VERY NICE STORE! The lighting in the store is exceptionally bright and gave me a happy feeling just walking in. The isles were very organized and well stocked. Though they dont carry charcoal (my basis for the going) I still found myself picking up a few essentials. Cashier was nice and offered good conversation. Overall best Big Lots I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

Was very interesting it quite a while since i I visted the store. The store has rearranged the setup. I like it very much.l shall return late to do some real shopping when have allot more time.

This store is going down. Dont get me wrong they still have some items but they want to price there household items as if they are some big department store. Stop the madness!! Outside of the fact Biglots is quick to let you order some mess, with 3 people waiting, one item on the show room floor, knowing they arent getting that item any longer but will hold that floor model for themselves or a friend. Horrible customer service 😑

Shelves were stocked with a few exceptions. Staff were all friendly. Dont use there restrooms. Bathrooms were filthy 🤢

The employees are very very helpful. They even called when my stepmother left her cane in the shopping cart and offered to have my dad just call and they would bring it out when he went to pick it up. Great store!

The store was very clean and everything was relatively easy to find. Im giving them four stars because I didnt really see anybody around to ask questions to. They sell some really pretty copper trays right now. I love their home decor section and nothing is too outrageously priced. Friendly checker too.

I always find more than I need at Big Lots!! The cashier was very nice and had great customer service skills. You dont see much of that on our young people these days.

Items are often placed in the wrong areas and prices are, therefore, often misrepresented. Bought a phone charger that I believed to be $10 but was told it was $15. Selection is just OK...seen better.

Somewhat crowded and had only one cashier. Later called another one when manager walked by to check outside. Good prices on lots of items. Sells furniture bedding and house accesories. Like shopping here.

Terrible selection of most everyday items.....only things you really dont need and their prices are often higher than Walmart.

This is a great store, they stock a lot of great stuff from the necessary mundane to exotic treats from various cuisines. They also have the frunishings, decorative items too. Simply AMAZING. Get out and about visit this store. I gain no financial advantage if you do, but you will save a bundle.

I can generally find some good deals here, the customer service is good, but this is a place to avoid if your not ready to wait in line for 10-15 minutes with 2 people in front of you. They always have staff working, but only ever 1 cashier.

Great place. I bought a mattress there. It is so comfortable and was priced just right. Everyone there was very helpful. Definitely will be shopping there again.

Wide variety of stock and always has new items, good customer service. Handicap/disabled person friendly. Store stays clean and they have a wheelchair cart available for use if needed. Very pleased with this store and recommend especially if on a budget.

I like to shop here for a lower price than Walmart

Coolest place to find gluten free items that you cant find anywhere else. They have lots of good deals on things such as toiletries and housewares. I always stop at this spot to find niche items as well. Not to mention a great toy selection & pet items. Pretty much a little bit if everything without the box store pricing.

I went in there to purchase three bedroom mattresses one for me two for my children and waited for forever had to walk out telling them that they messed at least $1,500 worth of sales because they did not help us

I love this store. I can find good deals here. Great garden and seasonal decor. I love the variety of international foods they carry. But if you find something you like you better buy it cause it will not be there next time you go.

I remember when Big Lots first came to Temple and everything had remarkable discounts. Overtime the prices started going up. There are still some very good buys to be had but you just have to pick and choose carefully. There are some good deals to be found

We like the store and the prices, but they need more employees. Its hard to get anybody to help you with absolutely anything. And there was only one checker for the whole store. Ridiculous!

The worst company to order through.! Customer service is HORRIBLE.! Getting the run around for the last week now all because a mistake that was made on THEIR end.!

Its a good store for general needs. Yes, the shelves can be a little messy and the floors are kind of dirty but the staff is helpful and they have lots of things for not a lot of money.

This Big Lots is a beautiful well kept store. They have everything you can think of needed for your home. Except window blinds. I will visit again though.

I could tell the clerk took her job serious. I was impressed considering she was probably 18-25 at the most. I rented a shampooer..she was very thourough.. And she also added my rewards card to my reciept quickly and easily when she realized she didnt ask me. I forgot also. Again... Folks that young dont usually appreciate the responsibility of a job and its rewards other than a paycheck anymore. Good hire. Im sorry I didnt get her name. She worked this evening. I want to say melissa. Its on the paperwork. Good job.

All the recliner chairs was out. That was 299.99. I saw that they had some on line. But when I made it to the store. It wasnt any.

Just a great store. They went all out for us when we had a return item that we had used, but then later had problems. Im not saying the broke any rules or anything, but they certianly did go above and beyond for us. We are customers for life. Thanks again!
