Cant say enough good about this place super well stocked, super clean, super duper people. On my second visit ever I tried to purchase a sales item. It was meat. But it was still in a frozen block so they couldnt give it to me. I asked for a rain check and the cashier was.. uninformed. I was denied. After I got home I thought about it. I called in the morning to the headquarters and they agreed they should have had a rain check. Something about policy change. In any event they went over and above to accommodate me. Ill be a regular from now on. Thanks Stater Brothers.

Wow the manager Rachel and a few of the fellows working the produce and dairy... even the meat department really impress me with their customer service .. they seem to have 0 issue stopping their tasks to serve you. It really is mind blowing.At night a few of the younger newer employees arent as great but overall this place is one of the best. I do think they could work on opening up more registers when theres lines which is a policy many other companies are adopting as top priority to keep lines short

First time in and prob the last. I was extremely pleasant as usual so it’s even more reflective of the persons customer service! Cashier this morning Around 7-30 am. was rude and condescending.... Hispanic lady middle aged... I didn’t think to get her name. Hopefully management will remind her without customers there’s no business and no job!

Well organized, friendly staff. Clean facilities. Unfortunately theres some employees in the meat department that are not friendly that they dont know anything about costumer service. I have to report one of them to management for rudeness and sarcastic. I ask him for a big cut of meat and he brought the whole leg of the cow!.. I expect that, since hes a butcher he will tell me about different cuts ect.. but he responded with sarcasm.

My favorite grocery store, outstanding meat!

During a recent visit on March 19 I ordered some chicken at the meat counter and Michelle was the one who served me. She proceeded to cough into her hand without gloves and then grab the chicken and package it after it was packaged she walked over to the hand wash station to wash her hands and only rinse them off with water, not using soap and return to finish packaging my chicken. I understand your employees are under a lot of stress and working long hours but basic hygiene is a necessity, especially during these times.

Great meat selection everything else is higher prices than all other stores, until I found out about digital savings. The store is very clean with a good staff. Its better than going to Walmart with a jungle of people. This place has the best and freshest sushi than walmart, Albertsons,ralphs or WinCo. Its delicious.Shoot, after talking about it, I think Ill head there now and get some.

Ok... enough of the mask stuff. Its been 3 months. So I was able to shop without a mask but then I couldnt check out without one, cashier said he would be fired if he proceeded.... Nice blackmail. Im going to leave exact change next time and just walk out without using a mask... how will you stop that one? Stop virtue signaling to brain dead liberals. I will be contacting the ADA and getting their opinion on this as I have a medical condition as well. Good luck.

Great experience. They had everything I needed. It was busy due to the Thanksgiving shoppers but pleasant people to help. Also was extremely happy for all the vegan choices. Wonderful selection of the gardein skillet meals. Theyre 10 minutes to prepare and vegan. Yummy

This is the last time I ever buy produce from them again. I just purchased blackberries with mold. This isnt the first time that I have purchased produce with mold. To make things worse, they were sour and tasteless. I can get better quality at Wal Mart.

Nice change of selection from the other three mecula pkwy grocery stores. Wonderful produce section and a better arraignment of products than the other 3. Not a lot of selection of chicken or turkey cuts but a-ma-zing beef cuts and more choices in the seafood.

I have bought atleast a dozen of the CEO leo coffee cake this morning I bite in to the raspberry coffee cake and pulled out of my mouth onion skin....I spit it out very nasty treat I wont be buying it there again, Walmarts triple filled strawberry coffee cake is so much better, and they have everything else I need, so that one stater Bros Baker just lost a daily customer.

Great place for day to day grocery shopping. I shop almost weekly and the prices are reasonable and the store is always exceptionally clean.

You stopped stocking 2 gallon storage bags. And you stock a million 1 gallon storage bags. Now I have to go to Walmart to buy them. Then, while Im there, I buy other stuff that I should be buying at Stater Bros.

True ! I’ll be in a mad hurry zoom through get what I need only to be stopped by a long line so I hurried for nothing, basically going to be late now . so why did I hurry🤷‍♀️ Point is if you are going to be in a rush Do not EVER go to this store it’s like that every day all day ! But if you have pleanty of time to mosey around and shop then do so! They have great prices if you can get the sale rules right 😂 Most of the checkers are very friendly and of course I have my favorites 😁 Most is better then some ! Get three stars for the location, sales and friendly service. Minus two stars for the inconvenience of the long lines so annoying😳

So disappointed in this Stater Bros. The prices are high and they trick you with advertising a low sticker price but in tiny writing apparently it states “buy 4 or more” on many of their items. Also you think you’re getting a sale but it’s only online deals with their app or something.My advice to Stater Bros: Just be real and stop using the bait & switch method. Give your customers an actual discount and stop trying to manipulate them into buying your products.

Friendly, helpful associates. Some have been there and always greet me with a smile. Only gripe would prices, not Walmart low, they are slightly inflated though by ad shopping I can save decent money though I do have to occasionally buy in quantities to get savings.

Came in real quick to pick up some groceries on the way to rosarito. The place was clean and the staff, especially the butcher was really friendly. The line wasnt long so we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Will be coming by here again!

There is one check lane open and at least 30 people in line. No exaggeration! 945 pm on a Friday. I understand call out and such...but certainly there must be a manager in the store that can open a lane.

Usually easy in and out. Fresh food in produce, bakery, and meat/seafood. They have the best pharmacy ever.

I try, and try, and try to shop here.. But it is a wasted effort. The customer service is non existent. Consistently there will be only one register open.. Maybe two.. Expect to wait in lines of 10+ people. Its just.. Not a comfortable experience. Not worth the wait.

They have a butcher department with great low prices and a deli with great tasting salads. Their baked chicken from the deli is delicious

Stater bros has reinstituted appreciation pay, but the difference they dont want you to know is that it is exclusive of premiums. Seems like another way to look good publicly but give less and less to hard working employees.

For turkey day, they are the best place to buy a Thanksgiving dinner at their deli department.

Please talk to your employes about kindness. When I was at the check stand ready to buy my stuff one of your employe’s “Olympia” was very rude at the check stand. She had embarrassed me and my husband in front of our kids. We won’t be back because of her very rude and hateful behavior.
