Great service! Only dock against 5 stars is me coming to pickup my tire at 4:26pm today, but they were all locked up and closed. Their hours list they are open until 5pm.

I have gone there several times with nails or bolts in my tires. They fixed them at no charge . Great customer service every time. Took them in Halloween cookies this last weekend just as a thank you for the previous customer service.

I was just there today they did a great job nice people great service just want to say thank you Nathan and the crew.

My tire had been losing pressure. I made an appointment to have it checked. Not only did they patch it in a timely manner- they did it at no charge!! I was shocked. I will definitely be back. Anthony was very helpful and kind, as was the gentleman that scheduled my appointment, I didn’t get his name.

The staff was amazing! They were booked up past closing and I was traveling with my 3 horses in the horse trailer. I blew out a tire, put the spare on and blew it out also. Had an appointment for 11 a.m. for a simple tire rotation. I would do it myself but for their warranty to not be voided, you have to bring the vehicle in and have them do it every 3000 miles. After waiting an hour past my appointment time, my truck finally went back. They also state that you should get your wheels aligned during every rotation, but they didnt tell me this when I got the new tires put on 20,000 miles ago. Now both of my front tires are bald on the inside because they jacked up my alignment when they did it the first time. Will not be coming g back here when I need tires again.

My husband and I were traveling on I-70 across Indiana on Sept 1, 2021, when he noticed we were losing air in a tire. Not being familiar with the area or who would be available to help us we pulled in to Tire Barn at 4423 US-41 in Terre Haute not expecting good news (a long wait). They said it would be a 30-minute wait. We went in to the lobby, sat down and looked back at our car in the parking lot. It was already in the bay being looked at. Turns out we had a screw in the tire. It was fixed with NO CHARGE. In and out in 30 minutes. I wish we would have gotten the names of the employees who helped us but they were very courteous and helpful. We dont have Tire Barns where we live but I wish we did.

Anthony and Jordan went above and beyond to help me in my situation! They both had a smile one their face the entire time. They understood what I was dealing with and made the situation work to benefit me. I will always recommend tire barn. Especially if they are working!

I was in town visiting family and picked up a screw in my tire. I figured it was too close to edge of tire, but they were able to repair it and for free! Much appreciated for an out of towner.

Had a problem on a brand new tire installed by the Fiat dealer in Indianapolis just 5 days ago. Unfortunately their incompetence caused a problem with one of the tires (faulty valve stem). Called the Tire Barn, they fixed it promptly even when they were very busy. Great courteous and professional service. Highly recommend them and thanks.

I went to the Tire Barn in Terre Haute to have a nail removed from a tire and plugged. They checked all of my tires and found another nail in another tire. Then when I went to the counter to pay they said on the house! Very grateful to Tire Barn!

I am utterly disappointed by the negative experience I had today.We have bought at least a dozen sets of tires there and been a customer over 20 years.I drove about 30 miles to get there, waited till opened the door . Proceeded to the counter and the young man Nathan told me gotta have appointment to rotate the tires.I get policy may have changed but that is not how you treat customers who drove 30 miles to give you business.No wonder folks are leaving for Belle tire.These kids need training in customer service and I expect an apology. Also where do I submit a bill for gas and mileage for the rude customer service.?

I am just going to State the facts on this so you can make your own decision. I had an appointment scheduled for 5 p.m. to have one tire replaced. We arrived at Tire Barn at 4:45. We sat and watched our car in the parking lot until 6:05 when they finally took our car back to have it fixed. At 6:45 I began to get a little irritated so I went to the front desk to ask them what the holdup was. They stated they were currently working on my car. Unfortunately, I was able to look through the window in the front lobby and see that my car was sitting there and no one had even came around it little loan began to work on it. At 7:15, I was ready to give up and was getting ready to tell them I just wanted my car and I was going to leave when I finally saw a guy walk over to my car and change the tire. It literally took him three minutes to do it. I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for them to take 3 minutes to repair my car tire. During those two hours and 15 minutes, I was able to watch the staff stand around, tell stories, laugh, and drink beverages well I sat there and waited for them to start working on my vehicle. Not only was I the only one irritated, there were several other people in the lobby who were getting mad while waiting under the same conditions. One lady had been there since 4:30 and at 715 they still had not finished your car. Even more infuriating, as I sat there and waited for my car to be serviced, I saw multiple people come in 3240 minutes after me, get their car fixed, and leave an hour before I got too. Again, I waited two hours and 15 minutes for a 3 minute tire change. The people working at the facility simply do not care how long you wait and they made that explicitly obvious as I sat there and had fun joke time while I waited for my car to be serviced. There are many other reviews that will tell the exact same story, so unless you have two and a half hours to kill while they sit around and do nothing I strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. We will most certainly never return to this location.

