Was going to Best Buy to buy an over the range microwave and saw this place and decided to stop there first. We had already price shopped Menards, Home Depot and Best Buy. We were greeted promptly and was taken to the microwave that was the best bang for the buck. She showed me the microwave and told me the price, my jaw dropped as I exclaimed what!?!?!. I couldnt believe it, it was $60 less than the similar ones we looked at and it was NAME BRAND!! Definitely worth the stop!

Frank Reich is the only salesmen I have meet that didn’t have have me running out of the store. He is polite, knowledgeable, and dependable. Unlike most salesman who act like carnies rather than professionals.

Purchased washer and dryer 4 weeks ahead of time needed. When it came time, after I set up delivery, they came running out to car to tell us the dryer wasnt in yet, but made it sound like wasnt a problem, should be soon. 10 weeks after purchase we got dryer. I was calling every week to find out where it was. Told my salesman would be in touch; never happened. After all of this dont you think salesman would call and ask if we were happy with our dryer. NOT. They are not customer oriented.

I’ve been dealing with Scott and Gary at Appliance Factory of Terre Haute for years now. My wife and I recently moved from Illinois to Ohio and were looking to buy new appliances for our home. There is an Appliance Factory, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and anything else you can think of about 10 minutes from our house in Ohio. After shopping around we knew that Scott and Gary could get us the best deal.Gary worked the order and had our new appliances delivered out of one of the Ohio stores. He saved us a ton of money compared to Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.. I literally won’t buy appliances off of anyone else. Do yourself a favor and just start with Appliance Factory of Terre Haute. It’ll save you time and money.
