I bought a mattress here two years ago. The middle caved in a couple weeks ago, but I figured it was probably under warranty. I called the shop and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures. They said they needed to send inspectors. They came and told me the mattress is obviously the problem and that I would be contacted within 24 hours. 3 days go by, I call, and I am told my boxspring that I bought outside of this company is the problem, completely contrary to the inspection team! Now they refuse to honor the warranty they provided me! You better hope that your mattress isnt defective, because the support here is terrible! Would never recommend a company that cant even get their inspection in order!EDIT: The owner has replied to my original post with information that he did NOT disclose in private. My conversation over the phone was that I was going to get a 25% discount on a replacement mattress and that my boxspring is broken. Overall the person I talked to was not going to help me and even threatened to remove my warranty and I will not do business with a group that says one thing to their customers and lies online about said conversation to save face.

After decades of buying mattresses, I have to say this was easily the best experience. First we did our research on mattresses. Then we did our research on stores. This is a family owned business in our Tempe neighborhood with a great reputation and, as far as I know, doesnt need to support a giant advertising budget. We wanted to like them, and we did. There is not a giant selection, but from our research we knew we were looking at beds near the top of the line for prices lower than I remember paying years ago - or for the same mattresses elsewhere. We started with what we were looking for and the excellent store manager pulled out 4 mattresses that we should consider. Although 3 of the 4 would have worked just fine, my wife and I settled immediately on the same one. It was most likely the most expensive one in the store, that is how my wife rolls, and yet, it was incredibly affordable at this store. For a very low charge they delivered and removed our old mattress within 24 hours. Not sure you will be that lucky with the delivery, but try out this local shop and you will be surprised with how much bed you can afford. We were in and out in 15 minutes or less.

This family-owned establishment really does offer amazing deals on mattresses, even name-brand items. You have to be willing to make your purchase without testing it out first (maybe an option that is offered in non-quarantine times?) but the pricing simply cannot be beat. We werent disappointed and you wont be either.

I purchased a mattress in January and within a month if had developed a dip in the center. I called and they sent someone out and agreed to replace the mattress because it did indeed have a large dip. I received a new mattress in February and as it is for a guest room and doesnt receive full time use, I didnt notice that this bed too had developed a large impression in the center until I was using it and kept waking up with an aching back. I posted a review about this instead of calling them because I was well past their stated warranty period. They reached out to me and told me to come in and they would do whatever they could to find me a mattress and make it right. I went in today and Michael told me to pick whatever felt good, and showed me several. When I said I didnt want to pay more than I already had, he said that they want to make sure I get whatever will work and they just want to make me happy. I should have reached out to them first, and they have gone above and beyond to make this right. Thank you!!

We found out on short notice that family was coming in from out of town. On a Friday evening, just before closing we came in and the sales person, Heather was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to talk to us and find out what we were looking for, and was patient while we tried 5 or 6 mattresses, answering all our questions until we found the perfect mattress of us. Employees in fairness seem very nice. Awful experience. Original mattress at app $1,500 didnt work out. Re-order a beauty rest black Natash plush firm for a deal of $500... only to get a no-tagged mattress which is maybe even worse than the original. The plush looks so generic. The prices appear at first very nice... please please please be careful. Now we still need to buy a different mattress... spending $3,000 up front now doesnt seem so bad. For the record we had the original mattress over 7 months. Stitching was bad as the original bed was probably refurbished. Springs were decimated in the middle of the bed. All, or most of these beds are likely overstock, refurbished, or returned. Please be cautious before buying from here.

We absolutely love the mattress set we bought at Arizona Mattress Overstock. We bought a mid- range mattress, and its very thick and comfy. Mike pointed out the pillow top had additional cooling ability. Mike was very helpful helping us find the right mattress for us. He was incredibly low pressure when we said we wanted to get our tax return refund before buying the mattress. Mike told us they would have great prices all spring, but also wrote down the price and the mattress name on a card with no pressure sales at all. We came back a few days later and bought the mattress from a different salesman, and he honored the price we were quoted by Mike, which was discounted from the price that was on the mattress. We had the store deliver and take away our old mattress. The delivery was fast and very friendly. Wonderful store! Will definitely buy from them again!

Pretty good so far. The guy that works there is very helpful. The delivery guys got here very close to the 2 hour window. The bed is very nice so far and they set it up for us on a metal frame. The only thing thats off is he talked up their 3 year warranty and when u look at the warranty, after like 6 months u pay like 25% to replace, after a year you pay 50%, and after 2 years u pay 75%. Not as good as he made it sound. Other than that, great mattress buying experience.

We hadnt slept well in several months and when we saw the ad we thought it was too good to be true. When we went to the store and were greeted by Bobby, he helped us out by allowing us to lay on the different mattresses included in the sale. We chose the one that felt the most comfortable and have been able to sleep soundly ever since. The best part is that the box spring was included. Bought a bed here about 3 months ago. Got a promotional deal where they included a free frame. They said the frame would be delivered assembled. It was not. Upon setting up the frame, a few of the clips in the frame were broken. We called to ask about replacement clips to purchase. They said they didnt have any but would find a way to get us some. Its been 3 months and though Ive called weekly for 2 months, we never have once received a call back and have been constantly given a run around. The guy who sold us the bed told he us was sorry he was just a salesman and couldnt help. Not sure why they give away bed frames without having information on where to purchase replacement parts but we slept on a broken frame with the mattress continuously breaking through for 2 months before having to give in and go buy an entire new frame elsewhere. Since we took the free frame, we did not receive a box spring so couldnt even set it up on a box spring. Super unsatisfied with their customer service. I would highly recommend anyone going to pretty much any other store in the valley.

