So I went there and bought a Seche Vite base and top coat. When I arrived home I found out that the polish inside where another used and old nail polish. My husband went there today and explained what happened. They didnt return the money because the package was open π, they sold me a product that was obviously a return and was exchanged with old nail polish. So please beware. Check your products on the spot. They wont return your money and wont believe you. They rather loss a client. Never coming back.

Terrible experience for my wife & I.With an event the following day, and after being absolutely assured that the $200+ she was spending on extensions and hair dye would all match, we got home and followed the instructions as precisely as possible. The next morning, when she held the extensions up to her hair, she discovered her hair was multiple shades darker than the extensions.We immediately went to the Sallyβs, and were there when they opened the door. When we informed the employee (a different employee than we had originally) we were given the cold shoulder. βSorry, but I canβt take them back.β I asked if she could help us, and all she did was hand me the customer service number and say βyou can try, but itβs policy that we donβt exchange extensions. Maybe you can try dying them.βWe proceeded, given the emergence of the situation, to purchase matching extensions to my wifeβs new color.Frustrated, I called the customer service line without the assistance of the employee on staff, and miraculously was offered an exchange. I informed the customer service agent that weβd already remedied the situation by purchasing new extensions. Again, I got the βsorry. All I can do is offer in store credit.βMy wife and I have only shopped at Sallyβs once before, and donβt plan on doing so again. Their only remedy to the situation was a gift card, which guarantees their store profit regardless of their mistake.Itβs been 2 days since I requested the situation be elevated to a supervisor. I called this morning, and whoops, they called the wrong number so now I have to wait another 24 hours to speak to someone in hopes that I can have this situation fixed.My wife and I will never again do business with Sallyβs. All around poor customer service, from the store employees to the customer service representatives on the phone.

I went there for the return of some clippers that I got that I did not need and the Clippers was actually brand new and I never open the box however I was given the runaround by the sales associate behind counter, her name is Katie who made it so hard for me to get the return completed. My first attempt to get a refund for my clippers was on Thursday then she told me to come in on Friday but I couldnt because I had to go to work and I was busy so I came in on Saturday and she still gave me this weak excuse about why she could not refund me my money. I would never shop with Sally Beauty Supply store again mainly because I was mistreated in such a way.

The first time I went to the store they advised me very well regarding the tone to change the color of my hair and I thought it was excellent but for a few months the service is terrible. I once applied for a job application and the employee looked at me discriminatingly before handing it over to me. Today I went to buy the hair dye that I buy monthly and there was a promotion. The employee offered it to another client in a very friendly way and even though I was buying the same product at the same time, not only did she not offer me the promotion, but when I told her that it was also available to me, she refused at first and After I insisted, he gave me the product with a bad attitude and without even apologizing.Right now very bad service, bad attitude, racial discrimination. Terrible customer service. I used to recommend the store to others but it really isnt worth it after the treatment I received as a regular customer.
