Really impressed with the customer service to check out my childs bike and tighten it up and not even charge for their time. We will absolutely be back for future bike needs/wants! Very convenient separate entrance for repair shop. I had anticipated having to drop it off and needing to come back but that was not the case.

Good solid shop. picked up a couple of parts there.I know they have a pretty good reputation for doing good work and it smelled like it. I didnt need any work but... Certainly nothing was wrong and nothing jumped way out at me as being great.

Brought my bike in for a wheel true and they discovered a suspension issue which the diagnosed and fixed for free. These guys have my business going forward. Great team and shop

This competent bike tech refused to change the tube on my bike because it is electric. Its literally the same as any other bike. Ive had my electric bike serviced at 2 other places and I never ran into this issue. The guy just wanted an excuse to deny service because there were 4 other people needing help saying when it rains it poors like having good business was a problem.I understand that this is their busy time of the year but most people take this opportunity to make money that gets them through the slow months. This lazy bike tech wanted an excuse to not do his job.

Every time Ive gone in here now granted they havent had what I wanted but theyve been very helpful you guys are awesome if you need free are these guys are awesome if you just need to talk to somebody about your bike or whatever these guys will help you whether or not you buy from them or not and they will suggest a competitor if they dont have something thats the way its supposed to be in business I would always recommend these guys run the business as it should be and what is the reason why they open in the first place those values seem to still be theyre even when its slow during these times theyre there to answer questions to help to service your bicycle to whatever you need revolving around your bike you guys are there dont hesitate to go in check it out talk and walk around and check it out learn something new about your bike or yourself what are you and your community this is the way of great business should be this is the way a great local business should be

Great place. Had a flat tire, they fixed it under 10 mins. They had place to sit and wait, the shop also had good memorabilia to look around.

Top notch bike repair service. Stopped in shortly before they closed and they quickly got me a new rim and transferred my tire. The staff were very friendly and gave us a Christmas gift. Will go back for any bike repair needs and would recommend checking them out if you need a repair or even new bike.

Amazing! One of the best bike shops in Arizona! I went to 5 other shops and literally this one was the most helpful, reasonably priced, and had a wide selection of items! They even had a clearance section for saddles for 15 bucks! Definitely going back there! Thanks guys!

They are truly amazing here! Brought my bike here to get a new seat put in and not only did the mechanic do it very quickly but he went above and beyond and filled the tires and fixed other small issues with the bike(very fast!!). I was so amazed at how friendly and helpful all the employees here are. This is definitely the best bike shop in Tempe.

Happy with recent experience compared to other shops that I had visited the same day where I had gotten little to no customer service. Got some straight to the point good advice on my inquiries when they could have easily upsold me to get a sale. They gave me advice to save my money and prolong the life of my cycle. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Everything about my experience was fantastic. The ability to walk in and get my bike fixed (other shops wanted days in advance) the friendliness of all the employees, and I was satisfied with the price as well. They seemed to have a really nice selection of different bikes which I liked ( I will definitely be back) and they were super knowledgeable. Took me a while to write a review as I came in about a month ago but I’ve kept my receipt out on the table to remind myself not to forget to leave them a review because of how satisfied I was. These are my bike guys. We purchased two dual bikes, love that I’m buying local and not from a big retailer. They help you with what you need/want, and make suggestions on any accessories that may help, even if they don’t sell them. The guys in the shop fixing the bikes and doing then ups are great, as well. You can pop in if you have a quick question, or make an appointment if you have a lengthy fix. Very attentive and personal bike experts!

I ordered a bike online and had a hell of a time putting it together. I got it together for the most part, but wasnt very confident in my work haha. So, I took my bike to Domenics to make sure it was okay. The guys working there couldnt have been nicer and fixed my awful work up in no time at all. They gave me a great price and told me what I had to do to keep up with my bikes maintenance on my own. Had a great experience and will be back for sure.

Great mom and pop bike shop! Very helpful and friendly. Bought some beach cruiser tires, lights, a basket, grips etc. to revamp a bike I had. They have a bunch of general bike parts for your everyday bike needs. These kinds of shops are one that everyone should support when they can!

I have been going here for around 2 years, the guy that works the desk is always extremely helpful with me. He takes his time and answers all my questions and just been great overall.I spoke with him on 12/12 he told me to bring my bike in and we will measure my seat tube on my bike to get me a quality and correct front derailleur. I came in the next day 12/13 with the bike to get the parts we talked about. He was not in, I spoke with the staff and explained what I was looking for and told them who I dealt with the previous day. The mechanic I had helping me was a angry older heavy set dude with an attitude. I told him I need a front derailleur and he went on to give me a cheap one a sora. I asked him politely if he had a better quality one since my bike had Deore XT. This was his response If you are going to come into this shop and be picky and demand stuff its not going to get you far I was in disbelief as this was one of my favorite shops. I told him I am not being picky but when you spend $1,000s on your bike you dont want no low quality parts. They lost out on a good amount of money as I needed several high end parts. I went down the street to landis and got great customer service for the part that I wanted/needed. This is exactly why people rather order online for better prices and dont have to deal with such a low life.

