Was pleasantly surprised. Found a pair of shoes reasonable price.Havent been in this store in many years due them not having selection for thin and narrow feet.

Went in to store to browse and ended up getting two pairs of shoes. Friendly store associates and good prices.

They didnt have anything we liked

Not very helpful at all. I asked to have security tag removed to try on shoe and they questioned me. Couldnt try it on with it attached. Understaffed and not very friendly at all. Very disappointed. So I left.

First time in this place but they did have the shoes that we needed for kid.

Shoes and store always has stock, always clean and in order. The customer service always seem to be off when we are there. Their advertising of the Nike shoe sale, was not advertised as in store like the emails said. That is false advertising if it says in stores and online! But nice place to go if you know what you want and where to go. Bathroom was clean and has a nice pony for the kiddos to ride. Also has a basket ball to shoot hoops

Employees were nowhere to be found when needed to check out had to go find someone then was very rude have coupons that say online or in store and said they dont work in store even though says they do and was just very rude about everything.

Wasnt there long. Didnt have to go far to find what i was looking for.

Best place for shoes in Temple tx!!

We came here for tax free weekend and it was great. They had some sales going on and it wasnt that packed either, like most other locations and stores. My son is 3 and we come here to get all his shoes and the customer service at this location is great overall. If your looking for a bargain and are in the Temple area, Id suggest this location. Not too far from the highway and close to alot of other things nearby.

My kids and I typically always have a good experience here. We always start with their typically large collection of clearance and reduced rack shoes and found 2 pairs for my teen daughter today at buy 1 get 1 1/2 off, plus the manager marked down $5 off of each pair since they had been sitting on the rack almost a month. Really pleasant staff. Nice place to shop.

Always go when they have the buy one get the other for fifty percent off. Although that being said the amount of time some shoes that are on clearance are on there FOREVER. Oh and one more gripe. Please have larger sizes in mens on the good shoes too! Not bobos

Great prices amazing customer service

Went shopping for tenny shoes for my daughter, Shoe Carnival was the last store we hit, should have been the first. She found a pair that she liked and luckily they were on sale. The staff in that store was of more use than any store we were in that day. They greeted us and explained what was on sale, told us to come and get them if we needed them. They did come by a couple of times to make sure we were finding everything. No complaints.

Workers standing around but only one person worked the register. People were in line waiting. My mom an I asked for help and it frustrated the worker to help us.

Great Customer service. Associate was very helpful. Found some shoes that was priced wrong Associate worked out a deal.

Was looking for a pair of blingy shoes and an evening bag for an event Tom and I will be attending, and happened to be in the shopping center where Shoe Carnival is located, so I thought I would give it a looksie. They did have the type of shoes I was looking for and I bought them and a matching bag but thats about it. Teenaged sales staff were much too busy congregating and visiting with each other at the back of the store to be bothered with...um...doing their job? After I finally found the type of shoes I was seeking and found the little box of hosiery to try them on with and found a pair that would work, and put the others I had tried on back on the shelf in their proper places and took my shoes up to the counter AND found the sales clerks and asked them to please allow me to pay for my purxhase I was pretty unimpressed. I could have easily just walked out of the store with the items and Im 100% certain the staff would have never known. Very much a below average experience.

This is a pretty good store their sales just a normal price buy one get the second half off but their prices are good if youre just buying one shoe I was able to get myself and my son both good pair of shoes for under a hundred bucks which is really good. I also like the fact that they have several options to choose from and athletic department and casual wear all in the extra wide sometimes having extra wide feet its hard to find shoes and I found what I needed here good pair of Nikes my favorite pair now. Customer service is good there friendly polite and professional the store is clean and the best part is I dont have a sales person following me every step of the way asking me if I need help when theyre really checking to see if Im trying to steal something I hate places like that

Not a huge selection for mens dress shoes. Athletic, yes. Prices are NOT very discounted at first, but if youre a rewards member, the prices come down quickly.

Its an alright shoe store if your looking for mediocre shoes. Just order your shoes online. Saves on gas, and you can find a way better selection online then you can here, trust me.

Shoe Carnival is pretty reasonable on prices and always has decent selection. Watch your prices, though. Sometimes they can be beat, so dont assume they will always be lower. It is tough to beat their BOGO deal, though.
