I cant say enough good things about this dojo! My two kids have been going here for multiple years now and I am constantly impressed by what they learn. Its not just the numerous self-defense techniques, its also the respect and discipline that they have acquired along the way. If youre considering doing martial arts, this is definitely the place to go!

Highly recommend this studio. I was immediately drawn to this dojo because of a Womens Self Defense class. I took the class with my daughter - we had no prior martial arts experience, and we learned so much in two hours. Top-notch instruction from Sensei Steve and his assistants. They effectively go through every move step by step, and put you at ease in learning the skill.

My son has been going to this Kempo dojo since he was 8 years old and he is now in high school. It helped improve his focus and attention not only when he’s learning martial arts but also in school. Sensei Steve is not only good at teaching self-defense but he also makes sure that the kids grow up strong and fit; he incorporates workouts in the group classes. From the basics to the advanced moves, all are taught meticulously so the kids know to punch and kick properly. Weapons training is also available— from swords, nunchucks, scrima, bo staff and other cool weapons. My son always comes home feeling good after a session at the dojo.