My visit was great. During this pandemic I found it difficult to locate bicycle tubes for my bike, due to the typical Dept. Stores not having any in stock which is rare, and from the looks of it them not ordering, even with the high demand of these necessities. But then I ran across this place. Now no more having to go with out, they have everything I need, and at the right prices.

Ive been going to this place for years and Im never disappointed. Never compared their prices with other places because I never needed to go to a different place. The service is excellent both at the store and at the repair shop. I only use my bike to ride to school and at the shop the guys have adjusted my brakes and pumped my tires for free multiple times. They have an ASU discount as well, could it be any better?

Had two bikes in for tune-ups and other minor fixings from bad service elsewhere. When I rode them they honestly felt like two brand new bikes.Jan not only did the work but explained how to keep up my end of the maintenance. He is the man in the Valley for bike service done right! Well now. Bike shops love to sell new bikes and sell new parts - only natural.Then there are guys like me.Old school, dimestore blue collar junk bikes and nuisance hardware.But, after awhile....when the store owners and high end bike mechanics figure out we have a tendency to buy mid range bikes one piece at a time, and the parts sales start to add up - the service gets better. ;-)

Brought a bike in for a tune up.. still had my brakes not working properly but upon pick up i was told everything was fine on the bike. this is the 2nd time i’ve had that same issue with them on “tune ups”

Domenics is really awesome. After having lackluster service at another shop that I regulared, I was recommended this place for some axle nuts. Not only did the mechanics have the apparently uncommon size I needed, but they were able to get it into my stripper axle of my bike that the other shop told me was unfixable. They were all extremely nice and informative as well. I will continue going here as long as I live on the Phoenix area

The staff here is super helpful! Good prices on their bikes; I picked up a Marlin 6 for just under 700$ out the door! The bike shipped in super fast and it was built and put together several hours ahead of when they projected it would be ready. Definitely coming back!

Most of the incompetent mechanics are trash. They never fix the bicycle correctly. Save your money and time and buy a bike elsewhere. A bunch of condescending a**holes! The salesmen are nice. Ive only met one friendly mechanic. Wish I never bought my bike there! They screwed it up so bad. It wouldnt surprise me if they swapped the parts out for cheap parts.

I stuck my foot into my wheel and ended up breaking two spokes. Rode on that a mile up to Domenics and asked them for a fix; they fixed two spokes and trued the wheel, got it done in 20 minutes flat, very inexpensively, and later on I found theyd tuned my brakes for free so I didnt have to stick my foot into my wheel again. They also recommended a simple fix to me that would make my gears shift better. Wonderful service.

They went as far as putting in extra parts (bolts, screws, etc) and only charged me for the service. Every time I go they are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

The only bike shop Ill go to. the repair shop is informative, kind, and would never over charge. theyre the only repair guys I trust. their parts selection is great and fairly priced. I love this place, they make me feel cared for tbh.

Went in yesterday for info on replacing my bottom bracket. The sales guy gave me a quick, very informative rundown of my options. I went back today and was in and out in under an hour. The repair staff was friendly and knowledgeable. As my bottom bracket had been making so much noise before, I cant say for sure but I believe they adjusted and lubed the derailleurs and chain as well. Theyre not the closest to my home but they are my first choice.

Its the only place I take my bike for service. Great crew who looks out for you and not trying to nickel and dime you at some of the bigger places. Been there for 30+ years so you know theyre good at what they do.

Ive had some bad luck with bike shops, mainly due to me not being a part of or understanding Bike Culture (A certain 2 wheel bicycle shop told me to trash the bike I had just bought, it was useless, theyd be happy to sell me a new one though). Domenics, though, rocks. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for despite not being able to know myself (A higher spoke count on my rear wheel). He had a wheel in stock and the service guys were able to true it and install it for me in about 15 minutes. I stood in the doorway of the service shop the whole time and asked dumb questions about bikes and the two service guys were totally awesome and friendly and werent condescending about my lack of knowledge at all. They were excited to teach me. Totally awesome shop.

Had pop resistant tubes installed naively by this shop, tire went flat on my very first ride due to a thorn the size of almost nothing. Owner says he wont warranty the tube because of the thorn. Very disappointed with service, and with the lack of information another bike shop has happily given me. Goodbye Dominics Ill see you NEVER AGAIN.

I have gone in to Domenics plenty of times, and it is always a good experience. I started going out of convenience because I lived so close, but years later, I still prefer them over other shops in Tempe. Today, I took a friend to Tempe Bike (we were next door) to look at what prices to expect for his first mountain bike. He got zero help. I bright my bike along to seeif they could bleed my brakes. They told me they needed to order a special kit for $60. We proceeded to Domenics. The guy in the shop showed me how to bleed my setup myself, and offered to do it right there (no kit required on my brakes). I walked out into the main store, and an employee had my friend on a bike, explaining the different price points, and where else he can shop around. These guys care.

Great people, great service, great products.Went in to get a flat changed and they told me I didnt need one and just fixed my bike with some slime and only charged me $5 and also repaired some minor things on my bike! Lifetime customer right here!
