being able to DRINK it !!!!!! Kurt was here numerous times to help with anything and everything (even when the ended up being related to something else ...oops) and was happy to do so and very quick to come each time. He is hands down the best around and I trust his wisdom over anyone’s. All around great experience and there is no possible way we could be anymore satisfied. Beyond expectations! Steve and his team have gone above and beyond with our new house. From testing to installation of a new filtration system every question was answered promptly and every concern was addressed. Its such a relief to find good and honest customer service!

We have always had great service from Culligan at our home, but they have gone above any beyond by donating enough socks and body wash for all of the students at my school to take home for Christmas. This was not something we asked them for, they simple saw that we were trying to collect these items and reached out to me and asked how many we needed. They delivered the items the very next day! Our school is so thankful for their support!

Im in the process of buying a house and found out I needed to have a reverse osmosis system installed ASAP. I did a Google search and called two different local places. When I called Culligan, I was told I needed to talk to Steve and he would call me back as soon as he was out of his meeting. When I called the second company, I got an answering machine and so I left a message. Within 10 min., Steve called me back and answered all of my questions. They were able to come out to the house and install the system that afternoon. The technician who installed the system was really helpful as well and even looked over the water softener to make sure it was working properly. I was very impressed with the service and promptness. I give this Company the best rating I could, and would have given it 10 stars if I could. The representative, Steve Templeman, was very knowledgeable and had done his homework before he got here. He did exactly as we asked, had the installers set up and before we knew it, our water was soft. We have always used Culligan as our water softener go to and had recently moved to our new home which did not have soft water. well, it does now, and we just want to say thank you Culligan!

I worked with Steve who provided services that reached far above expectations for myself and a mutual client. We were in need of a water test under a very tight deadline; he collected the sample the next day and was able to provide us with our results much sooner than anticipated. What stood out the most to us was that he made sure to keep efficient communication, even outside of business hours, for all parties involved. We have been a customer for over 15 years. We have carbon tanks that are cleaned and delivered each month. About half the time our water gets worse when they change the tank because they bring us dirty tanks. We are constantly calling and having them bring us a new tank a day or so after they are switched. Sometimes we are too busy to call so we are forced to deal with gross water for a month. My brother lives down the road and had the same problem. He cancelled his service. We have thought about it as well.
