I am so grateful I found this place. I was desperately trying to find my son a tux for last minute prom and had less then a week to do so. We went to a few big name stores where we were ignored and not helped luckily I found class act tuxedo online and noticed the awesome reviews so we decided to give them a try . I wish it were possible to give this place 10 stars! I came in at the last minute. I got my pants a vest altered and I was out the door in less than an hour! Quick..friendly service. The best tux rental shop I have ever seen! The even sell hats and other things! I saw little toddler kids getting fitted for tuxes..amazing...! All the customers seemed happy! I know I was! I will never go to another shop as long as I live in this area!
I had such a great experience getting suited by Shae and Sal for a friends wedding. It was very last minute shopping on my part and they went above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed and was satisfied that same day. First time getting my own suit so I didnt know what to expect, but I walked in and was welcomed and treated with kindness and respect. Took there time and made sure everything was perfect and it was a pretty amazing experience .They even helped me get the suit colors I exactly wanted and even showed me other combos. Shae and Sal are the best! My husband and I got married on June 1st, and we rented 10 tuxedos for our wedding party. We had originally booked another vendor for the tuxes, but we made a last minute decision based on a gut feeling that the other vendor wouldn’t work out. Class Act came through for us in a big way! 5 STARS! Shae and Sal were fantastic to work with. Their selection was great and their pricing was very fair. The event was our son and daughter- in- laws wedding. There was 7 suits needed and 4 of the 7 were from out of town and even out of state. Shae and Sal made all the arrangements and adjustments as needed. Even at the last minute, between the wedding and the reception, they refitted the out of state groomsman with new pants and a new shirt because he had called in the original measurements incorrectly. This review is long overdue! Shae & Sal are the best! They have been dressing Evan, full tux, for eight years. From dancing on a Carnival cruise, band concerts,& Homecoming, they’ve done it all! For my first time getting dressed up and going to a school dance, I couldnt have asked for a better experience as far as getting my suit. They were very helpful with the entire process and got everything fitted/looking how I hoped. From the first phone call to the fitting Shae and Sal were first class, what a fitting name! They are informative, detailed and helped me make a stylish choice for our tuxedos.Tuxedos were clean, sized correctly and we received many compliments. Honestly Shae is probably the nicest person you will ever meet and is incredibly good at what she does. Class Act is the only game in town able to do same-day tux rentals (I initially tried Mens Warehouse and was turned away), and it literally took 5 minutes for her to size me up and 5 minutes for her husband to make the alterations. Tux she picked out for me was slim fit and looked sharp. Wish these guys operated in every major city. Excited for my next black-tie event in Temecula! Thanks again

My boyfriend had to get a suit for a wedding totally last minute (needless to say, we were way stressed out), but Shae and Sal immediately took on the challenge as if the problem was their own. We ended up with a suit matching the rest of the groomsman perfectly (only his was even nicer), and my boyfriend even bought it as opposed to renting because it was such a great deal! Not to mention, all of the little details they helped us with, like shoes and a proper shirt. They managed to have us in and out quickly with every trip we had to make, while still making us feel welcome and having good conversations with us. Great business, ran by great people!

I required a Tuxedo on very short notice and after calling several mens clothing stores, was referred to Class Act in Temecula due to the immediate need. I called Sal and he advised that he would not only be able to help me, but that he would keep the cost the same despite my needing the Tuxedo longer than normal due to traveling across country. He offered to meet me early, before the store opened and based on some cursory measurements from over the phone, had me fitted and ready to go in under 30 minutes.To my further appreciation, when I returned from my trip, I left an invitation to the event I had attended in the pocket. Upon realizing this, I called and spoke with Shae who not only looked for, but found and mailed back the invitation.I cannot begin to tell you how great the overall experience was from start to finish and in the end, I plan to use them for any future tuxedo needs. I was doing last minute suit shopping at the Promenade Mall in Temecula for my FD christmas party. After spending almost 2hrs going to different clothing stores and trying suits, dress pants, dress shirts, ties, shoes etc. I just couldnt find the right fit or my style. I was exhausted trying out different outfits. So i decided to call Class Act Tuxedo. ive been there before for the same occasions (FD Xmas party) but in a timely manner..