I had a much better experience that I could have ever imagined.The gentleman who helped us, Mike, was extremely nice and helpful. There was no pressure at all to make a purchase; so different from the other places we had visited.They have a good selection of mattresses. We purchased a Stern and Foster mattress for an amazing price. They shipped the mattress the following day and gave us a call before making it to the house.The only negative: all of the mattresses are wrapped in plastic, so you cannot try out the mattress without the wrapping. But its understandable, considering their inventory changes weekly.

We are satisfied customers; would buy from Arizona Mattress Overstock again! On a Sunday Jesse at Tempe location was able to find a bed within our budget as the less expensive advertised special was temporarily out of stock. He save us $50 by confirming that we did not need a foundation piece. I felt a bit misled by reviews, however. We were charged more for delivery in Mesa based on distance than the $10 I was led to believe was the standard fee. Another misconception was from a review that I thought meant sheets came free with each purchase, but now know that posting of a positive review by a satisfied customer is required. My misconceptions were clarified by Jesse to my satisfaction; delivery was 3 days later and was handled by the delivery guy quickly. We were pleased he took our old pieces away. We are satisfied customers, having been referred by a family member! Now, my only concern is when/how to get the free sheets to fit my new comfy mattress!

We went to the Tempe store on Fri 10/17/14 at about 11:30am and our mattress was delivered same day at 6pm. The store is a warehouse but the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. We got a king size mattress for $800 and the box springs were thrown in at no cost. We are so happy with our purchase and will definitely be going back there again. Great prices and selection.

Great store. Prices are all much lower than marked. The last mattress I bought was just over $1000, delivered. Retail was $3200, marked $1895. Mattress is first quality and came with matching box springs. What more could I ask for?

After shopping around at conventional retail mattress stores, we found our way into arizona mattress overstock and are so thankful that we did! The prices were half the price of mattress firm with the same quality. There were plenty of options and sizes to choose from. Plus it came with the box springs! And now we get a free set of sheets just got saying how much money they saved us. We love our mattress! The Floor manager Matt was impressively educated on what to look for in a mattress. I never really put allot of thought into the new technology of latex verse memory foam and Matt was able to break it down easily. The prices are extremely competitive and the options are wide spread. We were able to look at the beds, lay on the protective plastic covering, get a sense the quality and we were provided with an explanation of why the various models were on discounts (overstocks, an annual change of modes manufacturer irregularities or minor damage.)We are very happy with our selection (sleeping very well, thank you) and highly recommend this store.

I went there last week and, at first, had no clue what the differences were between the different mattresses. Bobby C helped me out and answered literally every question I had. He was great and the prices were cheaper than what I saw elsewhere.Great experience and great customer service.

Super helpful staff and a nice selection with great prices. We were able to try out several queen size mattresses to determine which was most comfortable. They have convenient hours (open until 7 p.m. so we could shop after work) and quick delivery (48 hours after purchase, also after work). Cant wait for it to be delivered tonight!

We had a great experience at the AMO in Tempe. We came in with an idea of what we were looking for (king size, medium softness, minimal transfer of movement), and the salesman helped us sample multiple mattresses before giving us a great price on our final choice! He was very knowledgeable and helped us find our mattress effortlessly. They delivered within the two-hour time slot. We came here first because of all the positive reviews, and were happy to add to the growing list!

The mattress I purchased is wonderful!! Since I have owned it, I have been sleeping soundly every night! The price was great and it included the box springs. Delivery was great...they went out of their way to deliver my mattress when I needed it.

I found their website using google and they were one of the first companies to pop up. The deals on their website seemed almost too good to be true, but once I finally moved into the area from out of state I went to go check it out. All of the mattresses we tried were awesome. Ben was a great help and very knowledgable about all of the products in store, and he was also willing to take his time and make sure we chose the right mattress. The prices were exactly as advertised and there were no surprises in the buying process at all. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and quality mattress without the hassle of dealing with shady salespeople.

I can understand why this place has good ratings. Mike was very helpful and gave us time and space to try out a variety of mattresses. He didnt even object to us putting a set of our sheets and pillows on to better test each mattress.

I really did not plan on buying a bed the day I went in to the store to just look around, well I did!No pressure sale, unlike I have had in the past with other stores, which is probably why I did not buy before now.Mike Allen was very patient and professional, even when there was an oops with the sale, it was corrected with NO hassles.I would highly recommend seeing Mike and what they have to offer.

Dont let the strip center front fool you. This place has got mattress pricing down!We just moved to town and needed to get a new King mattress. After visiting several other stores (you know the ones with Guys first names in them...and different chain stores.) we stopped by the store.There are just mattresses there and very helpful staff who will move everything around for you so you can try any one out. No decor or atmosphere and no nonsense. Just mattresses.We got a great deal and also the best delivery price of any store we visited.
