Stopped in to custom order a pair of sunglasses. The store manager took care of getting me exactly the frames and lens combination I wanted. Even though they had to be custom ordered, they were on my face in 3 days. Great service and excellent product.

I was there a year ago, my review was posted to Tempe Marketplace vs Oakley Store.The person I spoke with had poor product knowledge and was focused on selling whatever she could vs. what I needed for cycling.I bought 2 pairs of glasses at the Oakley store in Scottsdale, they were great!! BTW The Prism Red for cycling really works

Not sure why a store would close on a Sunday at 3 when it’s clearly posted to close at 6. Whoever manages this location should be ashamed of there lack of attention to detail and customer service. 👎👎

Bryan was amazing and very patient!! My husband and just popped in to ask about fixing my broken Oakleys and he referred us to the 800 number to check and see if they were fixable and then very patiently waited as my hubby preceded to try on almost every pair of sunglasses they carried and described the differences in frames and lenses and even the price difference. He also cleaned both of our glasses even though the ones I had on at the time werent even Oakleys!!! He wasnt pressuring us in any way which was nice and very much appreciated as well. He was also able to multi task very well and helped out the other employee who was helping other customers. He recommended quite a few pairs that he himself had bought and understood the longterm changes they made!! Overall a pretty great experience!!!

Oakley has long been my brand of choice. I wear their glasses, sunglasses, shirts and more. Thats good to come and check out the newest styles. Little disappointed in not finding what I wanted, but.. it gives me a reason to go back.

The workers are nice and helpful, but they arent up my a** annoying me either.I needed to make an exchange today and the dude who helped me was awesome, went over ALL the color options with me and made the exchange so simple. 100% reccomend this store

Purchased 2 pare of Oakley glasses for my wife and I on June 17 at around 8 PM. The gentleman we worked with was awesome and provided great service. We went back on July 1 around 10:00 AM to see about a possible exchange due to a fit issues. There were two female employees working. They appeared annoyed they we were asking for a possible exchange and acted as if they did not want to help. They were both texting on their phones and talking about what to have for lunch. Really bad experience compared to the first time we were there.

Bought a pair of sunglasses as a gift, they literally never left the case they came in had them a total of three days, due to a long story I didnt gift them, tried to get a refund. The woman took them out, put her finger ON THE LENSE wiped them off and then told me they were scratched and wouldnt refund me. Ive bought three pairs of Oakleys, will likely be my last. Disappointing.

This store just blew me away today. The manager here is super chill and was amazingly helpful. I have been wearing Oakley for 8-ish years and just today was I formed by the manager that I could trade in old, worn glasses for a credit towards new. I traded my old pair for a pair of Turbine Rotors. My wife and I got to dinner and found a pair of Gascans in the bag. After dinner we drove back and explained the situation to the manager. He was awesome and corrected it. Because my new glasses were $65 more than the Gascans I was charged for, he gave us a $100 gift card for returning the extra glasses, and we used the credit on that card for a new pair of glasses for me wife. Forget the store at Arizona Mills, or the various outlets, this is my go-to Oakley store from now on!

I will be taking my business elsewhere i do not do buisness with places who will not honor there lifetime lens replacement waranties why offer it if your not going to honor it! Way to go oakley you have made it to my list of lying companies who fraudiginly offer waranties and turns around and refuses to honor it!

Went out of their way to repair my old work glasses. Knocked a star off due to ghetto music playing loudly in the store.

No one greeted me or spoke to me for the first five minutes I was in the store. There was maybe only one other customer and at least 3-4 employees at the time I walked in which was just before 6pm on a Saturday.
