I cant believe all the good ratings for this place. They are as dishonest as they come. In short,they wanted over $1000 to do repairs I didnt need. I know this because I took it to the car dealership and they told me the truck didnt need the repairs! Im a senior citizen and nothing makes me madder than a rip off repair shop !

So… I always have to question if something sounds too good to be true. The oil change is some crazy price like under $20. I searched Through all the reviews before deciding to go there. I was very impressed. I especially liked to be able to speak directly to the owner. Why would you go anywhere else for an oil change at that price? I won’t be❤️

Really enjoyed the service, although the labor was extremely high. I have never paid a labor cost that high. If your rich and got the money great place to do business very friendly and great customer service. I would recommend anyone for sure but I dont know if I will be back anytime soon. I just cant see myself paying that labor cost when there is way cheaper.

My car broke down on a Sunday when they were closed. I wrote them an email and within 15 min someone sent me a text telling me I could have it towed to their shop and they would look at it first thing Monday morning. They had it fixed by Monday afternoon. They are very nice and reasonable. I would definitely recommend them

Quick Wrench is the best place to go to have your car fixed in Temple. I have trusted them with my vehicle and my husbands truck ever since we moved here in 2013. The no. 1 reason I love them is that they are NOT pushy. They will tell you everything that needs to be done and other things that they suggest you have done. They have never pushed me to do anything to my car that wasnt 100% necessary. Also, they are very honest. They will tell you what is wrong with your car without sounding condescending. Another great thing is that the prices are great! I have checked with other garages and Quick Wrench has always been the same price or less than their competitors.Finally, I love their virtual garage. You can use their website to set up an appointment and keep up with what work has been done on your car in the past, when it is time to get an oil change, etc. It really helps me stay on top of the regular maintenance for my car.The only downside to Quick Wrench is that they are closed on the weekends. This shop is top notch. They fully diagnosed the isssue with my van and had me back on the road with minimal delay. They areanged a tow service to get my van from Buc-ees to their shop and included the fee in their bill. Easy one-stop experience.

We took our vehicle to Quick Wrench due to a strange noise in the front, after the mechanics checked they informed us it was bad wheel bearings. Informative and my car running like a brand new carBreaks are excellent.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Came to quick wrench as a friend said they had done him right and didnt charge outrageous prices, also the reviews helped. I had 1 thing, a P0401 code that I could not resolve and a laundry list of things that I had already checked and replaced. Three days later, I get a call in the morning and here comes a list of things they want to replace, that will cost well over $500, many of which have/had nothing to do with the issue at had. What relevance do my rear tires, my coolant fluid, my windshield wipers, or my passenger axle have to do with a P0401 code. Along the lines, i was told that my battery terminals needed to be replaced and that would help part of my issue. Yes it did help the issue, as the shop broke my positive battery terminal connector. Long story short, I had Randys Muffler in Gatesville weld a new cat on my car and it resolved most of my issues. Sadly, it cost less time and money to get the cat welded on by Randys than my entire experience with Matt at Quick Wrench. Never once did they even tell me the cat was bad, I figured it out on my own with some research. I am not only out money, but time also. Yes its $54, but it is the principle. Dont give your money, let alone your time to these people.

This place is phenomenal. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would.We were on our way to Six Flags in Arlington when out of nowhere our AC just went out. We were close to Temple, and I relied on Yelp to find me the best Auto Repair place. We went in expecting to spend a ton of money on a big issue with our car or, at the very least, a labor fee. We explained the issue and Mac, the owner, gave us a guess as to what he thought it was. We handed him the keys, and he got to work right away.Lets start with the pros:-This place is incredibly hospitable. Overall nice guys who arent in it to make a quick buck or tell you that you need something when you dont.-The shop itself was nice and cool. We have been to many repair shops or just places to get the oil changed that were small businesses and found the waiting area to be hot and uncomfortable. The inside of the shop was well kept, cool, and had a TV going and comfortable chairs.-About halfway through the service, a taco guy came through and we had some BOMB tacos! They were so good!!!In the end, there was an electronic issue with our car that didnt require any sort of maintenance to be done. They reset the system, and we were good to go! We expected a labor charge at the very least, but they didnt charge us to fix the car.These guys are the nicest, most humble, and honest auto shop that we have ever been to. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area looking for a good place to take their car for any sort of work. You cant go wrong here.Thank you for everything!

I went in for a wheel alignment, as soon as I started driving my car started to pull again. I called, they told me it was because I needed new tires. I got new tires, and found pliers on the tire rod that they left. My car still pulls. I email and call, I get no response.

They let me know what was wrong with my car and they fixed it let me know how much it costs good work

I lucked into finding Quick Wrench when my car broke down one day on the interstate right outside of Temple. I had just started my new job and had no idea about auto repair shops in the area. They arranged for my car to be towed, told me exactly what the problem was within a couple hours and had it fixed in a day and a half! When I had another issue a few months later I received the same great service and had my car back the same day! They are honest, helpful, and very reasonable when it comes to the cost of repairs. They have helped me out twice now and I highly recommend Quick Wrench Automotive if you need your car serviced or repaired.

I had to drop it off before they opened but they stayed on top of things and kept in touch with their estimate and recommendations. Definitely using them again.

Great with normal cars, not so much with European cars, or at least our Mini Cooper.I am sure they are competent with normal cars. Our Mini Cooper was over heating and we took it to them to have it looked at. The diagnostic was $562, fair enough, its our fault for buying a Mini Cooper. They said they were not sure what exactly caused the engine trouble, but they did know that we needed another one. Which they found one and would replace it for us for $5000. Bad news but not in their control. We decided to take it to a Mini Cooper specialist. So far so good.The problem was when we went to pay to pick it up was $824. We were charged for a rocker assembly with spring $153, a valve cover gasket $49.95, and spark plugs for $59.96, none of which we approved. But it would have cost more for them to take that out and install the old parts, for labor I suppose. They must have replaced those items before they figured out that it was a bad engine.So like I said, I am sure these guys are great at replacing an alternator or doing other regular work for a regular car. But if you are unsure of what needs to be fixed, I would look elsewhere.

If you dont want to read the whole thing bottom line just take your car some wear else.I was not going to write a review but I feel obligated to now. first off they did good got fixed what needed to be fixed. When I got my car back I went to replace the the rotors the next day (because they told me they were warped and they were) and one of the studs was broken and no lug nut was on it. when I went in to have them fix it the lady at the front desk said they never touched the front wheels, but after some convincing they agreed to replace the stud. 7 hours later they finally put a new stud on and I just took my car back before they put they lug nut on. Also after closer inspection of my bill they charged me 20 dollars to fix a leak in my tire... no dont fix the leak in my tire because tire stores do that for free. shady stuff guys shady stuff.

Quick wrench WAS one of the best shops that I have used in a long time.they worked on several of my cars and I have spent over $8,000 with Mac HOWEVER quick wrench had one of my cars for over 20 day bcz I told them it would not START..they did over $760 worth of work on my car and it still did not start so mac told me it needed so other part for $300 more at first I said ok fix it but then I called bk and said no dont fix it..I had my car towed to another shop and they fixed it for $280 in about two hours... and the part that mac said i needed WAS NOT replaced it was something different. So I WILL NEVER use quick wrench again. This review is 100% true and I still have all my paperwork to prove it...I ask quick wrench for a refund because they did not fix my car mac said NO. Mac the Estate number is 11637 & I paid you $797.07..u also installed a new engine in my 2001 mustang gt. . (Wizzo)is not my last name..
