Not bad customer service. Great location by other places.

I was in the weekend before Christmas and I spoke with Justin. I bought my daughter a pair of Doc Marten boots with roses on the side online, and she lost the receipt and threw away the Box. Justins customer service was absolutely amazing 20 out of 10 top notch I couldnt ask for anything better. I dont personally shop at Journeys but because of the service and professionalism Justin showed me and my family he has now made me a life long customer. Thank you again Justin at the Tempe Marketplace location youre actually made my Christmas.

Nice staff, very open floor plan, kinda expensive though!

Walked in no greeting just asked us about our mask because mine was not tightly on my nose. Then asked my 8 year old grandson how old he was and proceeded to tell him he could wait outside or BORROW a mask. Very rude short guy with dark hair and grommets in his ears which I dont care about but no customer service at all. Did not buy shoes and will not be buying shoes!

Just bought two shoes and a pair of socks, the guy that helped me was awesome but didn’t give me a receipt told me it was going to be emailed to me never got it. Should of just went to the Vans store smh

I would give this place ZERO stars. I don’t know how this dude in the plaid red and black is employed here. Worst customer service EXPERIENCE EVER. Never going here again.

Justin is very rude and has terrible customer service and was not very friendly or helpful at all.

Last time I came here, within a few weeks ago, I had a blast. This one guy at the counter was so genuinely enthusiastic and was really cracking me up. I left with some really cool socks, which is exactly what I was looking for. He even had someone thoroughly search the back-storage for a certain color I wanted. Great experience, even for something so little like socks.

Staff is always nice and helpful, wish you guys had my size more often

Great store with amazing employees! We had a manufacture problem with our shoes and without question, the manager was able to help us exchange the shoes easily! Everyone is always very nice when we come in and it makes a difference!

The mote I shop here the more I like it. The staff is about the fastest and most courteous of any Journeys I have been to. They have a great selection of shoes both athletic and work shoes. Love my Pharrell Williams!

The employees are amazing! They are super nice and went out of their way to help me find another location with my size shoe that was on sale to have them put it on hold for me. Everyone else working there was also very friendly.

This is the best Journey’s! They have the best selection and the best customer service! I travel all the way from Gilbert to come to this location.My husband and I are sad that our favorite staff member is transferring to another store but we’ll travel to Chandler and give it a shot!! ☺️

Took my granddaughter there .she likes the selection. Prices are decent.

It had great customer service it was 5:58 and they still let me pick out a shoe so glad for that thanks for the two employees that helped me out.

This Journeys has a great selection of shoes, however the customer service isnt the best. I walked into this store with the intent of purchasing some new shoes but no one looked up from their phones to assist me. I left and purchased them in a store across the way.

I buy their birkenstocks every 3 years...depends how bad I wore my birks out! Haha
