This is one of the greatest places in TEXAS .when I walk in here I feel like that fat kid at Willy Wonkas chocolate factory .. full of joy and hungry for more . Owner is one of the coolest dude ever and not just because of the amazing beard ..staff is great they are knowledgeable and helpful ..the store also looks astonishing and smells super good. they have cool merchandise from vintage toys, games and memorabilia at awesome prices . if you ever want that injection of nostalgia support them .they buy, sell and trade .and yes ...they do have Pokémon cards ...ton of themI cant give them 10 stars so theres 5 more ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10

These are the kind of shops in malls I never thought Id see again so it was a welcome surprise when I browsed this place and found several games and collectibles alike from NECA and beyond as far as the eye can see to where the experience was an overwhelming rush of joy.Take my word and pay this store a visit sometime as this guy will definitely be coming back someday.

This store is a gamers paradise. Everything is reasonably priced with an inventory that ranges from video games, to records. Video games from the 1st generation Gameboy to playstation 4 and all the systems in between can be found here. Action figures, pokemon cards, comic books, guitar hero guitars, oculus VR headset, portable DVD players, the list truly goes on. The staff is VERY helpful and seem to have organized the store very well. There is a lot of stuff laying everywhere on shelves, but its put together well and appears to have a place. Its definitely a store you need to take a look at. Its a step up from your Game Exchange.

First time going to this store in temple the service was great and helped me find an old game that I thought I could never find. Got to shoot the main man with a nerf gun which was interesting and was able to bargain for an item that I was also interested in. The store has a great inventory and I will definitely be going there more often. 10 out of 10

Nostalgia is the best way I can describe this place. Brings me back to when I was a kid. Now my kids is loving this place with all its retro glory. To see my kids reactions to old tech is priceless. I hope that its here to stay.

Not just for gamers! I had more fun in that store than my nerd husband did! Found a Pam Grier movie double feature and a collection of Tina Turner music videos! Also liked the selection of older video games! The cashier was super friendly, the store was clean and I like the general organization of it. Everything is easy to find, this store has a lil bit of everything so it makes for a great stop before seeing a movie.

Not your standard FX Games. Along with the typical gaming merchandise they sell a wide range of media from retro toys(their action figure selection is especially noteworthy), comics, vinyl, trading cards, board games etc. Its honestly kind of like a little Hastings(R.I.P)The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell from their general demeanor that they are proud to work in this store, and its completely understandable why this is so. A lot of labor and love went into making this place unique.If youre in the area and looking for a place to pick up the latest games as well as scratch that nostalgia itch, I highly recommend checking this store out.

Small cozy shop! Way better than a game stop they give you the best price when trading in and are all around plesent be around! Things are always being restocked! Best place to look for pops comics and games. I always find something new to add to my collection.

This store is all kinds of awesome. The manager Sam helped us out big time. I traded in a lot of my old movies and games and got a lot back in return. I also went home with a cool toy for the kids. This store is what Gamestop should be. No bs, you should definitely check this store out. You wont regret it. Especially if youre a retro junkie like me.

I felt like I was walking through a time machine walking through the PlayStation aisle (PS1-PS4 included). So much nostalgia. There is a lot of variety in product, not including only games and consoles, but also movies, vinyls, guitars, and some other appliances. The employees are also friendly and know how to help you find what you are looking for. Overall, great variety, great games, great service, and a great experience.

They have way better trade values than Game Stop. Customer service is top notch. The guys on there are great. If you need repair work done on a console or controller that is the place to get it done.

I am particularly fond of their older board games. You can find some real gems that people trade in. It’s a great place that my family and I call the Fun Store. They have tons of any of the old need stuff you want.

Always a good selection of old school, nostalgic video games and memorabilia here, and you can usually spend a decent amount of time flipping through all that the store has to offer. Staff is usually friendly. I must say, sometimes some of the prices seem to be too high, especially on retro titles, but I understand that some are more rare than others so perhaps this is the reasoning. Besides Casa Ole and the movie theater, this store is one of the only reason to visit Temple Mall nowadays.

Good store, but check your purchase before leaving the store. I found ten titles on my want list (which is great), but one of the games that I picked up off the shelf, complete with original cover and manual, was replaced with a copy in a broken case with a photocopied cover. If you just want the disc, no big deal, but if you’re collecting for a system, that’s a wasted purchase, and a bummer.

Unique collector items

Large collection of funko pop figures and cheap comics and video games for a variety of consoles. More valuable and expensive comics are also available. They have a moderately sized selection of manga and books that are a fraction of the original pricing. The staff is nice and friendly. Good place to go if you want cheaper comics, books, games, or music.
