Dee is probably one of the best employees I have had assisting me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about furniture. He even helped me load all of the furniture on to my truck!!!! I’m not sure if big lots watched these so I’m also doing a review on the website and the one on my receipt. Thanks again man I wouldn’t have gotten it done without you!!!

Its always been a pleasure visiting there, Mr. Lloyd and the other manager are great, plus Tyler, Bob, and a few others outstanding employees. Whenever I need help they do a great job in doing so. It makes shopping a great experience whether Im getting seasonal items or a everyday item, I enjoy always going back there to shop. If you havent been to this location I suggest you do. Place here is so much better then the other locations and cleaner too.

This is my neighborhood big lots. Decent selection, but its the manager that keeps me coming back. Shes always pleasent, helpful, and smiling... which makes every visit well worth my time 😁

Called to see if they had canned air they said yeah I got there with 15 min to spare before they close I couldn’t find it I tell the front to see if they had some they said yeah it’s there I went to check but ofcourse they had to say in the intercom I only had ten min and I had to go in the front bro why not help me get what I want they did not help what so ever I just left empty handed worst costumer service I ever had they did not care about me or if I bought anything they don’t care about their job they just wasted my time I will tell everyone I know to just go to Walmart

Passive aggressive After they checked the system for my item to make sure they sold it and was sold out. Sold out . They came up with another excuse to be passively rude. Then as Im waiting for a text cuz apparently I need mommys permission to bring a big o chair back in a BIG box back they proceeded to treat me as less then human by telling me they dont want me by registers ( just doing what they asked) they profiled me and labeled me. But guess what I work! Say what yup food city and side job handyman minor home repair. And to top it off they can see on there computer screen they sold them all. Sold out. None missing. So whats the problem. Is it cuz Im Mexican or dirty from work. You know IDC they looked down on me what has happened to customer service? what happened to the customer being right? Especially when it on the computer screen sold them all!!!!!!

I love Big Lots but, its like Walmart to me, always find lots of cool stuff and end up spending more than you wanted. Lol

Dont even think buy anything from this store.We bought a dinning room set it is 4 chairs and bench and we took it in the first time and shipping it to our home we paid 50 dollars and when we open it we found defect on the top of the table and when we return it to the store we found them know that the table has defect on it they change it and we paid another shipping 69 dollars for it again and when we open it for the second time we found the same problem and we called them to make them take this table they told us to pay more shipping to return it and the one who talks with us was so rude with us.

Still a good place to shop in a pinch!

First time I had been there and got the Jamaican Jerk pork sausage with potatoes and cheese crepe, which was tasty, as was the Buckwheat crepe with lemon curd my bf got for breakfast. Definitely will be coming back to try more!

Good stock. A lot of stuff is actually more money then other stores so you need to know your stuff to get the deals. Its way more convenient then Walmart though!! The people who work there are really great 👍

Lots of great items there to furnish the house and outdoors. Unique items priced affordably. Staff was friendly and helpful. We furnished an entire Airbnb there.

Its not a place that brings a great deal of comfort while shopping, Ive used this place for smalls shopping needs, and have purchased furniture as well. My experiences are never great, but more often than not I can get in and out with the quickness Id like. Management is meh, but thats the retail standard, isnt it?

Quite a few furniture items we wanted were out of stock, so it was disappointing that they had the item on display, but it was not available for purchase.However, the customer service representatives were friendly and helpful, thus the 4 star review (instead of a 3).

Hi I bet youre wondering why I gave the store 1 star. Its because the worker there try to pin me with stealing. Not only it took me a long time to get out. She said I wasnt being honest with her.and worst of all when I showed her what was in my pockets and in my bag she still didnt drop it she got annoyed with me because I was not shoplifting. This store needs to be shut down. Whoever is running this store needs to be fired! I bought a couple snacks from here that were expired since JUNE AND JULY from last year. The pecans I bought were expired so if you bought food from here start checking the expirations dates because we got sick from this!

Big Lots has really changed their game lately! I used to feel overwhelmed when going to Big Lots a few years back. But theyve changed so much, and for the better! They are now well organized and I actually enjoy taking my time browsing the aisles looking for hidden treasures! I am blown away by the options they have for inexpensive home decor. They also have decent looking furniture! I have found many items here that I also find in regular stores, but here it is usually at least half the price... and no, nothing is expired or past dates! The store is clean and employees are friendly. If you havent been to a Big Lots in awhile, give them a shot! Theyve definitely improved everything!

Most of their food items are expired and they seem to not care when it is brought to their attention. The last item i noticed after i have observed so many food items in the past,, was hot chocolate powder. it was expired two years prior to 2020. I brought it to the cashiers attention, he takes it from me and puts it back on the shelf.. How do i know that? I purposely went to the store the following day to check if that hot chocolate container was discarded or put back on the shelf. It was right back on the shelf with the rest.

Annoying.While standing in line, I heard a cashier talk to a customer about a coupon they had received, in their email, but did not have with them. She said she would make it work. When I got to the register another cashier told me if I didnt have with me I couldnt use/get it. So both my free item, and my 20 percent coupons will go unused.The rules should be applied equally!!!

Ariana was wonderful and very helpful. She called around other stores and kept searching her location for the furniture we wanted. DeAndra came towards the end and helped with the progressive leasing and loading the furniture into our SUV. Both ladies were different types of customer service and were both fantastic.

Decent prices on housewares. Good prices on foods and some fun, unique finds. Make-up selection is decent, especially brushes and the like. Cleaners are reasonably priced. Toys are the same price as anywhere else. Decent sales on storage regularly.

I love shopping here but they always have two cashiers maximum, even though sometimes a line of people are ready to pay. My cashier called for the manager when I had a question but she never came. I like the prices but this is why I do not come often.

I just needed some binders, but they had plenty of them, the store was clean and all the staff was really nice. The cashier was helping the lady in front of me so nicely. Price was awesome on the items I bought. Very good experience.

I made a call and talk to a young man named Devin on the phone who told me they had three different kinds of futon mattresses. I went there to purchase one and they seemed to immediately know that they sold the one I wanted the night before. That might have been some good information to know before I drove all the way down there. not to mention the idea that Devin argued with me about whether or not he said they had them in the store or not. Why in the heck would I come down there if I did not plan to purchase one? In the future maybe tell people when you are out of one of the items that you are telling them you have.

I came here yesterday with my sister to return 2 curtain rods that she had purchased the day before. When we came in a woman told us that the store was not accepting returns due to covid19. I asked her why they were checking out other costumers who bought things but were not accepting returns of things previously purchased she told me it was because the item has already been in my house. That does not even make sense to me, I have been in my house but they let me in and accept my money but wont let me get it back? I would take the excuse more seriously but this a store that is not even sanitizing shopping carts.

Revamped and remodeled with a renewed focus on furniture and decor for both inside and outside of the home. The deals arent really all that they are cracked up to be and this store send to be critically understaffed. That being said, the employees that are there are courteous, friendly and happy to help when they can.

Ive always loved Big Lots so was more than happy with this impromptu shopping trip. I found a handful of awesome clearance items. The store was clear and well stocked. 5 stars if it was open past 9pm
