Great RI fluid that works, is easy to order and is delivered quickly.

The product and service from NIS are good. The RI fluid seemed to work fine on the first use. My only complaint which is only partially related to NIS is the shipping method. The USPS seems no longer able to provide service of delivering when expected. This is rather upsetting when I am paying for shipping.

Buyers beware. This is a FRAUD website. Not sure where all these reviews before me came from, but I suspect they are all FAKE.I placed an order of 10/30/20, Order #2468 for $377.50.No email status updates and nothing. Every time I call it goes to voicemail, and left several messages. Also sent an email to them too and no reply.Im going to call Credit Company to reverse charges on FRAUD

Dont bother. Not a scam, but slower than molasses. Six weeks to ship from CA to WA for a refractometer that is OK (probably VeeGee) - but nothing as special as advertised. Was paid immediately by Paypal with no notice of expected shipping date. Did not return 3 phone calls (and an email) - seemingly no one answers phones or otherwise responds to anything except maybe pizza delivery. Nisupply is probably some kid operating out of his parents basement. You would get better service ordering directly from China. After my last phone call threatening a fraud alert, notice of shipment was sent. Whoopee. Thanks for your service, nisupply...
