Had a delivery scheduled for Tuesday, but it never arrived. When I tracked the package, it said that a delivery attempt was made and that they would try again the next day. This was a flat out lie. I was home working at my desk the entire day which faces my front window. I was even there right at the time they said a delivery was attempted, no one came to the door at all. When I called customer service, the representative informed me that the driver had documented that they had left a note on the door. This was also not true. I never received a note, and they never even attempted the message. Now I have to rearrange my schedule to go and pick it up from the ship center which is extremely inconvenient, and I needed the package today, but I dont trust that their drivers will deliver it tomorrow so I will pick it up myself. To make things even more ridiculous, the package arrived at this location early on Monday morning, and rather than delivery it a day early, they held it until Tuesday, then they messed that up! I completely understand delays, but to outright lie about a delivery attempt is unacceptable. I hope that the manager of this facility actually investigates where their drivers are actually going and what they are doing because its clearly not making all their deliveries.
My package made its way to my local fedex facility one day early! But I was told it was not due for delivery so it was purposely delayed. They could have delivered my package but chose not to. Not a fan

WOW OMG WOW. I just got a call from a delivery driver named Adele. Today is Christmas Eve and Im sure theyre incredibly busy. Even though shes that busy, she went out of her way to call me and let me know that my package had the wrong address on it and asked for the actual address. She totally saved Christmas for me! Thanks Adele!

I had an order shipped to me shortly before moving. The package was set to arrive before I moved. It was delayed and later set to arrive after I moved. I contacted FedEx to have the address forwarded to me. They said no and shipped it to my old address anyway, knowing very well that I would not be there. I asked FedEx to hold it at the FedEx store and they said no. They then made three attempts at the old address to give my property to someone else with the knowledge that I wasn’t there. They then said they would be shipping my property back out of the country due to me not being at an old address to sign for it, knowing that I was never going to be there and costing me money. As a business owner, I am amazed at this level of arrogance and incompetence. I missed a project deadline because of them and will never be doing business with FedEx again. Apparently years of business with FedEx means nothing to them. Guess I’m a UPS customer now.
I rarely come across EXCELLENT customer service but whoever worked the front desk on July 24th around 5:30 p.m. provided it, I wish i caught his name, he the deserves recognition.

This is the most incompetent fedex office. Regularly misdeliver packages. Sent the title for my car to the wrong address and yesterday left a sorry we missed you slip on my door. Went down today and after checking my ID gave me a package with a different nane and address on it and was gonna let me walk out with it. Use USPS or anyone else if you want to get your package.
Small location with only 1 copier which can be annoying when you wanna get in and out in a hurry. Especially slow service in evenings when theres only 1 employee working. Miss having them open on Sundays..was best day to get work done quietly and private vs most times theres simply too many customers waiting on help and the tiny store gets too noisy and busy to concentrate

I had a printer return and was emailed a bar code to have a label printed at FedEx. This place is FedEx. I was informed that I was supposed to go to FedEx office. Nowhere on any documentation did it say FedEx office. It said FedEx. So this place was a waste of my time.

Great experience!! I went into the Fed Ex on Jefferson Ave. with an issue on tracking a package that was missing. Evon went above and beyond with customer service. She guided me through the process of getting help to try to resolve finding this missing package. She was helpful, polite and I am very thankful for all the time she spent helping me.
The attendant was new and wasnt familiar with the freight shipping labels. Then the rude manager chimed in and just started yelling that the box was not up to her standards and she would not ship it. No explanation of the freight shipping method or how I could solve the box problem. Zero help at all. Just rudely turning down business. Ridiculous.

I had to return a product that was damaged from shipping, I bought a pin-striping practice board and the board was snapped in a way that it poked out of the box. I contacted the customer service of the company I ordered from and followed their instructions on how to return it i.e. return the box in condition that i was received with claim number and return shipping label. I came into the store to return it and the worker at the front proceeded to argue with me over the condition of the box, how it wasnt properly sealed (the box was taped around the board flat and part of the box was damage in a way that left it open on a corner). The worker then began to aggressively ask how I knew the product was broken, to which I responded that I knew what the product was and that it is not supposed to be poking out of the box. This worker was approximately 20 yrs older than me (I am in my early 20s), and was overall extremely rude and continuously tried to push me around and refuse my package (again I brought the package as it was delivered to me). FedEx, train your staff to treat customers of all ages with understanding and respectfulness. I unfortunately cannot avoid your service all the time, but I will never send personal packages through you if I can help it because of this experience.
This place is small but the people who work there are great they go above and beyond what they required to do in order to help people. I highly recommend this place over any other shipping centers in the area

Ive used this location off and on since we moved to SoCal around 2011. Staff has always been very helpful, and service is quick and reliable. Its never been too busy for me either.
Delivered some elses package to my home and I let them know. Then they are giving me a hard time about picking it up... meanwhile there is a giant bed at my front door and the HOA sent me a notice to remove it from street view! I cannot lift it up to find a shipping label.I am doing FEDEX a favor letting them know and they are giving me a hard time!!! Terrible system. I had to call 3 times!!!! Next time the package will go into the trash or will be donated to charity.Eventually I tracked down the owners myself and they picked up the bed. Fedex showed up 2 days later.

I wish I had a positive comment, but after spending an hour on the phone with FedEx to try to arrange a delivery, I was very frustrated. First of all the person I originally spoke with had such a thick accent I couldnt understand her and was finally connected to someone I could understand. I was trying to make arrangements for the local FedEx to hold my package until I returned to Calif. They indicated they could only hold it until the 28th and I wont be home until the 29th. One day - and they couldnt hold it for me. I dont view this as satisfactory customer service at all. It was their original mess up that delayed this delivery in the first place and they arent willing to work with me on extending the pick up date one day. I will never use FedEx again.
