I had bad experience . Office Depot in Alhambra charged 129.99$ last 3 years for my laptop .Unfortunately that service isn’t good and I couldn’t use long time....They closed that Office Depot in Alhambra during pandemic and last month charged again 129.99$ from my Bank of America credit card account . So stupid..They didn’t have my permissions, easy want money and used customer account credit number**** **** **** 8344 .Terrible experience for customer’s trust. Be careful don’t give to them credit card number.

Team there did an amazing job given my short timeframe and requests. Rosie the manager was amazing and handled the small concern I had in an extremely professional manner! Definitely coming here instead of FedEx center I used to go to. Staff was great, especially Vanessa!

I came here to pick up office supplies for the office and the staff was very helpful. I was looking for a certain type of page protector and they were very helpful to help me pick out the correct thickness. I was doing a special presentation and needed to get the correct one. They always have at least 2 registers open and its a quick in-and-out that this office depot.

Went here at 5:15PM 11-9-2020 to mail my FedEx packages since they are a FedEx drop off location and they said they wouldn’t take them because they’re choosing to only take small items. I’ve dropped off at many Office Depots before. Either you are a drop off location or you’re not. Don’t you tell me your location is only dealing with letters and very small items because of your own personal choosing. My items aren’t even huge or heavy, cost is $30-$40 shipping fee for them. Wasted my time and gas coming here and carrying in my 4 packages.

Office Depot is a lifesaver when you remember that you forget to print business card, letterhead. The quality is fantastic. The staff is nice and fast. For all the other stuff prices are pretty good. Great place

The worst service ever I bought a laptop yesterday and the staff said they need to take time for installing the program and it should be done by the end of the they before tomorrow morning you can come and pickup then when I pick up they said that it not ready it have a problem with the network last night and they will contact me back when it done but I very need it today and I need to come to work and I don’t have time to come pickup I need the laptop for my assignments that very important to my life and it should be done by today so I ask the option for delivery or something the staff just said we have no driver and we will contact you back if it done. You don’t think that the thing that I ask for important if you promise to costumer you should make it happen I won’t back to this place again this time it make me negative thing about this store and just let you know I won’t come back to use the service at this place again for real

This is the nicest staff I have ever met! The eveninhg manager is great and her staff seem to be especially courteous and helpful under her leadership. One evening an employee named Sarah was especially helpful to me and both her and the lady manager were very knowledgeable of my inquiries and helpful.

Vanessa is awesome! She was a great help when I came in the get stuff printed. She was very professional and was good at multitasking. Great experience overall.

I wanted to buy a laser printer last minute. I checked online this location says they had it in stock. When I arrived, they did not even though the inventory checker says two left. However, the manager was very accommodating. Since the employees couldnt find that model, the manager sold me the upgraded version of the model for the sale price. I am very satisfied with the service. In addition, the cashier at the front was very apologetic having to wait for the manager to override for the price. Thank you.

God forbid you come in within an hour of closing time because they WILL rush you out. They refused to cut my laminations because they all really wanted to close EXACTLY on time.

They are on the pricey side and I tried to price match Amazon but apparently they dont price match Amazon anymore. I had to look for the item at Walmart and price match them. (Saved $6 by price matching) The staff is friendly and ready to help. I went in only for one item and it took longer to pay then find my item.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes listening to only cashier call repeatedly for someone to come help. I locked in because I placed an online order. Will think twice in the future about returning to this location.

Service was quick and excellent in the printing department. Despite it being near closing time the employee was nice to all customers and very attentive to everybodys needs.

Received confirmation my item was ready for pick up from an online order. When i arrived the item was not available (why do they even send a confirmation when the item was not put aside for me; or worst they gave my item away to someone else) I picked up my item 2 days after i receive confirmation and did not receive a cancellation email or call.Even worst was they did not even officially cancel my item or receive a refund. Therefore i still have the charge my card with no item. If I receive a notification or call that my item was confirmed by accident i would not think anything of it, but after two business days i had to find the news after wasting my time and gas money to arrive at the store; with no refund either.Also online pick up is not even marked in the store (no signs and labels). I had to ask an associate to where to pick up my item. It happens to be at the copy and print area (which already has a line for copy needs).I give 1 out of 5 because of lack of communication and lack of organization.

I went to Office Depot to look for a phone notebook. I asked a female worker there for help but she did not seem to be eager to help me & she aS not courteous either! I FORGOT to ask what her name was. She was slim & had long straight hair.

A little slow when it comes to the check out counter but the store has good deals and a good selection of office supplies in stock, had to come here after i sent to another office supply store that was out of what i needed.

Employees are nice, but this place looks and feels so dangerous. You cant even pick out printer ink from the shelves; they have to hand it to you at the counter. The area is shady. I wouldnt recommend going here.

Legitimate morons runs the print shop. There is 5 workers for every customer but you will still wait in a line. Then they will help customers not in the order they came into the store, but just seemingly at random. Whatever you do, dont dare try to print multiple attachments. This bothers them and they cant process your request.

If I can give a 0 star I will. I went to office depot to print out my art work. I asked the worker at the print and copy Vanessa if she can help me out with the printing service. Her attitude was really bad and rude. She said she would need to charge $5.00 if shes gunna help me out at the counter....

Depresing. The lighting is off. I was greated at the door and was walked to the wireless keyboards that i was interested to purchase, that was good. I wouldnt write a bad review but what followed was disapointing. I opened a box because the item was not displayed. An employee, it apeared to be the manager, aproach me and with a demanding attitude said May I help you sir I was a bit bothered but i kept my cool. Long story short i was told to not open any boxes and if i wanted to see the item i would need to buy it and return it.. lol.. what kinna bussiness are this people running?! I told him that he lost a sell. With treatment like this, Ill take my business somewhere else. Sad thing about it is that most likely this store will be closing due to negligence from management and poor customer service.