My dad ad been having problems with his car. Took it several places around town and no one knew what was wrong. So he bought 4 new tires still didnt correct the problem so he took it back to tire barn Josh took it for a drive and came back and told my dad what was wrong with it. I’ve always loved coming here and have bought many sets of tires here. Today I had an appointment at noon just to have some tires mounted on different rims and put on my van. I arrived at 11:50 and was told 1.5-2 hours. Went and killed time with my DIL and she brought me back at 2 and my van hasn’t been moved. Why have an appointment!?! This is very frustrating and has ruined my Saturday afternoon.

This is the best place ever. Blew a sidewall on my tire. Tommy and Jimmy got me back on the road fast as possible for a price I couldnt argue with. If you need a tire fixed or need new tires. Seriously go see these guys. You wont be disappointed one bit.

I came here to get my tire fixed and they found a nail and a screw in it. Right after I left the shop I went home for a few hours and then I tried to go to the store later and came outside to no air in my tire.

The tires were reasonably priced but that is the only positive to share. We bought a brand new set of tires less then a month ago, however we have had to return twice because they keep losing air, the customer service is horrible. I would have expected a sorry and they would get it in and fixed quickly, however, they act like I am just there for everyday service. I would have never said anyone the helped me has been friendly but they aren’t even willing to make it right by fixing it quickly or a simple I am sorry you have had to return twice.

Fixed my flat tire after getting a nail in it and checked the other tires pressure as well. They friendly and prompt.

I was stranded 2000 miles from home with a nail Id just picked up in my Pirelli P Zero 315/35R20 high performance run flat tire that could only be fixed by the dealership, or so I thought. I rolled up to the Tire Barn Warehouse at about 6:05pm, jumped out of my car and met one of the managers closing up shop for the evening. He was just walking out with his gal on their way to somewhere theyd obviously planned. First thing he said, were closed. But he must have seen the desperate look on my face, to which he responded in a genuinely caring way, asking me what I needed. I quickly told him my situation and he immediately turned to his girl and asked her to tell someone, you know, hed be there later. Then he asked me for the keys, pulled it into the garage and fixed my tire like a hero. He said he wouldnt leave anybody stranded and really went out of his way to prove it. I just want to give this guy and his company 50 stars. It really made all the difference to me and meant a lot, I really appreciate it.

Employees are rude, 90% of them barely know what they are doing, they tell you your tires are bad when they are not and turn around and employess sell them on the internet, prices are sky high, save yourself the money and time and go elsewere!

I am a repeat customer. I bought tires earlier this year, and I have had a tire run low on air for a bit and have had to come back and try to find out why. They found a nail and plugged it, rotated and everything for free. Best place ever!

They do a good work, but it took to long(2.5 hrs) to fix a flat and rotate tires. They did admit they need more good help. So if you are good with tire business work there looking for help.

EVERY time I am here it is 3+ hours and some sort of problem. Today, its that they broke a tire sensor. Never coming here again!!! Now that Belle is in town, I will be giving them a try in the future.

