I am a person that does not do social media nor write reviews but in this case. I feel that people need to be aware before looking to do business with this company. My wife and I where looking to get invitations made for an event and at first Symmone was eager to help and get our money after a week of going back in forth with sample drafts she decides to terminate our order. She supposedly put in the order and started to printing before our approval ( well not print she ordered our invitations on amazepaperie.com, half the cost she charges and done professionally we used them after being ROBBED by her.) before a clear approval was given from us at this point she started writing 3 page emails because of the requested changes we had asked for this is most in part by choosing to have half of them written in Spanish and half in English we are Hispanic and required the invitations to be done in both. We had provided exact wording that we required in Spanish and provided wording in English for our invitations but she didnt use it instead she assumed google translate would work( it doesnt) and the invitations didnt make sense. So we asked for changes but instead of getting changes she writes crazy too long to waist my time and read them type of emails and terminates our deal and refuses to give us a refund.( I can provide the email chain to anyone interested just message me) I would strongly advise anyone looking to have invitations or anything printed to stay away if you dont want to get SCAMMED or ROBBED by this so called business. I also reported the company to Better business bureau for the SCAM she pulled.

Customer service is something serious and this company got it down to a science!!! Great customer service!!! They are about like Vista Print but local!!! Prices are really reasonable!!! My order was complied by the owner herself. She was very gracious and even have us 15% off due to a minor error that wasnt a big deal but she made it a big deal. Even with her minor issues, she still treats customers fair. My kinda business!!! Thanks Symmone!!!😊

I placed an order for t-shirts for myself, fiancé and our sons. The website was easy to use to pay my invoice, my order was packaged neatly and was received promptly. The quality of the shirt was excellent!! Thick quality fabric, we’ve warn and washed them several times now and have not experienced any shrinkage or fading!!
