I set up the rental online and was helped immediately when I arrived on the lot. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The chipper we rented worked great and we were able to mulch down all our brush. We will definately use this United Rental location again.

Called today and spoke with Mike. I need to rent a dump trailer, so was inquiring as to availability and price. I was told that they charge $225.00 per day, for a 2-3yd dump trailer! I confirmed this exorbitant price with Mike, and that is the correct charge. Absolute robbery!Flat Rock trailers, 10, 3 yd dump trailer, $80.49 out the door for 24 hours or Sat and Sunday! 14 dump trailer, $103.49 out the door for 24 hours. Do not get ripped off, go to Flat Rock Trailers!

Double charged for weekend rental when information about an return was never delivered.

Inconsistent polices between locations. Too bad the district isn’t as friendly as the north Louisiana area. In the central Texas area, just go to ASCO.

Ease of reservation and pick-up/drop-off

Very professional. We had made a reservation and when we arrived everything was ready for us. They hooked us up and we were on our way. The return was just as easy.

Siggghhh.... worst experience ever! Not only was I charged 100.00 for a power washer for a half a day, when I went to pick it up 2 guys tried forcing it into the back of my SUV and broke my back seat handle so now I cant put the back seat back up. I was so angry that I left without it and demanded a refund. Never again!