Flat tire, Car is under new ownership, called previous owner and tire was from Tire Barn. Customer reps are pleasant, but short, as far as OK, we’ll take care of ya. I said would you like my contact info, name and number? Tech Sealed a bead, was told, car is ready, drove to Lowe’s, tire is flat, return back to TB, Jim discovered it was a bent rim and was able to layer it up and it was holding the seal. I asked if this is a permanent fix, no temporary Tommy said. I wish I had things better explained to me that this could possibly go flat again, I might of made other arrangements and avoided a blowout. Tommy ordered a rim, but said it would be delivered on Thursday, I said I have to return to Indy for work on Thursday. He called Friday to tell me the rim is in, however, flying abroad, I return to Indy to discover my tire is flat. I called Tire Barn, talked to a tech, and asked, what should I do, there is a gas station on airport property, should I drive to it? The tech said yes, drive over there and air it up, then drive it here and we’ll take care of it. We’ll, of course, I had a blowout. Mobil Oil Express put the donut on but in the front and not in the rear. So im kind of white knuckling it driving back to Terre Haute at 5pm taking 1 1/2 hrs to get home. I went and picked up the rim the next day and because previous owners didn’t buy road hazard, now TB wants me to buy a new tire, after some ill-gotten advice from TB employee. The experience left me feeling deflated and wanting to take my business elsewhere.Also, you need to know the women’s bathroom is atrocious! When was the last time it was cleaned and even deep cleaned? It should be attended to regularly. No soap in the dispenser, just a shot of soap in an open soap pump on the back of the sink, ok, no tp in the dispenser, but happy to find it on the back of the commode, no paper towels in the dispenser, but primarily, it was filthy, stains everywhere. I kind of expect it when I go to a small chain service station, but Tire Barn is a big chain, got to keep it clean.I just think, I could have avoided paying more money for a new tire when the tire I had was perfectly good. Thank you for your time. I hope some improvements are made.

I got a flat yesterday morning and I was unaware that my spare was.... lets just say it was out of commission. So we left my car sitting in Lowes parking lot on a jack and ran a couple of blocks away to Tire Barn. The lady at the desk said it would probably not be ready for a couple of hours due to them being so busy. I was fine with that. This was at 11am. I then finally called them at 530pm and the gentleman to be here would personally fix my tire right then and to come get it in 20 min. So after getting down there and waiting an hour someone finally patched my tire. I will not be returning for additional services.

Came in today because one of my tires needed patched, they quickly got my car back and fixed my tire. I have gotten my tires here the last two times I’ve needed them and they always make sure I’m taken care of. James is always great to talk with and It makes my trip to the store that much better when he’s here! Glad to have a place I can bring my car with confidence.

Needed my tires resealed. They took care of me as fast as they could. Was really busy when I got there, but the wait wasnt to long and did a great job. Customer service was great as well. Will recommend to everyone I know if they need tire .

I went to get one tire patched. I waited 4 hours on it to finally get done after them telling me it would only be 10 mins 4 different times. Won’t ever come back. They have done decent in times past but management has gone way down and customer service is terrible now.

I had a bad experience today with another shop in town over a very simple issue and had to leave the place furious. Called Tire Barn and made sure they could help me before they closed then sped over there on my spare tire. They helped me super quick even tho they were packed and didnt even charge me. I will be going back for new tires instead of the simple fix very soon and cant recommend them enough. The first time I used Tire Barn I was satisfied. Today they really saved me since it was end of the day on a weekend and Im usually too busy to get places through the week with my work schedule.

Yesterday I went to tire barn in bloomington and had a horrific experience. While there I made a call to terre haute because I was more unsure of what to do than the people that worked there(and they were clueless) Tommy Moore(terre haute) instantly was willing to jump in and help! I was refunded my money at bloomington and refused to tolerate anything else from them because of how rude there were. After leaving I made an appointment to go to terre haute because Tommy had great customer service and had an outstanding knowledge of his job/services/product. You could really tell he wasnt just doing it because it was his job and he actually cared. Going in today I wasnt stressed and I was able to relax a little. I was in and out in a timely manner. Tommy if you are reading this thank you so much for all you did! 🤘🏼

Went in to get my tires balanced and rotated. It needed done and I didn’t want to wait to go to my shop at home.(I’m a student at Rose Hulman.) Balanced the tires right but when I went to change brake pads a couple weeks after, I had two cross threaded lugs on my front driver hub. It’s absolutely ridiculous and when I asked around, I found I wasn’t the only one with a bad experience. How you mess up that easy of a task at a tire shop is beyond me. I have warned everyone I know at Rose to steer clear.

