Had driveway done, very pleased. Will definitely use again on my next project

SBF Construction really went above and beyond. We got our driveway done and when I say it brings value to our home I really mean it. I know usually with construction companies they take forever but when the guys came to do the driveway they were fast, efficient, and polite! Since we basically made our own driveway(constantly parking in the same spot on the grass) it’s made pulling up to our house smoother and we don’t have to worry about grass dying anymore. I also didn’t even know they finished until I went to check on the progress and saw that they left. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Our property owners association has several miles of road in disrepair. For years the pavements have been neglected and were in need of major work but we have a limited budget. We decided to contact several companies and get bids as work in the past was less than desirable. A total of 11 companies were contacted, 8 came out to look the site over and two actually provided a quote. We also decided to split the work and let the two companies show us what they have to offer, but we also changed up the requirements. SBF came out at least two different occasions to re-evaluate the work, even coming out on a weekend to accommodate my schedule. We planned a date but the weather did not work in our favor. When they were able to come out the work was completed in a timely, professional manner. In fact it looks like they did a little more than what was expected but the road looks great now. I detour every day to drive down it on the way home, just to make sure it is still holding up well and more than a month later it still looks great and is better to drive on. There were minor hiccups that did not affect quality or price and I would recommend them for your asphalt needs.

Say they can accomplish something then admit they cant. They say they are over booked but then advertise the same day they need more work. Even advertise the service you need on the same day they dont show up to do the work. Poor customer service and quality. Steer clear.

SBF Construction and Paving went above and beyond when they transformed the dirt path to our place into a functional and aesthetically pleasing driveway. The driveway project was two years ago, and it still looks great! Their work has held up exceptionally well even through torrential rains from Hurricane Harvey, and extensive use. SBFC did exactly what they promised, they met or exceeded all of our expectations, and left a highly favorable impression by renovating a muddy, rutted mess into a neat, tidy, functional driveway. Our vehicles stay much cleaner, and we no longer have to deal with tons of dust every time someone pulls up. The SBFC&P workers were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and did their job in a cheerful manner. We are very pleased with the way the project turned out. We highly recommend SBF Construction and Paving to our friends who are looking for a company that provides a great product with extra attention to detail.

Did not do as they said. Backed out of there advertisement. Get what you want in writing and even then they wont fulfill there guarantee
