Screw up orders. On Aug 20 spent an hour in there ordering a ring for my husband that took me 2 years to get him to finally go to a store to reorder one cause he lost his other one in our backyard playing with grandkids. She didnt do the order right. Didnt take payment from us. Told us we pay when it comes in and stated wouldnt be ready for a month but she thought it would come in before that. Neither my husband nor me ever received an email confirming the order and now find out it was never ordered. Dont bother wasting your time. Go to another store.

It was ok, I got a brand new ring, and I had to send it off to get it sized, just came in today. Went to get it the store was closed due to staff taking lunch break, had to come back later. Came back gave my receipt and lady took a picture and said here you go. Brand new ring, I didnt get a box a bag or anything, very unprofessional in my opinion if you ask me.

My husband got a me a new 10yr anniversary ring we took it back in to be sized . The assistant manager said they typically come back in two weeks but we have to set your promise date out a month later . I already did not want to wait a whole month to get the ring back just for it to go up one size but was like ok lets just hope its the typical 2weeks like the Assistant manager said .I call to check on it 3 weeks later and the assistant manager says it has a promise date of the tenth and to watch our email for a notification that it has arrived back at the store i said i would just call back next week as we were not getting the emails and she proceeds to say you will get an email. Fast word to the 7th i call and both times that i had called their tone over the phone was they were annoyed that i had called to check on my ring she was very short with her verbiage and alls they could say was the promise date is the tenth . This is not customer service and i will be going to the killeen location from now on if we decide to buy through kays again, as they dont mind me calling to check on my ring since we are not getting the emails that tell us the status .

Very rude staff . Came in to have a watch repaired that they sold me and the lady couldnt tell me fast enough that they dont repair their own watches to take it to someone else and if they did repair it it would have to be sent off and it would be at least 3 months to get it back . She did not want my business because she works on commission and is only thinking bout the sale . Will never buy from them again !!!

I just love this place, they dont have the typical sell you whatever vibe. Its a good energy place

Went looking for a repair on an old Kay brand bracelet, they had never seen the clasp type before and had me wait for nearly an hour before telling me it wasnt worth repairing.

I had the best experience at this store, staff was very friendly and they have a good selection of items that I couldn’t find at the Killeen store.

Located in Market Place beside Matress Firm. Met the manager and was very excited about the move. Wonderful staff available to assist you with all your needs.
