What a place! If youre looking for Western wear and western boots theyve got it in spades. They have quite a bit of work wear and work boots as well. They were a little light on my size for boots but everybody is right now. If youre looking for american-made boots they have a good selection and most are clearly marked. The staff was very friendly and helpful and conditioned my boots before I left. A+!
This was a very big store. Pretty sure it had more Carhartts than the Carhartt store. Pricing was good. No carts. Would recommend a carrier if you have a infant.

Neat place and lots of stuff. Came for the Opry. There seemed to be zero handicap accessible areas which made walking with a walker extremely difficult. My friend had to use her walker in the rock and the wheels kept sinking causing her to trip. Since any ramps arent clearly marked, people parked over them. The walk outside from one end of the building to another was difficult and unsafe. Concert was good. Venue was clean.
Lots to see! Something for everyone. Prices are fair and store was well organized. Lots of choices of boots and work boots. Quality footwear.

What can I say? I love Boot City. You can find everything from daily work boots to higher end leather cowboy boots. Jeans in a lot of sizes and brands. Prices are fair and within the market. They have a cool little Cafe next to it and you can buy old school style candies in shop. Interesting mix of belt buckles, belts, hats, etc. All in all a fun place to go.
Very nice store. Huge affordable selection. Found a paid of boots for my son that nobody has had the sizes in stock and one for a coworker daughter. Sadly they had just sold the last pair I wanted in my size but never the less a fantastic store with superbly friendly service. 6 starts if it was available.

Very cool place. The atmosphere is wonderful. The interior is very large and completely filled with inventory. They have entire sections dedicated to specific boot and shoe styles as well as plenty of cowboy hats, western memorabilia, and clothing from several large manufacturers and brands. There is an entire section specifically for carharrt, with. Old weather gear and fire proof gear. This place is a sight to see as well as being completely relevant tp helping outfit the wabash Valley with safety equipment, gear, and clothing. This place is terrific! See Boot City!

One of the 4 pairs of boots I bought & paid $100.00 for.. well the black vinyl started bubbling & peeling off BEFORE I even got to wear them, I think it was due to whatever they wiped them down with.. I was ONLY up there to visit our daughter & new grandbaby, did not realize this until I was already in Pittsburgh & I wanted to show them to my other daughter, I live in Florida so I dont know what to do, I guess I basically threw that $100.00 away..😞☹️😟😥😭 & all together I spent $432.00 in that place

An enormous amount of BOOTS !! also a great place to buy Blue jeans, they have racks and racks and all sizes. you will be very pleased.
Have been waiting for today for weeks. If your looking for womens boots dont bother. I was so disappointed in the 2, 8 ft sections of 7.5 sizes. All their boots are on the shelf so not many selections. Was barely given the time of day by the female sales associate too many men to wait on I guess. Oh well lesson learned.
Freaking LOOOVE this place! Its like 1½ hours away for me but its soooo worth it. HUGE boot selection. Large clothes selection. They had kids clothes and boots and even some toys. Sadly, their horse tack selection was next to none. Very disappointed in that. BUT it is BOOT city. And they definitely have boots!!!!! From affordable to (at least) $300.

This is a very good place, its super clean, organized, has a nice atmosphere, and all types of variety in the store, the only thing that is not favorable is the price some of the products, they are quite expensive but the quality of the problems look nice and I would definitely recommend this place.
Service could be better. No one was really around to help. Had to measure for our own boots.
They have all kinds of items. Be sure to ask the staff to find just what youre looking for, the place is very large with rooms by brand names.

More here than just boots partner, lots of leather goods, as well as denim.Staff is easy on the eyes and square shooters. Yer one stop shop on the trail, for near anything leather.Grap a drink from the rootbeer saloon to wash the trail dust down!

Stopped in to look at hats. Genuine leather had the security tags poked directly into it. I simply asked why tag an expensive hat like that. The cashier was rude about it. She said it doesnt hurt the leather and it doesnt matter. Well it does if I am paying for it. We left not buying anything. I just simply suggested the they put them on the seam or in already made hole. She stated that they put them where they are told and walked away. Thanks but no thanks...

Overall, the customer service was great. The young lady there probably brought me probably twenty different pairs of boots. Finally found a pair that I loved and fit perfectly. The store is a little pricey but you pay for what you get. Wished they had military discount!

Excellent experience! I needed a specialty pair of boots for Western-style riding year-round in the Indiana environment. The sales associate was knowledgeable and offered several choices. Without fail, each option was more comfortable and better suited for my needs. She was also able to answer other peoples questions while working with me. At no point did I feel neglected however, because of her customer service skills. The boots I settled on are certainly not cheap, but they are high quality and I expect them to last a long time. Fantastic experience!

Most of the staff at boot city are more than willing to help you however upon my last visit I was passed around to four different staff simply trying to find out if some rubber boots would be in stock within 30 days for a Christmas present as in any other brick and mortar establishment you get what you pay for and Im sure they have some part time staff that are not well versed on products shipping or availability however for the most part its a decent shop I know Im just nit picking..

This place has an amazing selection of blue jeans and a decent selection of shirts, but for boots they had a lot but if looking for very nice dress boots and didnt have that much there. They mainly had work style boots and lace up work boots. I also wasnt too impressed on their Carhartt selection.
Hard to find items and sizes are always here. However, we needed help with boots and rang several times. No one came to assist. For the prices here, I expect help quickly and feel I must get the fit right there first time. We finally helped ourselves to measuring devices and used a best guess on fit.For years, weve shopped here for the service provided. That was missing for us this trip.
I dont need boots, but they have a very good selection of blue jeans at competitive prices. The display racks are clean, neat and well labeled. I just bought some today.
This is a big shout out to Rylie! What wonderful customer service!!!! I called looking for some odd sized Levis. She obviously looked on the computer & said yes we have them but wait! Let me run back and make sure theyre here before you drive down.Already Im in awe. Ive become accustomed to people that obviously dont care about their job, their store and especially about you. So I said Rylie I would love to wait and she was gone under four minutes. She brought up three pairs to the desk and put my name on them. My brother picked them up the following morning.Boot City if you read these reviews know you have a very special employee. Let her know that. Horrible customer service stood at counter for over 10 minutes while 2 employees decorated a Christmas tree 15 feet away. No acknowledgement at all finally I took my big yellow bag to where the winter coveralls where couldnt find my size so I left
