SMH I went to this store on 08/13/2021 the store hours say it open at 11:00am its 11:07am with 4 employees and doors closed,wasted my time waiting on this store to open. Owner need to fire every single one of them.

Incredibly hiked up prices and fake merchandise. If your business wants to sell overpriced Yeezys that you can buy for half the price off any online seller, I wouldn’t recommend selling fake Gucci tee shirts right across from them. It makes everything else seem untrustworthy and generally ruins the “exclusive” feeling. Save your money and spend hundreds less on Stock X and Goat.

Went just before closing I get that it was almost time to but to rush someone at 8:57 when the mall isnt even closed is annoying asfff and the workers making it seem like we’re broke is rude just to spend about 2.5 k for bad service never going again definitely will find somewhere with better customer service!!!!!!!

Asked for a cheeseburger and there was cheese on my burger, i’ll be calling corporate.

Nice store but as I walked in the employees just looked at you and said nothing and started to talk to each other like nobody was there.

They are rude as ever at both stores guest list and guest list kids and not even that for the price the shoes are that you pay they wont exchange shoes If they are too small and wouldnt let us try them on ill never shop here again

They sell rare sneakers. Good for a sneakerhead, but the used stuff will probably not suit the average buyer.

The site says they close at 9. I Drove all across town to spend my money and I get there and they said they closed at 7. They lost a big spending customer before they even gained one. Sad.

Bad online experience! Order being cancelled by the merchant without any reasons and totally ignore my emails! The foreign currency conversion fees have been charged although payments being refunded thereafter. Everything happened for a reason, that is the reason why your reviews have so many one star!

Asked to speak to ower and they guy who said owner wasnt there was actually the owner . He is super rude .. will not spend my money there again

Excellent customer service! Interacted with at least 3-4 associates and they were all friendly and helpful. Made me and my son feel good about buying from them.My 14 year old son, who hates shopping, said this was a good store and he would go back. Now, it was a bit pricey for a t-shirt, BUT, they were special, so happy to buy from them. Liked the Icecream line.

It hurts to have to give a STAR! The star will reflect the great sales person and atmosphere at the Guest List childrens store!Unfortunately the experience at the adult store today was disparate! I took my child to Arizona Mills to purchase a pair of overpriced post peak shoes and I was offended!Not only was I profiled...as if I was at Bendels...as in Henri or Barneys...PLEASE...IGNORED...BY..the tired and surly staff too busy in wanting to become who they became...I guess we were not on the GUEST LIST....Thank GOD!!!I allowed my child to make a purchase but I will NEVER go to this store again! The Sales Person was visibly upset when we asked to try on the shoes..and literally sighed as she returned with a shoe to try on...she seemed annoyed when we actually made the purchase...I guess one should make a deposit before requesting to try on a pair of those BAD BOYS...HA!! The concept of scarcity is definitely the mantra at this store.NEEDS: CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AND updated attire for the staff!YOU NEED to TRAIN your EMPLOYEES!!! FAKE IT TIL YOU MAKE IT!!!

Put something on consignment. They never told me if it sold. Everytime I call they say someone will get back to me. Finally someone told me they sold but have no record of me putting it on consignment even though I have pictures of the owner signing the paper. Contacted a lawyer. Do not deal with them.

Guess you have to walk in with a rack sticking out to get some help. Still spent half a rack and was treated poorly. Rather get from StockX or Stadium goods!

Now, I went to both Guest List and the new store in AZ Mills today called Future Rfrnce. Looking at both, I can anticipate a competition in the Mall between the two stores. However, I would prefer Guest List over the other one. Guest Lists employees are kind, chill, and more down to earth. The staff at Future Rfrnce are more Catalog. I bought a simple B.B.C White tee, but with all the shoes over there, Im going to save up for some shoes I got my eyes on inside. Definitely returning to Guest List when I got some more money next time since Im a up and coming Sneakerhead.

Not helpful, didnt welcome me and my son into the store. After browsing for ten minutes no one asked if we needed help, we did. The employees were to busy talking with each other to be bothered to assist when I wanted to make a purchase. Looked like a nice store but I was just hoping for a bit of customer service.

Ive been coming to this store for over a year now and I know the staff and owner really well . They have a nice collection of sneakers and clothing . Even though Ive been coming here for a while now, theres still just so much to look at .

Bought Jordan 4’s recently. Wore once and the paint is completely chipped off the sides like they have been repainted. Told they where new but this proves otherwise.

This place is cool from my 1 time walking through and following IG page.However, they never answer the phone and the # listed goes to someones personal VM named Jack, sounds like a kid.If you want to be considered a reputable business, you have to provide a valid phone number and answer the phone.Hopefully they get this corrected.

Went in with full intentions of buy some Sean Wotherspoon they had them for $800 online. When I asked him for them they told me $1000. I get it you have to make your sale, I’m in sales too, but why raise a price when someone walks pretending they don’t know what they’re looking for.