Sold me 2 tires. Told me there was 4 ahead of me. Three and one half hours later there was still 4 ahead of me got my money back and went to Big O. Will never go to Tire Barn again.

Excellent customer service! These folks are quick, friendly and professional. We purchased 1 tire from a competitor while out of state, when we returned home we went to Tire Barn to replace the other 3 as those tires were end of life. Tire Barn not only sold us great tires at an affordable price with an excellent warranty and road hazard, they also balanced, changed the valve stem, checked for leaks, and rotated the tire from the competitor for free. If you need tires and/or alignment this is the place to go!

If youre thinking about paying the extra fee on new tires for the free tire rotations, dont. It would be better to just pay for a rotation elsewhere than to make an appointment which wont be honored because there are paying customers coming in. Twice I have scheduled an appt, the first time my car was pulled in 45 min after the appt time. Today was my 2nd appt & since the lobby had several people waiting I asked if my appt time was still good & was advised mine would be the next car in. I waited 45 min & watched 3 other cars be pulled in before asking when I could expect to be taken care of, I was again advised that I was the next car up. I left since it was apparent they were not at all concerned with doing a free tire rotation. I would suggest not scheduling appts if you arent willing to work in appts around walk-ins.It was also concerning that staff in the office were not wearing masks since Indiana is currently mandating masks in public. Clearly this Tire Barn does not care about customer service & has no regard for the pandemic. My next set of tires will be purchased elsewhere. I just wish I hadnt paid extra for free tire rotations which are useless.Update: I ended up getting great service at the Tire Barn Greenwood location. They not only took care of my appt in a timely manner, they were also friendly & complying with the current state mask mandate.

Excellent service, checked and reset tire pressure sensors, and adjusted tire pressure. Did all of this after I explained a problem, with a maintenance sensor. Did this while I waited, for a whopping ten minutes. The mechanic explained what he did and additional actions I might take, to ensure it didnt happen again.Ive purchased the last two sets of tires for my car from The Tire Barn and its service like this that will keep me coming back.

I cant believe this. First time we went to them to repair our tires and it worked great for a week. Before we left the first time they didnt give us our keys back and our cap for the tire so we had to buy new caps and eventually got our keys. Second time (today) we saw our pressure was low. Mind you...repairs last a long time...literally months or even years at a time...not a week. So we go in and they check it out. They say it cant be fixed or re-repaired but we can buy a brand new tire for 180. I know how auto shops work. They go off commission and dont want to fix something that they CAN fix. And guess what? They lost our new caps again. I was origionally going to repair it myself but dont have time...i guess I have to do everything myself and find time to do it the right way and repair it since you CAN repair it I literally inspected it and thats why I came in today because I literally know you guys could. Dont go here for repairs.

I came in without an appointment on two different occasions with a low tire. I did not purchase my tires at Tire Barn, but no one asked me about that either. They simply instructed me to pull up to a certain bay, and someone would help me right away. The first young man was Kore, the second young man was Tremain. They were both very polite, efficient and personable. The weather was not the greatest either time, but you wouldnt know it from their customer service. I have a new appreciation for Tire Barn, but especially the attention and kindness I received from Kore and Tremain.

Took almost 3 hours to get new tires.

Waited three hours for an alignment just to be told that my ball joints and inner tie rod were bad. The next day I took it to a trusted mechanic and he told me everything was fine and didn’t need to be replaced.Also the waiting area was dirty and looked as if it hasn’t been swept, vacuumed or mopped in weeks.

They are a big time waster!Went in for wheel alignment, folks didnt spend more than ten minutes with it as the wheel was siezed and never updated me. Only after 1.5 hrs I went up for an update and was told I was ready to go way earlier.I am generally happy with the service but you guys need to respect someones time. What does it take to announce when someones vehicle is ready! Text update? Whats all data collection for anyways?
